• Kate (10/5): If you want quiet but in the the old town and a short stay…PERFECT! - Just perfect for everything! It was immaculate ( thankyou Alicia!) 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so plenty of space for 4 adults. Wardrobes with hangers too!! Bathrooms had shampoo etc, the kitchen had washing up liquid etc. 5 minutes walk to the old town, so you’re in the location but quiet. Fabulous coffee shop over the road. Easy communication, no keys required, all by codes, so great if you want to come back early without the others. Our flight wasn’t till the evening, so arranged to pay a little more to have the apartment until 6pm. Thankyou, very much appreciated! Excellent value for money and would definitely stay here again. Nothing.

• Lucy (9/5): An excellent apartment with amazing facilities which is located in a very good area of Benidorm with helpful hosts. - Th property itself was to a really high standards and the amount of facilities and little extras you get for the price is really good value for money. The people that run the apartments are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are really helpful if you need anything. There isn’t anything not to like about the property.

• Marianne (8/5): Anbefales! - Veldig sentral beliggenhet. Leiligheten var ren og pen, og godt utstyrt kjøkken. Vaskemaskin var også kjekt å ha! Deilig med takterasse for å få nyte solstrålene i fred og ro. Sofaen kunne vært bedre. Den hadde fått seg en trøkk så var litt skjev, noe som gjorde det umulig å sitte 3 stk normalt i sofaen.

• Linda (10/5): Moderne Stadtwohnung, sehr zu empfehlen! - Moderne, tolle Wohnung. Super zentral, alles sehr was man braucht zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Sehr gemütlich, Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir sind im Februar vereist, also auch wichtig, dass es eine funktionierende moderne Heizung gab. Wirklich top. Konnten auf Anfrage auch etwas später auschecken. Einziger “negativer” Punkt ist der Lärm, der von der Straße kommt. Aber da es sich wirklich mitten in der Stadt befindet (quasi in der Fußgängerzone - mit Ausnahmen dürfen auch Autos und Roller/ Motorräder fahren) - muss man in Spanien fast damit rechnen. Haben trotzdem gut geschlafen. Kommen sicher wieder!

Alle nodige of nuttige info werd op voorhand gecommuniceerd. Geen minpunten.

The beds were very good for a good night sleep. The street noice from people talking loud or throwing their garbage in the waist containers even at 5 in the morning The windows were not very soundproof.

• Begoña Glez Mñes (5/5): Decepcionante - Al llegar las sábanas estaban usadas. Limpieza nula. - El apartamento está muy bien situado. Es agradable y amplio para dos personas. Lo peor es la limpieza. No habían cambiado las sabanas y el suelo sin siquiera barrer. Una de las habitaciones no tiene mesillas y el armario es diminuto. No hay donde dejar nada. Los botes de gel y champú vacios. Fuimos tres personas y en una de las habitaciones es muy incomoda. Deberian cambiarla.

El armario de la habitación de matrimonio es algo escaso y de acceso incómodo. En los baños se echa en falta una repisa o mueble bajo encimera para dejar las cosas.

• Judith (10/5): Perfect apartment and location - The apt was in a quiet area of the old town with lots of traditional bars and cafes close by. The sea was only a few minutes walk away too. There were abundant shops around the corner ranging from supermarkets to perfume, jewellery and clothes shops. The apt itself was perfect, we will go back for sure Nothing

The location was great lots around and only a short walk to the beach. I would happily stay there again. Really small request thier could be more plastic cups for the terrace as we were a group of 5 and only had 3.

• Rebeca (8/5): Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días en el centro de Benidorm. - El alojamiento es muy nuevo, moderno y muy bien ubicado. Es cómodo y perfecto para lo que necesitábamos. El check out es demasiado pronto. No se puede salir de un alojamiento máximo a las 10 en pleno verano y vacaciones. A pesar de que pedimos expresamente en dos ocasiones poder salir a las 11.00/11.30 no hubo opción.

Bathrooms had no where to put toiletries only the sink, again no shelving or storage. Towels not changed in the 4 nights we were there're

• Kelly (8/5): An honest review for a modern apartment - Modern apartment in a good location (the graffiti/unused building next door did worry us somewhat as it didn't make the area look very nice!) but it was a secure entry and really nice once inside. The apartment itself is light, spacious and modern though we did have a few issues which need to be looked at hence the slightly lower score The roof terrace is a nice additional outside space with loungers and seating areas. Apart from a little more attention to detail on the cleaning front see below (all fixable issues) we would recommend and stay again. The first bathroom door doesn't lock and when you do figure out how to push it in to do this (looks like it's been moved out of line) you get stuck like I did! Luckily my friend managed to get me out from the outside! The bedsheets didn't smell washed and my bedroom set (along with all the blankets in the cupboards smelt of aftershave and sweat 😬 no protectors on the mattress or pillows which for a regular rented apartment should be the bare minimum requirement in my opinion. Also only one bin in one of the bathrooms? Bedroom one needs a bedside cabinet

• Lucy (9/5): An amazing place to stay in a great location with everything you need in one space. - The whole property was lovely. The decor was modern and the rooms were really clean with great facilities and great little extras. It was as if everything had been thought about. If you had a question, they were easily contactable and were there to help answer your questions while being really polite. There wasn’t anything in particular about the property that we didn’t like apart from there not being an outdoor seating area on the balcony but this is most likely due to the size of the balcony.
