She went approve and beyond every time. Shadine greeted us and took us to our room when we arrived and was very nice and helpful. The apartments are big and spacious it was great stay and we would definitely be willing to go back. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant everyday during our stay and we enjoyed our meal every time.

Food was excellent, room was large and clean, and communication with staff was superb. Plumbing was an issue in our apartment. Toilets in both rooms did not flush well. Also, the shower water pressure and temperature could be better, but we made do!
