• Giulio (3/5): Da non rifare - La posizione è centrale infissi non insonorizzati e tende non oscuranti. avevo prenotato in centro, perché il giorno dopo avevo la mezza maratona, ma non mi sono riposato per niente. Rumori fino alle cinque di mattina, non abbiamo chiuso occhio. Letto matrimoniale, piccolo e molto scomodo. Cuscini pessimi. bagno in comune un po’ datato

• Lyndsea Maya (10/5): Consiglio questa struttura di cuore a chiunque voglia un soggiorno piacevole, comodo e senza pensieri - Ho soggiornato qui per un weekend io e una mia amica, e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è eccellente, in pieno centro, vicina a tutto e comodissima anche per quanto riguarda i mezzi di trasporto. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Un vero punto di forza è stata la cordialità del proprietario, sempre disponibile e attento ai minimi dettagli, senza farci mancare nulla, anzi.

• Anthe Berber (5/5): Not great - I stayed at the Tora Apartment in Florence and found it to be quite underwhelming. The bed was extremely small and uncomfortable, and the pillows were practically nonexistent – thin and unsupportive to the point of being useless. For the price charged, I expected a significantly better standard of comfort. While the location is central, I honestly believe you’d get much better value (and sleep) by booking an Airbnb slightly outside the city center. A longer walk or short bus ride is a small trade-off for a space where you can actually rest and feel at ease. Would not recommend, especially for travelers expecting a proper apartment or a restful stay.

There was miscommunication on how the city taxes would be collected. The host reminded us last minute instead of the beginning of our stay.

• laura (7/5): accogliente - appartamento molto bello e intimo, situato in pieno centro quindi comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i punti storici di Firenze tranquillamente a piedi. quando siamo arrivati la stanza era fredda e l'acqua tiepida, abbiamo contattato l'host per poter accendere i termosifoni che ci ha dato indicazioni. la porta del bagno ha un chiavistello rotto quindi la porta non si chiudeva bene.

Que me pregunten tanto la hora de llegada, estoy viajando a relajarme a un lugar que no conosco en tiempos y transportes, por lo que las horas pueden variar, me estresó un poco. Hay un rango y estaba llegando en ese rango.
• Sema (5/5): We loved Florence and the situation of the apartment but it needs upgrading. - Lorenzo was easy to contact but we never met him. There is a lift to thé floor but without the key , you cannot use it. We were obliged to carry our suitcases to the third floor by the stairs as the key to check in to the apartment upstairs. The situation is excellent and our room was spacious -And the parking they suggested is nearby costing us 39€ per day. The tourist taxes of 6€ per person and per night were to be left in the room at checkout with the key on the door. The bathroom is spacious but very old. The wc seating keeps falling off sideways. You cannot close the door completely as the hinges are half loose. The wc is not separate from the shower room-3 rooms in the apartment are sharing this -meaning 6 people and during our stay of three nights no one cleaned it. There was an open plastic bin just next to the Wc adding to the discomfort. This apartment needs a separate Wc room. The room locks with an old closet key, it didn’t feel safe as we were two women. The thin curtains falls off the rack as you touch it. There is no way to keep the light away as there are no shutters.

• Francis (8/5): Prima kamer in gedeeld appartement op centrale en levendige locatie - Ruime kamer, alles wat netjes en schoon. Simpel maar doet wat het moet doen! Super goede locatie t.o.v. de toeristische attracties en het centrum. Snelle en aardige reacties van host Lorenzo via Whatsapp, ook toen ik om tips vroeg. Fijn dat ik mijn bagage een paar uurtjes kon laten staan. De gedeelde badkamer, keuken en woonkamer waren ook prima. Er is een supermarkt om de hoek en veel uitgaansmogelijkheden. Ik voelde me veilig in het appartement als female solo traveler. Het appartement ligt middenin een levendige studentenwijk, wat betekent dat er elke avond tot laat veel mensen en geluid op straat zijn. Met name in het weekend, als de XO club beneden zijn deuren opent tot 04:00, is het geluid goed te horen. Gelukkig had ik oordopjes mee waardoor slapen wel ging, maar vergeet deze zeker niet! Daarnaast zouden meer stopcontacten of een stekkerdoos prettig zijn, zodat je niet je nachtlampje eruit hoeft te halen als je iets wilt opladen.

• Fernández (10/5): Muy recomendado - La corona del alojamiento para mi la tiene la ubicación, estas a 10 minutos de caminata de la catedral santa maria de fiore y todo lo de mas. El alojamiento tiene una cocina super equipada a tu servicio, un baño super completo y ademas tiene para lavar y secar la ropa, creo que tiene todas las comodidades cubiertas. La entrada autónoma también es algo que me resultó satisfactorio Lo único que apuntaría a mejorar son las almohadas, habían unas muy finitas para nada cómodas que no te dejaban dormir, había que apilar varias para que no sean tan planas. No es nada que no se resuelva y mucho menos es algo que quita a todo lo otro

Sólo es un baño para 3 habitaciones, un poco complicado, pero nada serio. Al parecer debajo hay un bar o antro. Nos tocó cerrado, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta.

Es gibt nur einen Parkplatz außerhalb von Florenz. Aber der ist recht günstig (3Tage -21€) und auch echt einfach mit den Öffis zu erreichen.

• Stefania (2/5): Mai più. Neanche nei miei peggiori incubi - Di questa struttura, l’unica cosa buona è la posizione Tutto il resto era pessimo. Con il caldo torrido che ha fatto a Firenze in questi giorni, l’appartamento era surriscaldato (trattandosi di ultimo piano), senza aria condizionata, senza un ventilatore. Se tenevo la finestra aperta non si poteva dormire per l’invasione di zanzare e per l’eccessivo vociare per tutta la notte. Per non parlare delle prese della corrente (solo una funzionante) e della tv che c’era ma non prendeva neanche un canale. La porta della mia stanza non si chiudeva a meno che non si desse una mandata.

Abbiamo scelto la stanza più economica (che sono comunque 102 euro) piccolissima, con letto alla francese, materasso mollissimo, serratura vecchissima e maniglie storte. Ambienti insonorizzati, si sente tutto quello che succede fuori. Mobilio squallido. Ospiti che suonano il campanello di notte (probabilmente perché non capiscono come fare ad entrare). La Televisione prende solo canali infimi con televendite e maghi vari. Mi spiace, ma tremendo. Non l’abbiamo detto subito perché ormai eravamo già lì, a cosa sarebbe servito lamentarsi?

• Eszter (4/5): Room in shared apartment in noisy city centre. - Located smack in the middle of town. Easy self-checkin. Before checking in staff member reached out on Whatsapp on personal number asking to send over passport copies. When in was reluctant, he answered pretty rude, with zero attempt to verify his identity. Pretty disappointing customer service. Apartment also has three rooms, so you end up sharing the bathroom between six people-be prepared. Place also has a huge amount of traffic noise from the streets that starts early morning and lasts until late night. Decently clean, though the whole place has a very shabby feeling with dirty walls that are way overdue a paint, old chipping furniture etc. Bedding and towels were clean though, bed was quite comfortable.

• Marco (7/5): Affittacamere con ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo - La struttura è ben tenuta, ha delle camere confortevoli, arredate di quanto necessario e con televisione. In comune si ha una bella cucina equipaggiata, un bagno ampio con lavatrice. Questi aspetti rendono la struttura adatta per soggiorni lunghi. Si trova vicino alle principali attrazioni e tanti ristoranti e locali carini. Il rumore che non mi ha fatto dormire. La mia stanza la n° 4 dava sulla strada, le finestre non sono insonorizzate ed i frastuono di ragazzi e persone ad ogni ora della notte fino alle 4.30, mi hanno impedito di dormire. Mi sono svegliata di continuo ed al mattino ero veramente stanca. Se non vi fosse stato questo aspetto, che mi rendo conto non sia colpa della struttura, avrei dato 10 per l'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio vivamente di valutare come risolvere questo aspetto. Non so se interessa solo la stanza 4 o anche le altre.

• Silvia (8/5): Plein centre ville, superbe vue de la chambre, accueil fiable et attentionné, recommandé - Chambre spacieuse et literie confortable, avec belle vue! Accueil soigné, conseils sur le quartier en plus! Espaces communs (salon, cuisine, salle de bain) bien tenus et appropriés. Juste l'équipement de la cuisine, pas vraiment au point. Une bouilloire serait utile. Sinon, rien à redire!

Essendo bassa stagione abbiamo trovato l'appartamento tranquillo e con solo un'altra coppia a condividerlo. Pulizia degli ambienti ok. Lenzuola perfettamente pulite ed asciugamani utilissimi. Abbiamo scelto la stanza più economica con letto alla francese. Pochi spazi, materasso scomodo, assenza di grucce nell'armadio. Serratura delle porte antiquata e maniglie da avvitare. Bagno buio. Ambienti non troppo insonorizzati. Il processo di check-in potrebbe risultare difficoltoso per clienti poco giovani/dinamici.
