El anfitrión es el más atento y comunicativo que existe. Sinceramente quedamos impresionados con las instalaciones tan perfectamente pensadas ! Nada. Solo si tenes problemas de movilidad es un segundo piso por escaleras, pero estando embarazada y con un bebé de 21 meses, subimos perfecto. Lo demás es puro placer,

• Kamil Malachowski (10/5): Na pewno kiedyś wrócę. - Apartament w samym centrum około 200 metrów od plaży. Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia oraz przestronna łazienka. Łatwy dostęp bo drzwi wejściowe na kod. Blisko parking miejski oraz parking podziemny. Miejsce do polecenia na wyjazd z rodziną.

Das Apartment ist groß, modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Das Bad ist geräumig, nicht so eng wie sonst oft. Wenn wir nochmal nach Nerja reisen, nur in dieses Apartment! Nichts

• Mari Carmen (9/5): - Lo mejor fue la limpieza , el diseño nuevo, moderno, de calidad y confortable del mobiliario, el equipamiento y amplitud de las habitaciones y la ubicación del apartamento.Sin duda repetible La persona que era el contacto con el apartamento fue muy correcta pero no llegué a saber ni su nombre ni si estaba yo waseando con una o varias personas distintas a lo largo de los tramites .Pese a que el dia antes de salir del apartamento le dije si podía saber el nombre de con quien me comunicaba y me había estado comunicando , no obtuve respuesta y, por respeto, no insistí. Puede ser norma de la empresa pero resulta muy frío, impersonal.y, por momentos, hasta desconcertante. aunque , vuelvo a decir, quien o quienes fueran actuaron de forma eficiente y correcta.

• Lorena (10/5): Un apartamento encantador para disfrutar de Nerja. - Nos encantó absolutamente todo. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio y cuidado, y además es exactamente igual que en las fotos de Booking, lo cual nos sorprendió gratamente porque cumplió todas nuestras expectativas. Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de una amiga y desde que entramos hasta que salimos estábamos un poquito enamoradas del lugar. Decoramos con globos, lo disfrutamos muchísimo y nos sentimos muy cómodas en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Nerja, incluso aprovechamos para hacer kayak, y tener un sitio tan bonito y acogedor donde volver fue un gran plus. No hicimos muchas fotos de las instalaciones, pero sí grabamos un video haciendo un pequeño tour que refleja lo bien que lo pasamos: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNdpxUr77/ La única pega es que nuestra estancia fue demasiado corta… ¡nos hubiéramos quedado mucho más tiempo!

• Michal (10/5): Exception lovey property just step away from all attractions! - Lovey and and very clean property. Everything in amazing condition. Location couldn’t be better just one step from all attraction and the beach. The only problem for us was always stressful parking( to find the space). If you will be visiting in the high season you may search for a space ages. However owner can offer you underground car park for extra money but we found it complicated to get out of those dungeons and decided to keep our car on the street.

• Peadar (9/5): Nerja is a lovely town for a holiday and this apartment is right in the centre of it. - Location of the apartment was very central with restaurants and seaside walks within a few minutes walk. The apartment was clean and tidy and well-equipped and provided everything we needed. The TV had our home channels so we saw our favourite programmes. We had to carry a 23kg suitcase up and down two flights of stairs as there is no elevator.

• RAMÓN (7/5): - Ubicación, lo limpio y nuevo estaba. La hora de entrada que era a partir de las 15:00 horas y la hora de salida tenía que ser a las 11:00. No disfrutamos de la estancia ni 24 horas. Iba con una pequeña de siete años y la tuve que despertar para salirnos a la hora indicada. Me dió mucha pena despertarla. La salida debía haber sido más tarde. Por lo demás todo bien. Un saludo

The apartment was very new-looking, quite well-kept, and extremely clean. Everything was fantastic.

• raul (6/5): De poca vergüenza el ruido del 1B Smile cavanna. - Ubicacion El sofa cama muy incómodo, fatal, te levantas con dolor de espalda. En el apartamento de abajo 1B tb de esta cadena de apartamentos smile cavanna la famila que había hasta las 3 de la mañana moviendo muebles, corriendo, gritando etc... en ese sentido fatal. La gente no respeta nada. Eso deberían comunicarlos a los huéspedes y hacer respetar las normas básicas de convivencia. Una poca vergüenza. No dormimos ni descansamos los días que henos estado.

Además muy bien ubicado, a 2 min andando del balcón de Europa y al lado de una plaza muy concurrida y muchos servicios. Alquilamos también una plaza de garaje con ellos a menos de 5min andando del apartamento. Sin duda repetiremos el año que viene.

• Nicholas (9/5): A bright apartment steps to everything you need in a vacation - The location was perfect! Right on a square with some great restaurants around and everything (including groceries) within a 5min walk. The style and decor were quite nice, but the best part was the clarity of instructions from the hosts - the instructions for the parking and keys were complex, but they provided a clear explanation and photos to help us navigate (which was huge since we're not used to driving in such tight quarters). There was a bit of a smell in the building itself. Sewage? Mold? not sure which. It was slight, but persistent (which is the only reason to keep it from getting a 10/10)

• Martha (10/5): Perfect Days in Nerja - Smile Cavana apartments were in a perfect, safe location very close to the Balcón de Europa, with easy private parking (!!) and everything we needed in the very comfortable apartment. The windows which opened onto the bustling, clean plaza were awesome. The happy noises from the open windows made us smile as we fell asleep. We were especially grateful for the washing machine since we’d been traveling for 14 days with limited clothes. We also appreciated Tempe very nearby Carrefour for milk, yogurt and fruits. The owners were VERY responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better help. In the area: 1. We loved the Caves of Nerja (not the expected tourist trap - the free downloadable audio tour was excellent). 2. We truly enjoyed our 3 hour hike through the Frijiliano campo (an easy bus ride or drive from Nerja) and family style lunch at Cafe 3 Culturas with Graham and the Shamrock Roamers Walking Club (Google it) 3. We recommend the Carbonara pizza at Naturale Nerja restaurant near the apartment. You’ll be glad you visited Nerja and stayed at Smile apartments. It was a great few days! Everything was great!
• June (10/5): Fabulous central apartment - This was a.lovely clean comfortable apartment. The location was perfect, central to all the cafes and bars. It had a great kitchen with all you needed for your stay. Nothing. It was perfect.

• Samuel (10/5): Great apartment in a very central area. - This is a very clean and comfortable apartment. It is very central, close to the Balcon de Europa and many restaurants. The apartment is modern and new. It is very well equipped with everything needed including a smart TV with English channels. Would stay here again. Not a big thing but some artwork on the walls would have been nice.

• Giedrius (10/5): No problem in Nerja - Clear communication throug Whatsapp. Very good location with few steps access to the shops, restaurants and the sea. Clean and modern apartmet with full equipment what you may need during stay. Parking space was alotted for our car for extra charge, but it's really worth, as underground parking is just 5 min walk from apartment. Beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies. Ceiling fans allowed to witstand heat w/o air conditioner. It is very likely that when we go to Andalucia next time we will again look for apartments managed by the Smile company. Permanent mechanical ventilation would be useful, because a lot has been invested in the furnishing of the apartment, and the accumulated moisture can damage the finish. Just a friendly observation here. Only one coffee capsule, but nothing like that - we bought it according to the sample and still left it.
• Elaine (10/5): Like home away from home - Was our first holiday with our 8month old baby so we were nervous! This apartment made our life so much easier for our 7day holiday. Everything was so clean and modern. Excellent facilities everything we needed including a cot bed and high chair was provided. Everything was state of the art excellent aircon/fans. Nice to have a tv we could sign into our own Netflix on as we had lots of time with naps and early bedtimes. Could black put windows too which really helped! Really nice shower. Super location so central, could not recommend enough! Only con was that it was up 1 flight of stairs but if you are coming to Nerja with a pram you need to be prepared for lots of steps in general. Recommend bringing a baby carrier for beach days or visiting the caves

Instructions sent to me for parking and accessing apartment were very clear and helpful and included pictures. Bedding and mattress, and all furnishings, were very comfortable. Nerja activity is right outside the door and it is very close to the sea promenade. WiFi was weak, I had to use my cell network to get things done online. There was no coffee for the machine, perhaps staff would have brought some after I asked, but since it was Feria Nerja and supermarkets were closed, I spent time finding a small store where I purchased it myself. Early morning coffee is very important to me, maybe other people would not think this is important.

Fully equipped kitchen with a regular sized fridge and freezer. Plenty of natural light. Big bathroom with double basin and huge walk in shower with excellent pressure. Good wardrobes with sufficient hangers. Ideal location. Pull up a chair and people watch from the living room patio doors. We spent 2 nights here and will definitely return. A lucky find. Couldn’t fault it.
