• Taos (1/5): Not good for the price - I only liked the location I was disappointed with my stay. I specifically requested a baby cot, but one was not provided. The room was set up with two single beds pushed together instead of the bed arrangement I expected. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not working. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they changed our room when we reported the issue. However, we had already spent our first night in a cold room, and my baby was very cold, which was upsetting. Although the staff tried to resolve the problem by moving us to another room, I was still not satisfied with the replacement room. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

• Shakhzodbek (7/5): Overall, not that bad - The staff was really kind. Even our check out was at 12:00 they let us put our stuff till evening flight. And the breakfast they provide was really various and delicious. The bathroom is so small, we had a difficulty to take a shower. And they should clean better. Because it was a bit dirty. Additionally, the bed had two single beds that were uncomfortable to sleep for couples.

La vétusté de l'hôtel, la salle de bain en très mauvais état, douche sale et robinet qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous avons eu du mal à obtenir une grande serviette de bain pour chacune. Il n y en avait que 3 , nous en avons eu 4 qu une seule fois sur notre séjour de 4 jours

• Petar (7/5): Overall, you get what you paid for. It's okay for that class of a hotel, and that price. - It has good location. Some of the reception guys are super nice, one of them spent 10 minutes to walk us through the whole istanbul map, while marking trams/bus stations and showing us amenities. Check-in/check-out were easy. Breakfast ladies were friendly. Also very fast internet, one of the fastest I have ever had in a hotel! not much clean, comfort is at low level mainly because of small room, clogged sink (which they fixed afterwards), smoking in the rooms (there was used ashtray near the bed), cold breakfast hall, too large bed for such a room (there was no space for one to go to the opposite side of the bed)
• Blagoje (7/5): Okayish for the price - Breakfast and location were fine. Also some of the staff were friendly. Breakfast room was really cold, also was the room itself, the heating mode of the AC didn't work as good as it should be. The hairdryer was really low, so you can't say whether it's working or not, we had to go to our friends' room for drying the hair. A lot of water stacks up while showering, the drain was not clogged, but it is really small.

• Dushanova (7/5): - I would say the location was perfect. The elevator was available. To be honest, I am not a very demanding tourist, so this hotel was acceptable for me at an average level. However, other tourists might be dissatisfied with the services, the rooms, and the staff.
• Elina (1/5): Schrecklich und nicht mal viel günstiger als andere - Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann einfach mit der Straßenbahn alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern. Es ist sehr staubig, man kann da nicht atmen. Das Badezimmer war nicht nutzbar, denn die Dusche war undicht und dadurch wurde alles ekelig nass. Vor den Fenstern war direkt die Fluchtweg Treppe sodass man keine Aussicht hatte. Nur aus einem Fenster konnte man nach draußen blicken und sah nur die Baustelle nebenan. Personal ist unfreundlich und nicht entgegenkommend.

Je n'ai rien apprécié malheureusement...la télé dans la chambre ne marche pas...même le pti dej la bouffe était froide !!!

We had to wait outside until they claimed they had finished cleaning. However, when I entered the bathroom, it was in a very bad condition.

• Uren (1/5): Terrible experience and poor service from management - nothing The hotel was atrocious. The pictures show beautiful facilities until you arrive and are faced with the worst rooms and unsanitary experience. Bathroom walls full of black mould. Dirty toilets and shower area and the stench is something else. I complained the first night and the manager offered to move us but the 2nd room was just as bad. The next morning, the shower flooded and that was the final straw. We demanded a full refund but were offered a 4 night refund, which I accepted. The next day, the hotel declined a refund - after committing to it. This hotel cost €450/500 which was not worth it.

• Julie (7/5): Would happily stay again with my family - Friendly staff. Good food. Location. Hot water always. Check in and out times adjusted easily. 24 hr shops nearby. Easy uber access. TV fixed quickly. Fresh towels always. Heating put on each morning. Many charging plugs. Beds were so comfortable. Rooms spacious. Elevator always worked for us too! No kettle in room had to ask for drinkable hot water from the kitchen anytime we needed it and ask for toilet paper to be put in the room. Shower head fell and injured my foot as the holder wasn't secure, but otherwise no major issues at all.

• Abdul Naser (1/5): Terrible experience - The only good thing was that the staff, especially EREN, were good. Other than that, the hotel was the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The room was filthy; they never changed the sheets. Seven days on the same sheets and pillowcases. The back rooms overlooked a building under construction; it was like a prison. There was blood on the pillow when I entered the room. The bathroom was tiny; my knees were hitting the wall when I sat on the bidet. The building was very old and dilapidated, and the room door was tied with a rope. In the first room, there was no wardrobe, and when I changed rooms, there was no shower. The shower was in the bathroom next to the bidet, meaning you showered while the whole bathroom was flooded. I changed to a third room, which was the best available, but the shower was also very small. I had to sneak around to get to the shower. The pictures on Booking.com are nothing like reality. The hotel lacked any comfort or cleanliness. Seven days, the room wasn't cleaned, and the sheets weren't changed. I had to clean myself. A terrible experience that I will never repeat. Moreover, I filed a complaint with Booking.com, but I didn't hear any response from them at all. Eren helped me change the room, but Booking.com did nothing, so I think I will reconsider booking through Booking.com in the future as well.
• Max (1/5): The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life - Quite literally nothing, everything was terrible. If you want a decent hotel, don’t stay here. There was mold in the bathroom, all the metal was rusted, there was hair and stains in the bed and pillows.

• Huzefa (1/5): Worst nightmare ever in Hotel 😡😡 - Only the location was best but rest was all crap Room 602 on top floor no.6 was given , list could only accommodate 1 to 2 person max, bathroom was flooded from sewer , entire bathroom and bedroom floor was slippery my wife almost tripped in bathroom, it was not even cleaned because there were hairs still left in bathroom by previous guest, hair dryer was giving shock because it has broken wire and is wrongly connected to the socket which is very unsafe and risky as seen in photos I’ve attached , air conditioner made loud noises hard to sleep , in morning when I fell a sleep I was immediately waken up by sunlight entering through broken curtains, when I asked manager he said will repair the issue, when returned back at night the issue was not sorted , when I asked to change room they said the room was not available to change where as there were plenty of big rooms advertised by this Hotel online, after arguing a lot I was given room no. 601 which was opposite to my existing room , while entering I realised this was the room I actually paid for because it matched the photos I have in booking.com room details , this new room was good with no issues but this means Hotel deliberately gave me wrong broken room and advertised my actual room to make more money , I feel it was very deceiving and cheated , the towels and blankets were always with red and black stains which I had to ask them every day to change , breakfast was very poor with cheap quality food so we avoided having breakfast in hotel though it was included, the plates and cutlery was not cleaned properly with water and grease still on them every day, the staff looked unhelpful and playing blame game on each other for the problems , only the hotel reception is renovated nicely to attract customers but everything else is complete crap, I very much doubt the feed back scores because this is what I fell for, always check the room if it matches the room detail photos you selected on booking .com.
