- RobK2000 (10/5): Beautiful, spacious, clean apartment, fully equipped, in an amazing location. - The apartment is spacious and not cluttered. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was amazing (luxurious) with large, soft towels and plenty of shampoo and body wash. The kitchen was fully equipped including all the appliances (large and small), dishware, flatware, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, etc. Large screen TV with access to streaming services. Plenty of sockets and charging locations throughout.
The location is excellent and just a short walk from the underground station and bus stops. Plenty of grocery shops and restaurants and a beautiful, large park less than a 5 minute walk away. We always felt safe in the apartment and neighbourhood.
Our first floor apartment was very quiet (you would never guess that we were just above a pub or surrounded by other apartments).
The building has an elevator (lift) for the apartment guests, which was greatly appreciated.
Any minor issues were addressed promptly by the pub manager and staff (located in the same building) and who welcomed us upon arrival. The lighting over the kitchen area is very dim and could be improved. Otherwise, the rest of the apartment is well lit.
The host can be very slow to respond to messages via Booking.com (fortunately the pub staff were available to assist).
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely apartments by Regent's Park. - The location is excellent -- close to Regent's Park and multiple tube stations. We stayed in 3 of the 4 apartments over the course of the week that we were there, as we were traveling with family, and each place was really lovely, clean and well-stocked. We ate one night at the Queen's Head and Artichoke downstairs, which is owned by the same person, and the food was excellent. Everyone was very helpful as well. It's a great place to stay in central London and we would like to return. The only little glitch was the shower because it is small and there is no shower door, so you have to be careful not to get the whole room wet.

- Anouk (8/5): Ruim appartement op fijne locatie voor OV - Ruim appartement op een hele handige locatie om Londen te bezoeken. Veel metrostations en treinstations op loopafstand (ook perfect voor de Eurostar). Je loopt zo Regents Park in of Marylbone Highstreet voor restaurantjes (ontbijt en diner) en winkeltjes. Bedden waren comfortabel en een goeie douche. Manager was ontzettend behulpzaam en toen er een probleem met de afvoer was, werd dit meteen opgelost. Niet alles was even praktisch, bijvoorbeeld moeilijk/slecht sluitende deuren en een wat onhandige keuken bij langer verblijf. Entree beneden is vreemd, je loopt door een gang met veel rommel en bouwmateriaal. Ondanks de dichte ramen, toch vrij veel verkeersgeluid maar dat is de consequentie van de plek.

Comunicazione molto rapida e semplice con i gestori che sono estremamente disponibili e gentili. Facile check in e check out (e possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio anche dopo il check-out). Eravamo 4 donne e avevamo l'appartamento# 1 con 1 sola camera matrimoniale e il divano letto in soggiorno dove abbiamo dormito senza particolari problemi. È stato un ottimo soggiorno e la prossima volta a Londra ci tornerò molto volentieri. Durante il nostro soggiornono, il pub/ristorante sotto l'appartamento era chiuso per ferie di fine anno e pertanto non posso esprimere giudizi in merito
- Ann (9/5): Great location, roomy, great hosts. - The hosts were freindly and helpful. The downstairs pub was welcoming and had a nice menu of small plates, a terrific buttersquash soup and nice deserts. The apartment was roomy and clean with enough drawers and closet space for us. The location was to our taste, away from the tourists and pretty quiet. The #88 bus stop is a half block away, and 3 underground stations are nearby. The pull out bed didn't pull out smoothly but was plenty wide for one with the cushions removed. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure but the rain option sprayed all over the place leaving just the hand held option. The bathroom sink was a bit awkward.

Being above the pub I did wonder about the noise but didn’t hear anything from downstairs and what a fantastic pub it was, the food was amazing and the staff went beyond our expectations and went out of their way to be so very helpful and friendly. For us there was nothing we didn’t like about it, there is a fairly busy road out the front and we are used to a rural life so very little traffic but it didn’t stop us from sleeping

- Ji Hyuk (10/5): - It’s a clean and very well-organized accommodation. There’s an excellent Mediterranean restaurant on the ground floor, but it was not as noisy as we had feared. Although there was an issue with the shades, the host responded quickly and resolved the problem efficiently.

It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, next to the bus station, which made getting around so easy. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Open loose electrical wiring in the kitchen. There many small details that have not been completed (ie trim missing, missing flooring, lamp sitting on the floor)

And apartment, oh man, very clean, it was outstanding! Fully equipped, washing maching, dishawasher, fridge, electric kitchen, 2 comfy beds, additional bed for 1yo child, lift, everything you need to live normally. I really recommend this apartment
- Pam (8/5): Perfect location with a great host. - The location is close to many subway stops and hop on buses. It is walking distance from many great restaurants, pubs, and tesco shopping. The garden is so close too. The pull out bed wasn’t the most comfortable.
