• Aicha (8/5): - Appartement lumineux bien équipé et proches de toutes commodités. De nombreux restaurants et cafés autour nous avons adoré les churros . Le seul point négatif reste le bruit nocturne venant de la rue mais aussi du voisinage (depalcement de meubles conversation animées apres 23h.
• Jakub (1/5): Było to najgorsze doświadczenie w najmie krótkoterminowym, jakie mnie spotkało. Nie rezerwujcie! - Zastaliśmy mieszkanie czyste, gdy przyjechaliśmy. Kompletny brak profesjonalizmu i odpowiedzialności ze strony zarządców obiektu. Czwartego dnia pobytu po powrocie ze spaceru z Malagi zastaliśmy nasz zamek do drzwi zepsuty i kompletnie zalany klejem. Nie byliśmy głośni czy uciążliwi dla sąsiadów i nikt się nie skarżył, lecz dowiedzieliśmy się, że to forma protestu lokalnych mieszkańców przeciwko wynajmującym takie obiekty. Podczas naszych prób dostania się do mieszkania, które trwały od godziny 18 do północy, zarządcy obiektu nie odebrali żadnego telefonu ani nie odpowiedzieli na żadną wiadomość (ani ode mnie ani od booking). Pośrednicy to firma, której właściciel płaci za "zarządzanie" obiektem. W kooperacji z obsługą klienta booking musieliśmy na własną rękę dochodzić do wniosku co powinniśmy robić i jak postępować. Ostatecznie wezwaliśmy najpierw policję, później ślusarza, a obecnie po powrocie z Hiszpanii używając materiałów dowodowych z całego zajścia walczę o należny mi zwrot pieniędzy oraz odszkodowanie ze strony właścicieli lub też pośredników, a oni nieustannie unikają kontaktu oraz migają się od odpowiedzialności. Proszę omijać szerokim łukiem ten obiekt i nie korzystać z ich usług, ponieważ Państwo również zostaną na lodzie, tak jak my w wypadku takiej wyjątkowej sytuacji. Poza tym klimatyzacja czasami działała, a czasami nie. Potrafiło się zrobić dość gorąco w cieplejszy dzień. Budynek ma cienkie ściany/jest nośny i pokój jest zlokalizowany tuż przy tłocznym skrzyżowaniu, więc nie dość, że słychać innych mieszkańców bloku, to także odgłosy z ulicy, która w nocy dalej bywa aktywna.

• Jaime (9/5): - Limpio, agradable, cómodo , acogedor, muy buena dotación de enseres de cocina y ropa de cama y baño. Muy buena ubicación.

• MEHDI (7/5): - Appartement propre situé dans un quartier animé, à proximité des transports publics, de restaurants, d’une boulangerie et d’une épicerie. La climatisation présentait une fuite d’eau sur le mur intérieur de l’appartement. À notre départ, il nous a été demandé de ne pas laisser de déchets en excès dans le logement et de nettoyer la vaisselle utilisée, alors que nous avions pourtant payé pour le service de ménage.
• Jonathan And Sheila (8/5): Very spacious and clean apartment. Great location. - Very spacious apartment and also very clean apartment. The Mercadona was downstairs, so it was so convenient. Lots of buses stop right outside too. The upstairs apartment was quite noisy with furniture moving from 7.30am to 1.30am. But it wasn’t the apartment or the agents fault. It was fine for us just staying 5 nights.

• Pushpam (7/5): Good apartment in a central location - The apartment was clean and centrally located with many shops and restaurants nearby. Also there is an elevator. The apartment was near a busy intersection and was quite noisy. The AC unit in living room was leaking.
• Kinga (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung - Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, wie auf den Bildern. Funktionierende Klimaanlagen was wichtig und nötig ist. Entfernung von Zentrum ca. 10-15 Min zu Fuss. Super Lage: Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt, Obsthändler, alles was man braucht gleich in der Nähe. Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder! 🙂 Etwas schwierige/ verzögerte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Es wäre gut gewesen wenn z.B. Zucker, Salz, einige Kaffeekapseln vorhanden gewesen wäten. Wohnung etwas laut, da direkt an einer Hauptstrasse liegt.

• Hassan (9/5): Agréable séjour - C'est très agréable comme expérience. Moi et ma famille ont beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l'appartement ainsi que son emplacement stratégique. Je recommande vivement Il y a un petit souci d'ustensiles qui manque dans la cuisine
• Maciej (8/5): - W zasięgu spaceru do centrum. Dobra piekarnia po drugiej stronie drogi i mercadona tuż obok. Bardzo wolny internet. Brak odpowiedzi gospodarza w sprawie tego internetu. Hałas - nie byłem zaskoczony, to mieszkanie przy głównej ulicy, ale faktycznie hałas doskwierał wieczorami.
• Bradley (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect. The apartment is modern, clean & comfortable. All shops, restaurants and buses are on the doorstep. Only a 10 minute walk into the old town and centre. Some things in the apartment need updating. Most of the shutters didn't work. This didn't bother us, but in the height of summer, you would need to be able to use them! The shower could be a little bigger, but again, this isn't really a problem.

• Ben (9/5): Relaxing stay in a local neighbourhood - Nicely designed apartment with plenty of space for four people. Well appointed with everything you’d need for a short stay. 10-15mins walk from the old town but in a lively, locals neighbourhood. Good communication with the hosts and easy to pick up the keys Parking can be tricky but we knew this in advance and the hosts recommended a local car park so that wasn’t a problem.
• Christian (8/5): Convenient and clean apartment to explore Malaga from - - big, spacious living room - super clean interior - not too far from the center (about a 10-15 min walk) - supermarkt directly next door (so covenient) - we missed a few basic things that would have made our stay better such as shower gel, kitchen towels, beach towels, coffee - it‘s nice but not super cozy (empty, lacking decoration) - the noise from the street was pretty loud in the living room - we saw on booking that there was parking included, but maybe that was a mistake (there‘s an public parking garage about a 10 minute walk away for 22€/night)

Every morning the neigbours above the apartment were mowing furmiture and it woke us every morning up 😟
• Aleksandrs (7/5): Good - Good location walking distance to Malaga center and train station. Mercadona is just 1 minute walking. Bus stops 2 minutes. Very good internet connection and smart TV. Air conditioner (heat/cool). Traffic outside almost all the time. The main negative thing is neighbors upstairs - dragging chairs on the floor every night. p.s. this problem has been reported in the previous reviews.

• Sheila (9/5): Superb - Nice well equipped apartment within walking distance of centre. Also very well served by buses to the Alemada Principal. Nos 7,8,21,23 and 38. Situated on busy junction so a bit noisy.
