• Marc (9/5): Fijn verblijf, vriendelijke host - Het bed was goed en de kamer ruim genoeg. Het raam had een effectief zonnescherm. De locatie was dichtbij een winkelcentrum met een supermarkt (Coop) en er waren fijne restaurants op loopafstand. Ook de bushaltes waren op loopafstand. De kamer had een balkon. En Jonathan was een vriendelijke, behulpzame man.

• laura (4/5): Deludente - Posizione abbastanza comoda. Se volete spendere poco va benissimo. Spiacente. Ho scelto per il prezzo e quindi ci potrebbe anche stare, ci ho passato solo una notte e se siete molto adattabili va bene. Il box con le chiavi è nascosto a 50 m, abbiamo dovuto cercarlo per la strada. Non ci sono state date informazioni, è un condominio con diverse porte quindi abbiamo dovuto cercare quella giusta a caso. La casa è trascuratissima, arredi vecchi, odore di chiuso e umidità , biancheria vecchia,rigida e consunta, tutto da imbiancare, letto imbottito sporco pieno di polvere. A me dispiace, ma vorrei dare un suggerimento all' host.. basta veramente poco per dare un aspetto migliore, eliminare oggettistica vecchia, biancheria pulita, un po' di bianco sui muri e magari qualche arredo anche semplice ma carino, pulizia e aria agli ambienti.
• Matyas (9/5): Our experience - The hosts are really welcoming and we've had everything that we needed. It was a pleasant and stress-free experience. The location is calm and quiet so you can get a good sleep, with shops nearby, even a laundry. We'd happily book again. It's a bit far from the sights and with the ongoing tram line expansion it's a bit hard to get into the city. We rented the RideMovi bikes, which worked for us for the most part but they have their quirks too.

• Angelina (9/5): Séjour parfait et hôte accueillant - Appartement très agréable, mais surtout, Johnny était extrêmement gentil et serviable, il était à notre disposition dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, l’espace était propre et grand. Tout était parfait, je recommande les yeux fermés !!

• Natalia (1/5): - Была стиральная машина Все не понравилась, только после поселения я узнала что хозяин с дочкой и собакой живут с нами в соседней комнате, полотенца воняли, мыльно-рыльных не было и самое ужасное не было кондиционера, было очень жарко, вентилятор в комнате не помогал…..у меня было зарезервировано 2 ночи но мы не выдержали и уехали утром следующего дня
• Kayleigh (5/5): Teleurstellend, veel potentie - De locatie was fijn, rustig maar het centrum is makkelijk te bereiken met de fiets. Dichtbij een winkelcentrum. De slaapkamer was wel schoon en het bed lag goed. De hygiëne was echt ondermaats. Wij hebben geen gebruik durven maken van faciliteiten zoals de wasmachine en de keuken. De douche hebben wij de eerste dag van ons verblijf ook niet gebruikt, de dag erna heeft de eigenaar de schoonmakers nog een keer laten komen waarna we het wel hebben gewaagd. Onder de douchemat zat schimmel. Het huis rook vreemd, maar je kon er aan wennen. Het voelde voor ons niet prettig dat er een ander persoon in dit huis leefde, ookal was deze niet thuis toen wij van het huis gebruik maakten. We sliepen met de slaapkamer deur op slot. Met een grote schoonmaak en wat vervanging is dit huis veel meer waard.

• Louise (8/5): Very good - Easy access to the city by local bus. Quiet neighbourhood. Host was very obliging. The bathroom could do with a spruce-up.
• Hilton (8/5): Very good - It was clean, the area was quiet for a good night sleep. The property had everything you needed. It was slightly further away from the centre than I expected but it wasn’t a problem as I liked the walk. It wasn’t too far.
• Daniela (7/5): Good - the bed and bathroom were nice and comfortable, also its pretty easy to arrive from the train station The curtains in the bedroom are see through and since the sun its really intense it can be annoying in the morning, also, under the bed was full of pigeon feathers, my husband catch a really bad allergy while we were there
• Felipe (10/5): Perfect choice! - The apartment is large and the bedroom is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is functional. What stands out is Johnny's hospitality! Although the location is not central, it is easy to get to the center and for those who like to walk, it is a beautiful walk.

• Justin (4/5): Not my first choice. Not clean. - The few positives we could enjoy was the access to transport, right outside the door. We also enjoyed the use of the kitchen and washing machine. The host was good at communicating via WhatsApp but was difficult to translate English in person, he did try. We have stayed in many forms of accommodation and we have never been so disappointed at how dirty our room was when we checked in. There was hair and dust everywhere as if no one had cleaned our room before we got there. There was mould in the shower which smelled horrendous. We arrived and no one greeted us. We were considering canceling but there was not many alternatives at last minute. We even began cleaning ourselves. Pulled all the sheets off and started dusting. The owner came later and he attempted to clean the rest which wasted a few hours of our time. If this was not a new listing I may have been more forgiving. Unfortunately, I needed to share our experience if not to warn but also help improve. The bathroom is old fashioned, kitchen is not guest friendly. The house was very dusty - definitely no attempt at cleaning the house! I wish the owner could have left sugar, coffee and milk available. To ensure towels are replaced with new softer towels and ensure they are clean and presentable. If you ask guests to clean up, ensure a broom closet is accessible and stocked with detergent, a clean dry rack and cloths, replace the shower mats between guests and ensure disinfected as they looked old.
• Vicky (9/5): Great, would recommend! - The host was really friendly and helpful, any issues we had he resolved immediately. Convenient location to bus stops and supermarkets. Very clean and spacious with our own private bathroom which was great. Minor issues with the air conditioning/electricity, but the host resolved these quickly.
• Diaz-tornros (6/5): Pleasant, regardless of the standard since it is very quiet and you have privacy. - The host is very nice and helpful. The quality of the mattress and linen. The bed sheets should be replaced for a business standard. The kitchen needs deep cleaning, and since cleaning is not included, some cleaning products should be made easily available. Access is easy from the train station, but the bus ride to get there is about 45 min.

• Lau (4/5): Disappointing - Staff is friendly and helpful, but the place was greasy and dusty. In addition, it was jumped in and out of the shower because the water was not even lukewarm. The shower and kitchen definitely need to be refurbished. Basically, dusty and edges of the sink kitchen and the bathtub were mouldy and scummy. Sorry, I don't have photos. In all honesty, there is no spare space on my phone.

• Anastasia (10/5): A perfect stay if you want some quiet - The room, as well as the bathroom that was for our exclusive use, was very comfortable and clean. We also had access to the kitchen and could make occasional meals during our stay. The building is located only 20 minutes away from the city centre by bus, and there are several bus stops (along with some nice pizzerias, and a supermarket) in the neighbourhood. Jonathan was always available to answer our questions. While very helpful and friendly, he was also very discreet, which is something we personally appreciated a lot.

• Mafalda (9/5): Great experience! - We really enjoyed our stay. The host was always available to answer our questions and the house is quite big and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet at night, We took the train and then the bus. At the bus station it was a bit confusing and hardly no one spoke English, so for those of you who are travelling by train, there is a ticket machine at the train station, where you can buy URBAN bus tickets for 1,50€. And then you can take the 31 or 32 bus or even the 23. If you write the location it will tell you where to go ( where the bus stop is). After the first time, you will quickly understand how it works. The flat is within a 20-25m distance from the centre (by bus) and the bus station (31 and 32) are quite close to the flat, a big supermarket (totally worth it) and also a tabacchi shop where you can buy more bus tickets if necessary. While in Florence, we also went on a day tour to Siena, Pisa and Toscany. Very beautiful! There was nothing in particular I didn't like. Maybe just the first experience at the train station, but it has nothing to do with the flat.
