• Alexander (7/5): Fijn verblijf maar niet gekregen waar ik voor heb betaald . Kreeg geen tegemoetkoming - Modern en schoon Lauw water ( kraan kan niet op warmte ingesteld worden) Geen waterkoker ( zou er wel moeten zijn) Je kan dan wel het appartement goed schoonmaken maar dat is niet voldoende. Je dient continu te checken of alles aanwezig is en alles goed werkt.. Dit aangegeven maar er werd verder niks voor me gedaan of een tegemoetkoming gegeven. Dus heb alles keurig betaald maar niet gekregen waar ik voor betaald heb.

• Susana (5/5): - La ubicación. La comunicación con el anfitrión, no tuve noticias del apartamento tres horas antes de mi llegada para darme las instrucciones. El colchón estaba hundido se te mete el culo para abajo y lo digo por experiencia, trabajo en una tienda que no voy a decir el nombre, por ser muy conocida y es algo que veo a menudo. No tener otro juego de sabanas, pase seis noches y se necesitas otras por cualquier motivo?, no tener para dejar la ropa en la habitación, ya que hay tres perchas para dos personas y seis días y respecto al sofá intente dormir en el ya que la cama estaba como estaba y claro sin sabanas ni nada esta sucio y duro. Respecto al aparcamiento cuando busque en Booking puse con aparcamiento, este no tiene aparcamiento propio, es aparcamiento en la calle en cualquier sito que encuentres cerca o lejos, pero no suyo.

• Martin (4/5): Il y a lieu de revoir l’organisation. - L’appartement est bien situé. 1. Trouver la clé était une punition car il faut avoir des petites mains pour arriver à déverrouiller le système de sécurité se trouvant dans la boîte aux lettres. 2. La bonde de fond du lavabo était condamné et cela n’a pas permis à l’exploitation. 3. Le siège de la cuve n’était pas fixé. 4. Une lampe du salon non fonctionnelle.

• Radana (9/5): In general, it was good. - Nice cozy flat. Pleasant area. Supermarket next door, lift. Fine people around. Lovely balcony! Small things like unfitted toilet seat, and the bed was quite too soft for someone who has a problem with back. But that’s individual, I guess. Other people might prefer it this way. No hard feelings 😃

• Peter (9/5): - Nice and cozy apartment with a great big terrace, easy access from the highway. We were a bit stressed whether we could really park our car for free in the underground garage under the building, and whether we would be able to get the car out of the garage early in the morning, but in the end it was no problem. The garage door opened automatically when we left.
• Sikandar (8/5): - It was spacious and had parking. Very close to local amenities. overall its a great spot away from tourist crowded areas. Locals were nice too. Towels need a refresh, they were old, faded and smelly.

• Inês (9/5): Comfortable and with a beautiful balcony - We were pretty much very satisfied with everything: the apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable, the amenities are convenient,the contactless check in was easy and the host was nice and easy to reach.Most of all, we loved the very big balcony, it's even prettier than on the pictures! This really wasn't a problem for us, but if you are sensitive to noise, it might be difficult to sleep with the windows open as the apartment is close to a busy street, so one can hear the traffic noise in some distance.

• Teodora (10/5): Nice place especially for those who travel by car - It’s the perfect stay for those who travel by car, free parking is gold in Brussels. Inside the apartment has everything you need to cook something light for every meal, a cozy couch and a big balcony for wine&talk. Everything clean, high speed internet, natural light and the owner was very helpful via booking messages. Super helpful the supermarket just below the apartment. The mattress is a little too soft, but it’s ok for a few nights. Also keep in mind that you have to complete the info in the link sent by the owner via booking messages to get access to this property.

• Erika (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very nice, it has everything one would need for a few days' stay.. it can easily accommodate 4 people. The WiFi was unusable. It was so slow that I could not do litterly anything on it. If you list that you have WiFi, you need to make sure it works. In today's age, this is unacceptable.

• Gerald (9/5): A stylish home which is very well located to discover Brussels - A modern & stylish apartment in good location (close to Atomium, Expo, Metro...) with a nice balcony to relax. We (family of four) enjoyed our stay there and had enough space to sleep and live a few days in comfort. Kitchen is well-equipped and balcony is surely a plus during warmer days. There's a supermarket just downstairs in the same building, which is practical. Parking in front of the house was not a problem. A few minutes from Expo, Atomium and Metro station. Getting and leaving the keys was well organized and communication with the host was good (e-mail and WhatsApp). Would like to come back another time & can highly recommend this apartment! all was fine! but if I had to list something here, maybe be aware that it is right next to the highway, so might hear the traffic when windows are open during warmer days... We were there in winter with windows closed and had no noise issues whatsoever!
