• Judith (8/5): - Es war praktisch, gut gelegen, man konnte sich viele Dinge ausleihen (Raclette, Fondue). Es gab einen Skiraum zum Abstellen des Materials, das war ebenfalls sehr praktisch. Zudem gab es einen "Gaming Room", das hat den Kindern (und dem Mann) sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Appartment mit einem Schlafzimmer gebucht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, die einzigen Kritikpunkte wären, dass das Schlafsofa nicht sehr bequem war und dass es im Wohnzimmer keine gute Lichtquelle zum Lesen gab (die Lampe war sehr dunkel). Es wäre auch praktisch eine Garderobe zum Aufhängen der Jacke o.ä. zu haben.

Excellent service, staff could let us have the raclette set, mixers and other equipment on demand. Very safe too. Also good value! Perhaps having a microwave could have helped but we managed using alternative.

• Margrit (8/5): Gute Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung, bequeme Betten, freundliches Personal - Die Lage ist perfekt, einerseits ist die Bergbahn zu Fuss schnell zu erreichen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist nur ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben einen Hund dabei gehabt, das Haus liegt direkt am Fluss und dort startet ein wunderschöner Spazierweg. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind super bequem. Habe in einer Ferienwohnung selten so bequeme Betten gehabt. Das Personal ist jederzeit sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir hätten uns im Eingangsbereich eine Garderobe für Jacken etc. gewünscht. Das Wohnzimmer hat leider keine optimale Lichtquelle damit Lesen auf dem Sofa möglich gewesen wäre. Für Reisende, wie Freunde/Bekannte usw. wäre es schön, wenn der Badezimmerbereich eine Schiebetüre oder ähnliches hätte. So wäre mehr Privatsphäre möglich.
• Emilie (8/5): Super emplacement, excellents casiers à ski. Appartements très calmes et bien équipés. Canapé pas terrible. - Très bien situé, près de la cabine et des commerces. Très bien insonorisé, on était près de la porte d’entrée et on a jamais entendu un seul bruit. Appartement quasi neuf et bien équipé. Grandes fenêtres. Chauffage au sol très agréable et performant. Au calme. Parking très pratique (extérieur ou intérieur) et sur réservation. Places de parking larges et accès direct au logement avec l’ascenseur. Très bonne ski room avec casiers personnels avec air chaud pour les chaussures et casques. Quelques jeux pour enfants en extérieur et salle de jeu en intérieur. Accès immédiat à la baby piste de ski/luge (la ski room ouvre dessus) avec tapis magique. Le canapé lit est inconfortable lorsqu’il est utilisé en canapé. Le dossier est quasiment à angle droit et l’assise est enfoncée. Il faut ajouter des coussins. Le lit n’est pas le plus confortable et les draps/alèses sont bruyants. Attention ce n’est pas un lit 2 personnes mais 2 lits 1 personne. Il manque vraiment un sauna dans l’établissement pour que ce soit super.
• Michel (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnungen, bester Komfort und gutes Preisleistungs-Verhältnis mit guter Anbindung zum Skigebiet - b - Relatives neues Gebäude, ausserordentlich gut durchdacht und qualitativ gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht ausgerüstet. Ideale Lage inmitten des Dorfes und die Skiinfrastruktur ist sehr gut erreichbar. Sehr ruhig gelegen.

Das Appartement hat eine gute Ausstattung und bietet auch für Selbstversorger alles, was notwendig ist (Küche und Gerätschaften) Die gedeckten Aussen-Parkplätze sind grosszügig breit auch für grössere Autos (VAN) gut geeignet. Das Appartement / Haus 3 liegt ca. 200 m von der Seilbannstation entfernt und in wenigen Gehminuten kommt man zum Supermarkt mit einem sehr guten Angebot, insbesondere an Fleisch und Käse. ---

Muy bien ubicado en Zinal con el super market cerca y el lugar del Ski con y la góndola. La vista desde nuestro apartamento era espectacular La cama del cuarto es una matrimonial pero dividida en dos colchones lo cual no lo hace muy cómodo … no es una tragedia pero podría ser mejor

• Mathieu (10/5): - Équipement de la chambre parfait correspondant aux photos, ambiance chaleureuse, local ski avec grands casiers chauffants, parking couvert, salle de jeux pour enfants, situation au centre du village, réception disponible. A 150m du télécabine. Tout était vraiment très bien! Seul élément qui m'a interpellé est l'enseigne lumineuse implantée au milieu des bâtiments, qui devrait être éteinte la nuit (par respect pour l'environnement naturel proche et car cela éclaire aussi un peu dans dans la chambre la nuit - suivant la localisation)..

En revanche, l’appartement était trop étroit pour 4, sans espace pour accrocher les linges ou les habits, et le canapé-lit était en très mauvais état avec un creux au milieu.

À la réception, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée (l’appartement réservé était déjà occupé). Friendly helpful staff. - Comfortable, pleasant apartment, great location, beside the river amid beautiful scenery & close to amenities. No balcony on apartment. Had to remove rubbish ourselves and bring to bins up the road.

• Robert (9/5): Loved the apartment but . . . - The apartment was very attractive, well laid out and comfortable. Small kitchen was sufficient and well equipped. We stayed in room 144 in the building called “The One.” It has a great unobstructed view to the mountains up the valley, which was a bonus. We liked everything about the apartment as soon as we walked in the door. Good location too. On the main road and close to a supermarket, some restaurants etc. We weren’t told when we checked in the we would have to separate garbage into different categories. And, YOU have to BUY special garbage bags to put your trash in. Apparently they’re following local ordinances in this. But they have these other quirks. YOU are supposed to take the sheets etc. off the bed and put them in a pile on the floor. YOU are supposed to haul your trash to collection sites. They have maps of the trash bin locations in town. See attached photo. BUT roads aren’t labeled, there’s no scale on the map and other than the hotel there are no landmarks. And no picture of what you’re looking for. A dumpster? A building? Something else? You could be driving around a bit before you find one of the half dozen places. I asked at the desk and they said one collection site was by the cable car station. We found it but there was only one dumpster for recycling glass. On our way down the valley we spotted other collection sites from other villages and used their facilities. I feel hotel management should be taking care of this and not burden their guests with this task.
