• Denise (10/5): Super, je recommande ! - Super studio ! Il est très propre, très calme, on a assez d'espace pour deux personnes. Il y a également un frigo et des couverts ce qui est très utile. Je recommande :) et ce n'est pas loin des lieux de rando ! Juste bien prendre note que vous avez un frigo, un micro onde et de quoi faire du thé et café mais il ne faut pas venir avec l'idée de cuisiner des plats :) et pas de lavabo dans la cuisine donc les assiettes et couverts sont utilisables une fois.
• Adam (8/5): - Belle chambre, bien pensée et bien aménagée. Le lit est confortable, il mériterait juste d'être un peu plus large. Surtout qu'il y a de l'espace. La chambre est lumineuse et agréable. Il y a une machine à café installée dans la cuisine mais pas de dosette proposée. Un grand draps de bain serait plus agréable et pratique pour se sécher en sortant de la douche.

• Jacques (10/5): Mooi gelegen appartement in een rustige omgeving. - Rustige ligging in een mooie buurt.Comfortabel ingericht en vooral een super vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Na een avond optreden in het centrum kwam hij ons zelfs ophalen. Gewoon fantastisch. We komen zeker terug. Alles was prima.

• Stephane (9/5): Une bonne adresse. - Accueil chaleureux, appartement confortable, nuit paisible sur une bonne literie, maison de caractère dans un quartier qui ne manque pas de charme. Cette bonne adresse regorge d’atouts pour un prix raisonnable. RAS.
• Wolfgang (9/5): Gut geschlafen in Verviers. - Mir hat der nette Empfang gefallen und die schöne Wohnung mit einer absolut tollen Dusche. In dem Bett habe ich so ruhig geschlafen wie lange nicht mehr. Schade das es in der "Küche" keinen Herd gibt, aber auch mit der Mikrowelle kann man einiges machen.

Public transport next to the apartment, Aldi and Delhaize supermarkets, shops, etc… The owner is very friendly and kind. I had a great stay.

• Dany (10/5): A great stay! Merci - Le studio est très spacieux, propre et confortable, et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Il comprend internet, une smart TV avec Netflix, YouTube, etc. À proximité de l'appartement, vous trouverez des supermarchés (Delhaize et Aldi) où vous pourrez également retirer de l'argent si besoin. Le quartier est proche du centre-ville et de la gare centrale. C'est un quartier résidentiel chic, luxueux et sûr, où vous trouverez des boutiques de luxe, les transports en commun, un salon de beauté, etc. Le propriétaire est très serviable et aimable. Merci.
• Katia (8/5): Erg vriendelijk ontvangen in een aangenaam appartement. - De gastheer Xavier is heel vriendelijk. Geen moeite is hem te veel om zijn gasten een aangenaam verblijf te geven. Het appartement is heel licht en het is er gezellig thuiskomen. De keuken is erg basic. Het is wat behelpen met de afwas.

• Friedbert (9/5): - Herr Xavier war sehr freundlich und besorgt aber auf angenehme Art zurückhaltend. Das Studio ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und es war außerordentlich sauber und gemütlich. Das Bett hat mich und meinen Sohn sehr gut schlafen lassen. Wir würden dieses Studio jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch junge Liebespaare könnten es hier sicher gut einige Zeit miteinander aushalten. Keine Beanstandungen!

• D (10/5): The best experience! - Beautiful building with character, newly refurbished rooms with a complete self-service facilities including a cordless vacuum cleaner! However, what made the experience was the service from Xavier, we were in a urgent situation needing to drop our luggage at the next hotel before getting the train during torrential rain and no taxis available - Xavier without prompting, dropped us off at the hotel then even at the station…super service!! Nothing
• Yezeed (10/5): Definitely we are gonna come again. - Great location, very clean and the studio is full equipped with everything that we need for our stay. Xavier and Patricia were very friendly and helpful.
• Geo (10/5): Very good choice - The hosts were very nice and easy to reach. They are very polite and friendly people. The studio is charming, it has a nice balcony and the view has some nice trees which host some happy singing birds. The neighbourhood is also beautiful and we think it is the best choice for Verviers. There is a bakery nearby open early in the morning, some restaurants here and there and a big supermarket. We had a good time in this studio and we plan to come back. If you are a very sensible with noises, you might be bothered by the cars passing by at night from time to time but although I am like this I got used to it very quickly so I didn't consider it a big issue
• Anonym (8/5): Perfect overnight stay! - Perfect for a short stay - it's very spacious andhas a wonderfully comfortable bed, it's close to the motorway, it's very easy to access, parking is no problem, it's close to the centre if you want to go out for dinner but also has everything necessary for self-catering. very much recommended!

• Angelo (10/5): Perfect stay in a very cozy studio - I liked everything and I left very happy about my stay. The location is excellent for Verviers and of course you can find everything around as well the train station is in a close distance. The bed was comfortable, the room very warm, a nice balcony, the kitchen was ok so that you can cook, it has a table for work, free parking outside, quite and nice area. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if I travel to Verviers again. I literally didn't find anything to mention
