• NANCY (10/5): Very nice stay in a very lovely place. - Very clean, very spacious room with quality furnishings that were so comfortable, that we preferred staying in our room during the rain. Liked the no carpet floors that minimize dust and allergens. Ensuite bathroom was large, too, and everything worked. Very responsive hostess who answered my emails right away. No breakfast is provided, but nice plates, bowls, and cutlery was available for use for the carryout food we brought. Noted traffic noise due to location near a busy intersecting corner. The windows muted the noise considerably, but the motorcyclists and auto drivers who liked to rev the engines at night were audible.

The train to downtown is not too far away which makes it easy to get to the city. Unfortunately, it was a little noisy. But that could have been due to the other guests. Nothing could be heard from the street.

• Belinda (9/5): We felt very comfortable and safe and any requests of the host were satisfied promptly and thoroughly. - The whole property including our room was very clean and appeared to be quite new. The accommodation was part of a bigger building however very private and quiet. It wasn’t apparent in booking the property that the accommodation was on the first level from the ground. It has a large staircase, if you have heavy bags to navigate up.

• Gene (4/5): There are better places to stay. - Clean, spacious rooms. Well accommodated. Comfortable bed and chairs. Nice closet and bathroom. Beautiful, large garden outside. No breakfast. No food of any kind at any time. Very poor access to any restaurant. No staff of any kind other than the owner that lived there. You had to call her if you needed anything. Very accommodating but you were not likely to see her if you don’t call. The facility was not a hotel of any kind. It was additions added on to a large and very nice looking home but not residential like you would hope. The big and impossible to deal with problem was the location. It was facing a busy and obscenely noisy street. There was also a similarly noisy street adjacent. Not as busy but still obscenely noisy. My room was facing both. The intersection was populated with the most obnoxious idiots with loud and likely illegal mufflers. It sounded like 75% of the traffic was this parade of jerks and it went on all day into early morning. The Vancouver Vacation Home facility is a 50-50 combination of a very nice facility located on totally awful and obnoxious streets. I would not recommend it to anyone. I called the same lady mentioned before and ask her if she would please take my motorcycle boots that I inadvertently left there to a UPS store and have them packed and sent home to me and I would gladly pay her for her effort. She made up a cock and bull story and would not help. Once you’re checked out, you don’t exist anymore. I had a $180 pair of good boots likely thrown in the trash.

• Martin (8/5): - Ausstattung und Größe der Wohnung Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Klimaanlage ist leider für das gesamte Stockwerk geregelt. Da es die erste Nacht unerträglich kalt war, hat die Hausherrin dies anschließend abgeschaltet.

What really stood out was the feeling of staying in a hotel rather than a typical B&B. The lovely flowers outside were the perfect touch. I wish there’s TV inside the room.

I had to rely on WiFi and it would have been a bit easier for me to plan if the information was sent earlier when I had WiFi available.

• Natalina (10/5): - La struttura è bellissima esattamente come si vede in foto . Stanza grande e molto confortevole , non mancava niente . Mobili nuovi e tutto assolutamente nuovo e pulito . Letti comodi e in bagno tutti prodotti di qualità . Va segnalato che la struttura non è a Vancouver . E’ vicina all’aeroporto e quindi va bene se si arriva tardi o per la notte pre partenza . I km da Vancouver sono pochi ma credetemi con il traffico che c’è ci vuole circa 2 ore per fare il tragitto dal centro città . Se volete girare Vancouver e vivere la città non è il posto ideale perché rischiate di passare più tempo in macchina . Naturalmente questo non c’entra con la struttura che è bellissima e perfetta . Avrei preferito sapere prima questo aspetto non trascurabile della posizione .

The hosts and all the staff were very responsive and super kind!!!! We did not have one complaint at all. Totally would stay here again. We went for a concert at the Casino and love that we picked here to stay. nothing we loved everything about our stay at this amazing location.

• Macrina (9/5): Casa de lujo de Richmond - Casa espectacular en Richmond. Impresionante desde antes de entrar! Fácil acceso, fácil aparcamiento, fácil self check in. Baño espectacular, cama súper cómoda, habitación amplia con vistas al jardín. Ofrecen estación de café y té lo que facilita el desayuno. Cerca del ferry para visitar la isla de Vancouver. Richmond tiene una zona de restauración con muy buen ambiente, queda algo al sur y hay que ir en coche pero es súper agradable ! El termostato es común para todas las habitaciones y en ocasiones el frío es demasiado! Hubiese estado fenomenal poder visitar el resto de la casa o tener acceso a alguna zona común como el salón. Has de disponer de vehículo si quieres aprovechar tu estancia para visitar Vancouver.

It was super, super clean and had all the necessities for someone that was in transit and needed to freshen up. There was nothing that I didn't like.

• pavlos (10/5): Very nice,safe and clean - It would be unfair to this building, airbnb rooms, for anyone to rate anything less than excellent. It had shortcomings but the cleanliness and comfort of the room with comfortable and certainly not cheap equipment, does not allow it. There is no television in the room as an option. I did not miss it.
• WingTai (9/5): I love the building and the interior remodeling—everything looks beautiful and modern! 💗 - The facility is new and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location—easy to go shopping and find good Asian restaurants just a short drive away in Richmond. More space for free parking . The main entrance door closes at 11:30 p.m., and guests have to inform the owner in advance if they plan to come back late so the door can be left open. I find that a bit inconvenient.

• J (10/5): I will definitely stay here again when I visit Richmond next time! - The rooms were exactly as represented in the photos!!! They are spacious, clean and incredibly comfortable! The host kindly greeted us and even took time to show us around the property when we checked in. Whenever we needed anything during our stay, she is always there to offer us help! I think the aircon is set to a certain temperature during specific hours so I find the room slightly on the cooler side at times.

• Markus (5/5): - Wir sind in das Zimmer gegangen (mussten vorher im Hausflur die Schuhe ausziehen) und waren entsetzt von dem Lärm, den man von der Kreuzzug, an der die Unterkunft liegt, hört. Die Fenster bieten keinerlei Schallschutz. Wir sind sofort wieder gefahren und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Die 5 Punkte gibt es als Mittelwert, weil wir die Unterkunft nicht genutzt haben. Für uns waren es aufgrund des Lärms klare 0 Punkte.

• 拔拔 (8/5): It is a nice vacation house to stay as you can well expect a clean and bright bed and bathroom. - Location is close to airport as well as a supermarket for necessary grocery. The house and facilities are new, well maintained and clean. Environment is cozy. There is no TV in room is a little glitch. Towels are not replaced during my 3 days stay, so I am not too sure about what the cleaning charge in the bill is for.
• Andre (10/5): The home is very peaceful and very clean - Lauren and her mom.were very accommodating. She took the time to.show us around the entire home, which is beautiful. Anytime I come back to Vancouver I will rent this room I loved everything
• Shuaijun (8/5): Overall, I recommend this beautiful, clean and comfy place. - The house is beautiful, both inside and out. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished, and the bathroom was clean with high quality facilities. It was convenient to have a microwave, water dispenser, and coffee machine available. The host was also very friendly. The house is next to the driveway, and our room was right on the corner with windows all around. The view was nice, but it wasn't super soundproof. We could hear cars at night, but it was acceptable for someone like me who isn't really sensitive to noise. The main thing though was the really annoying high-pitched noise coming from the AC outlet in the bedroom when it was on. Honestly, even for me, it was way too disruptive to sleep. We couldn't turn it off with the AC control in the room, so we had to use the central control outside.

• Liangcheng (9/5): My go to place when visiting Vancouver. - This property was built with quality materials, it's hard to beat unless you go to a new 5 star hotel. There is shared washer/dryer, microwave, cups/dishes and so on, and they are all free. The A/C was not powerful enough.

No room service on multi day stay- linens, bed, towels not refreshed. No TV in room. ‘Shared bath products’ not appropriate these days and were not replenished prior to stay (empty body wash). Extra towel request seemed to be problematic…

• Ralf (8/5): Richmond Zimmer August 24 - Tolles Zimmer, positv überrascht. Das die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht so nah waren bzw. so oft fuhren. Aber wir konnten uns gut damit arrangieren.

• Kelly (10/5): - Beautiful home, great space! It felt like a private hotel! Very clean, a coffee station outside the room, comfy bedding, private bath, and beautiful communal spaces. Great find. The only thing to note which isnt bad, just a nice to know is that you do have to park in front of the building and walk your things through the gate and up the stairs to your room.
