• Vojtěch (10/5): Velmi příjemné ubytováni v krásném městě - ubytování hned u tramvaje do centra města - skvělá dostupnost. Byt byl nový, prostorny se skvělým parkováním. trochu protékal sprchový kout a vypadávala hadice od sprchy, ale nic co by se nedalo během pár minut opravit.
• Paola (8/5): - Appartamento praticamente nuovo e molto pulito, in condominio di recente ristrutturazione con ascensore comodo e posto auto coperto. Il check-in automatico poi è molto semplice. Posizione comoda, a pochi minuti da un bar molto buono e dal tram per il centro. Manca la biancheria da cucina, come tovaglie e presine. La via dove si trova l'appartamento non da un gran senso di sicurezza, soprattutto la sera. Letti un po' scomodi.
• Monika (10/5): Super apartament z fajnym parkingiem i w dobrej lokaliacji - Swietny nowoczneśnie urządzony apartament. Bardzo funkcjonalny i czysty. Miejsce parkingowe super. Obok budynku przystanek tramwajowy z łatwym dojazdem do centrum. Barszo dobry kontakt z wynajmujacym. Bardzo polecam i na pewno skorzystam jezeli bede ponownie w pieknej Florencji. Wszystko w porzadku.

• Claudio (9/5): Superb modern flat for a bargain 10 mins from Florence - The flat is spacious on a gated location, the area did not feel unsafe. Clean and modern, balcony very professional. Tram stop is 5 mins away, airport and town centre all 10 mins away by tram. Instructions were easy to follow, make sure you contact in advance.
• Herman (9/5): Superb - Everything was nice. Good parking and 20 minutes by tram to the center of city. Difficult confirmation booking by WhatsApp.

• Hannah (8/5): A clean modern apartment, right near the tram line into town - It is a new property, so very clean and modern. The secure parking was a big selling point, and the location was right near a tram stop. It could do with a coffee table, and a few condiments / herbs to aid people cooking… but no real downsides to this apt.
• Svetlin (3/5): Poor - The apartment was nice - the only plus… Тhe host was really rude, just unbelievable and really unprofessional. There was only one blanket in the whole apartment and when we asked to bring a second he started to make excuses we didn’t warn in advance we will need a second blanket. It was absolutely pettiness. There was also no working heating in the apartment. After all, it was the beginning of February ant the temperatures were low at night. Also, the host didn’t want us to correspond on Booking, only on WhatsApp, which is probably allowed his behaviour to be scandalous. When we asked him to do something about heating, he said the room temperature was fine in his opinion and nothing happens. Really unbelievable… He only brought another blanket. The host refused to answer phone calls when we rang. I would never ever go back there. :(
• Inese (9/5): Superb - Brand new flat (building), great communication, private parking with the gate, easy check in.
• El (8/5): Nice apartment with everything you need. - The apartment is nice, well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. It was clean with a private parking place, a dishwasher and a washing machine on the balcony. The bed and mattress was comfortable. You can join the airport or the downtown in less then 20mn by taking tramway A2. The stop is 2mn walking from the apartment, wish is great if you don't have a car. The host was great and very helpful and ready to help. we haved some water issues in the bathroom but our host solved directly the problem by shifting us to another apartment on the same floor.
