• mariana (9/5): Muy bien !!! - Muy cómodo el departamento con todo lo necesario para pasar tu estadía. Espacioso y limpio. Con todo lo necesario de equipamiento en la cocina. El metro está en la puerta y te lleva a todos los lugares importantes. Está alejado de los monumentos a visitar si quieres ir a pie. pero muy cerca de la estación Termini. Si llegas o te vas en tren está bien !

• Jack (10/5): Excellent - Great location, in walking distance from many of the main attractions. Spacious apartment which worked very well for us and our 1 year old- there is also a lift which made things easy. The host was excellent, couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating!

Matteo was a very welcoming host and gave us lots of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Nothing

• Shawna (10/5): Cozy apartment in a central location. - Warm welcome by the property manager; great customer service (available to answer questions and support at all times). Facilities were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Within walking distance to many historical sites and close to a nice pedestrian park. The immediate neighborhood left a little to be desired, but such can be the price to pay for location in a big city. We never felt unsafe.
• Joie (5/5): We expected the facility to be much better, based on posted reviews. We'll not go back. - The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He repeatedly assured us he would respond to any needs we had. The location, relative to the city sights and transportation was good. The apartment was located across the street from Piazza Vittorio Emmanuelle II, but was on the "poorer" side of the piazza. It is in a block-long building with several different businesses and empty locations. It is riddled with graffiti and there are always people standing around, making for some discomfort for safety. Entering the door, the foyer is in dire need of painting and badly dated with an open lift, which requires several stair steps to get to.
• Dale (8/5): Very good - Really nice apartment with a washroom for each bedroom and well eguipped kitchen and comfortable lounge space. Across from a park and subway station right outside the doors. We found it very difficult to find location at first since street names were not evident. The square has loggias on all sides of the park which all look very similar. The area at certain times of day was a bit sketchy since it seemed to be a homeless hangout but we experienced no issues with this matter.

• Juanma (9/5): A nice modern apartment in a historical building - The apartment was very pretty. Clearly recently renovated in a historical building. They did an amazing job getting natural lighting by turning the entire wall in the kitchen into a window that splashes into the living room. It had everything we wanted with ample space and blankets. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The living room was nice to chat and work in, and the tv was pleasant to watch. The kitchen was larger and fully stocked. The area was a bit rougher than we expected. Also, the bathroom in the master bath only had a bathtub with a hand shower head. The water would come out extremely strong though and would splash all over the place. The floors in the bathroom were also made of wood which made it had to take a shower without worrying about the floors or mopping things down afterwards. If you have mobility issues, forget about it. The shower is up a large step and the bathtub is deep and hard to get into. A shower curtain would go a long way here.
