• Straub (10/5): - Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und gemütlich. Sie liegt nah am Zentrum und hat ein bequemes Bett. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht – perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Eine Bushaltestelle und Geschäfte sind ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe. Vielen Dank!"

• Michael (10/5): Relaxing and comfortable apartment with easy access to the town - Clean and tidy. Very modern and spacious. Private parking Spot. Only a 10 Minute walk to the Promenade. Bakery just around the corner . I would highly recommend this property . We weren’t able to use the dishwasher as there weren’t any instruction booklets and it wouldn’t switch on. Although this is a minor negative and it didn’t in any way spoil our stay .

• Jörg (8/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage - Schöne, große, hochwertige, ruhige Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Sehr gute Matratzen. Der Bodensee lässt sich leicht zu Fuß erreichen. Insgesamt weit überdurchschnittlich. Die Hygiene im Badezimmer hatte leider nicht das Premium-Niveau der übrigen Aspekte. Das lässt sich allerdings bestimmt ändern.
• Leon (8/5): Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt angenehm und alles hat gut geklappt - Alles war sauber, an Bettdecken sowie Handtücher wurden für alle ausreichend gedacht. Leider nur ein richtiges Schlafsofa vorhanden gewesen

• Francis (9/5): Fijne accommodatie - Zeer ruime, schone en comfortabele accommodatie met een mooie grote badkamer. Op loopafstand van de promenade. Behulpzame eigenaar. Hij bood ons aan om onze fietsen in de garage te zetten. Omdat de wifi het nauwelijks deed kregen we van hem een ander netwerk dat we konden gebruiken. Door de grote lichtpunten was het lastig een gezellige sfeer te creëren.

• Nicole (10/5): Sehr saubere, gemütliche, modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegene FeWo und ideal zum Entspannen - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und in ruhiger Lage – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Alles war absolut gut organisiert – wir kommen gerne wieder -

• Charles (10/5): Exceptional - The modern decor, space, comfort and cleanliness. The bed was very large and the flat well appointed with coffee machine (incl coffee) , dishwasher and washing machine. There needs to be an information folder explaining what to do with the rubbish, details of supermarkets and a map of the town.
• Clément (9/5): Superb - Excellent accomodation in Friedrichshafen. I stayed for a business trip for a couple of days. As I was travelling with my dog, this was a much more comfortable solution than a hotel would have been. The apartment is brand new, spacious and well lit. It has everything you could need, including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine with courtesy pods. It will be first on my list for future visits.
• Jiří (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment, one of the best we have been in. Host was so kind and helpful, he provided us also a playing cube for our kid. Outside of the apartment there is very nice resting place and playground for kids. Parking was reserved for us close to apartment. 15 minutes walk from the city center and the lake, but that's not even a problem, only small downside. More problematic was WIFI connection, everything else was perfect.

• Nitinsuvarna (10/5): Beautiful, well maintained apartment in an excellent location. - We stayed 2 nights in the apartment as a family. 1. The apartment has a free parking place. 2. Key collection was easy and contact less. 3. Apartment is in the basement but very well lit and is part of a very clean and new house. 4. Kitchen is very well equipped. 5. Apartment has its own garden area. 6. Location is excellent and just walking distance to the lake, railway station (Hbf) and old town (Altstadt). 7. Shopping/ Grocery places are nearby. 8. The place is very safe, beautiful and quiet. We roamed around late in the night with no issues. 9. We also got Echt Bodensee card in return for the tourist taxes. So public transportation was free. Mr. Güler was very kind and helpful. We received prompt response to all our queries. There was nothing to dislike. We would definitely book again during our next visit.
