• Aktug (9/5): Clean good accommodation, definitely would stay again - Space used brilliantly. It might be the cleanest accommodation I have ever been to. Having your own kitchen and able to separate bed and sitting area helps a lot when you travel with little ones. It was a quiet neighborhood and there is Lawson just 2 minutes away. Location is good but we use a lot more taxi than we anticipated since walk to public transportation isn’t the shortest but still walkable.

Die Unterkunft war angegeben für 5 Personen, mit 3 Erwachsenen war es mehr als eng, da das Doppelbett nur als größeres Einzelbett gesehen werden kann. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr flach und durchgelegen, zusätzliche Kissen oder Decken waren nur über Aufpreis erhältlich. Die Unterkunft hat den Charme einer Ferienwohnung und nicht eines Hotels. Dadurch wurde auch in der gesamten Zeit von 9 Nächten nicht geputzt oder Handtücher/Bettzeug gewechselt. Es stand ein Staubsauger zur Verfügung, allerdings keine weiteren Reinigungsmittel für Küche oder Bad. Die Waschmaschine konnte mit eigenem Waschmittel betrieben werden, allerdings gibt es kaum Platz um Wäsche aufzuhängen.

• Emilie (3/5): Séjour gâché par d’importants travaux non signalés dans l’annonce - Équipements corrects Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à Ryogoku en avril 2026 et l’expérience a été extrêmement décevante, surtout au regard du prix payé (plus de 200 € par nuit). Le problème principal : des travaux de (dé)construction très importants juste à côté du bâtiment, dès le matin. Bruit de marteaux, machines, vibrations… impossible de dormir correctement ou de profiter du logement dans des conditions normales. Rien de tout cela n’était clairement indiqué dans l’annonce au moment de la réservation. Curieuse conception japonaise du “quartier calme”. On adore payer une chambre premium pour découvrir un chantier BTP en bonus Si nous avions été informés à l’avance, nous aurions pu choisir un autre logement. À ce niveau de tarif, la moindre des choses est d’avertir les voyageurs d’une nuisance aussi importante. Le logement lui-même était correct, mais l’expérience globale a été gâchée par le bruit et par la gestion du problème. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement tant que les travaux ne sont pas terminés ou, au minimum, clairement mentionnés dans l’annonce.

Przebywaliśmy w apartamencie przez 10 dni w : osoby - 2 dorosłe i 1 dziecko. Bardzo blisko do metra, do sklepów i innych udogodnień. Apartament w niektórych miejscach nie jest dostosowany do osób wyższych niż 170 cm. Wanna mogłaby mieć kotarę lub jakieś drzwiczki żeby można było wziąć prysznic stojąc.

• Kumar (1/5): Bad services - Worst service I canceled room but they didn’t refunded money and it was very bad service and not cleaned We observed that there are no nearby facilities, and heavy construction is ongoing adjacent to the property, resulting in excessive noise. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned. These issues were noticed within one hour of check-in. We promptly informed the hotel management and vacated the room

Fantastic local transport links and very clean! - The accommodation was very clean and tidy, just what we required for a short tourist visit to Toyo. The position was fantastic for local transport and underground access. A small note, just not to store cleaning equipment on the stairs just in case of an emergency as its a tripping hazard for us when on the 7th floor.

Assez éloigné de la gare JR ryogoku et de la station morishita. Il y a des marches avant l’ascenseur pas pratique avec des grosses valises ou fauteuil roulant. Escalier principal étroit.

There are 2 beds, and even sharing one for our 2 kids (8 and 12) was the limit. Then there is the sofabed, but that is seriously not OK one . It has no serious mattress and even for light kids its a bone breaker

• Lucy (6/5): Ok but not as big as it looks in photos - It was on a quiet street and had a lift so no need to carry bags up. The location is ok. There are a few 7/11’s close by for snacks but most restaurants are near Ryogoku station. The area itself is missable but if you want to economise and happy to catch trains into central area it is good as it is fed by 2 metros and a JR line that goes straight to Shinjuku. We were a family of 5 and I thought I was super cocky getting a big apartment. The 4th and 5th bed was the sofa (which was fine for the 5 and 7 yr old) but if you’re 5 big people avoid. You’ll never all fit especially with suitcases. The pillows were dire. So flat and the beds were ok but quite hard.

• Luca (8/5): - La posizione era veramente ottima, il quartiere di Ryogoku non è troppo distante dal centro e nonostante tutto mantiene la tranquillità e la riservatezza necessarie per ricaricare le energie. Per cinque persone probabilmente è troppo piccolo, i mq sono soltanto 32 , perfetto per 2/3 persone.

• Rach (8/5): We were there for 8 days total after a long day relaxing in the bath was very welcoming but unfortunately the bed/be - It was very spacious, good sized bathroom with good shower & bath sizes The bed was as hard as a rock, the pillows are definitely in need of replacement was not very nice, a extra towel or 2 would of been nice same, extra pillow or 2 would of been nice as well.

• Sidney (10/5): Een echte aanrader! - Het was een ruim appartement voor 2 personen. Het was een fijne locatie (maximaal 10 minuutjes lopen voor een metro) en een prachtig uitzicht op de Tokyo Skytree! Een mooi balkon waar je even kon zitten. Er was een koelkast / vriezer aanwezig en je kon zelf koken. Op 2 minuten loopafstand zat een supermarkt! Wij hebben geen min punten voor dit verblijf, wij hebben er erg van genoten om hier te zijn.

• Yiping (8/5): Nice and cozy stay if you enjoy Japanese apartment Home feeling - basically you feel like at home you got everything you needs for a group travel. Or recommend three is max instead of five people group because he’s a tiny Japanese style apartment. You have to consider the luggage you brought, and the stuff you bought that will occupy the space. I don’t really feel that, but it’ll be nice the pillows can be thicker.
• Colin (4/5): - The location was convenient for exploring Tokyo and it was great to have laundry in the unit. It was very clean and had a decent amount of space for the price point. We had an incident where an intoxicated person was aggressively banging on our door at 3am, trying to get into the apartment, which was disturbing for our family of four. We notified the host and they said that they had investigated the incident and have taken steps to prevent it happening again in the future. That, combined with an uncomfortable sofa bed, caused some sleepless nights unfortunately.

The staff was super helpful, even though we had so much trash from all the stuff we bought. The pillows were not great.

• SHHYEONG (10/5): - 옆에 강가나 걸어다닐수 있는장소도 많았고 무엇보다 료고쿠역이나 모리시타역 사이라 교통도 편리했습니다. 화장실도 및 소모품들도 좋은것들 위주로 구성되있어서 매우 편하게 지내다 갔습니다.
• 오 (5/5): - 역이랑 가까워서 좋아요. 침대 2개, 소파 1개가 있는데 가격은 그리 비싸지 않아서 괜찮았어요. 편의점도 근처에 로손이 있고, 조금 더 걸어가면 세븐일레븐도 있어서 좋았습니다. 동네 분위기 자체가 일본의 조용한 동네여서 일본의 문화를 느끼기에 적합했습니다. 문 바로 뒤에 계단이 있어 조금 위험하고, 로비쪽 위가 뚫려있어서 비오면 계단이 비에 젖어 위험해요. 그리고 호텔과는 다르게 중간중간 청소를 안해준다고 해서 이에 대한 사전 공지가 없어서 당황스러웠습니다. 수건도 세탁기에 직접 돌려서 빨아서 써야합니다.

• Gino (7/5): Comfortable cheap stay in Sumida City - Good value apartment in quiet suburb in Sumida City. Comfortable enough for 2-3 people in Japanese style apartment with all amenities expected. Bathroom small but good water pressure, very hot water and very powerful ventilation to quickly dry. Host was great communicator and helped to ship lost items. Easy check-in process. Location is 10 mins walk from nearest station (Ryogoku) and need further stops to visit areas closeby such as Ueno and Akihibara. Some mattresses/pillows/blankets not thoroughly cleaned and some parts of apartment a bit dusty. The sofa bed is not comfortable.

Close to conveinience stores. Ryogoku station had a lot of options for food. Quiet area, nice to walk through residential streets on the way to stations. A second pillow or a fluffier one would have been nice.

• Dalia (10/5): Great area - Very quite area, there’s a lawson 3 minutes away from the hotel. Train station is super easy to get to. Very comfortable place to stay. There’s no wiggle room if you want to extend a little hours for your stay

La machine à laver et le sèche linge sont vraiment très pratiques. Ryogoku est un quartier avec des supérettes et des restaurants au niveau de la gare ce qui est très pratique mais l'appartement est à 10 min et dans une rue vraiment très calme. Nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits. La literie est très confortable. Juste une remarque sur les oreillers. S'ils étaient plus gros et plus moelleux tout serait vraiment parfait. Merci ces 3 nuits étaient super !

• Stephanie (7/5): Small but sweet. - Property was clean & lovely, the location was great as well. We’re a family of five and while it technically fit us (two younger ones shared a bed), I wouldn’t recommend it for a larger family. It’s perfect for a couple or up to three, as the space and storage are quite limited. Nothing wrong with the property at all just small. It also doesn’t have streaming services on the tv.

Mieszkanie podzielone jest na część kuchenno-salonową z rozkładaną sofą na 2 osoby, sypialnią z 2 łóżkami (dla 2 osób i 1 osoby) oraz szafą z wieszakami, łazienka oraz WC. Mieszkanie czyste, wyposażone w pralkę, suszarkę do ubrań (w prysznicu), suszarkę do włosów, żelazko, prasowalnice, przybory do mycia (szampon, odżywka, płyn do mycia ciała, szczoteczki do zębów, ręczniki) oraz niezbędne akcesoria kuchenne. Przestrzeń za mała jak dla 5 osób, kiedy rozłożyliśmy walizki, nie mogliśmy przejść, jest tylko szafa do wieszania, brak półek. Rozkładana sofa w salonie, nie nadaje się do spania, ponieważ ma przerwę w materacu w poprzek. Kontaktowaliśmy się w tej sprawie w właścicielem, aby dostarczył nam, może dodatkowy materac lub koce ale powiedział, ze nie ma. Uważam, ze jeżeli proponuje się mieszkanie dla 5 osób, to powinno ono spełniać komfort i wygodę dla wszystkich, tym bardziej, że spędziliśmy w tym mieszkaniu tydzień. Nie dało się również usiąść przy stole w 5 osób, śniadania jedliśmy na zmiany.

I’d definitely recommend it for an - I really liked the location — it’s in a calm, peaceful area but still very well connected to everything I needed. Perfect balance between quiet and convenience. The space was a bit smaller than expected, but still comfortable and well arranged.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it very comfortable for several nights. The location is great — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, yet in a quiet area that feels very local. The staff were kind and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. We would definitely stay here again. Rubbish could be collected more often
• Adis (7/5): A fine stay - I liked the beds very much. They were comfy and big. Having a washing machine and some detergent was a big plus, that gave us the opportunity to refresh some.of our clothes. Also the washing machine's programs could be selected as needed, as little as 15 min if we wanted, which saved a lot of time. In the bathroom there was a ventialtion function that allowed for the drying of the clothes. I didn't like that it was a bit far from the bus station and subway, that it was an apartnent at the 7th floor outnof 7 (a fact that we didn't know in advance), very small space of manoeuvre when you got out of the elevator and tried to enter the apartment. It was quite tiny space, especially for when you have the luggage with you. When we received our details for check in, I also received a long list of housr rules which were common sense rules, except after each one of them it was mentioned that if you did that they will kick you out. That created a feeling of stress and we were barely talking and trying not to make any noise, so we wouldn't disturb the neighbours. There was also a tip jar for the cleaning personell, even though they were not doing a great job, since there was a retractable coffee table that was not cleaned on the inside and also we found a garment on a shelf in the bathroom from the previous guests, most probably.
