• MARYSE (6/5): Tarif onéreux compte tenu des problèmes rencontrés. - La situation géographique. Le manque de propreté, le manque de vaisselle (une Joëlle sans manche, et pas de grande casserole malgré notre demande à Magno Appartment qui a refusé). les stores ne fonctionnaient pas dans 3 pièces. Dans la suite parentale, porte coulissante ne se fermant pas. lampes de chevet sans ampoules. Vaisselle très sale nous avons du relaver la vaisselle avant de s'en service. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Pallier de l'appartement très très dégoutants (photos disponible si vous le souhaitez). Nous avons été dans l'obligation d'appeler un technicien pour tous ces problèmes, chose qui n'a pas été facile et désagrément pour un séjour de 5 jours à ce prix là. Du fait des ces désagréments une compensation financière serait appréciée pour nos prochains voyages. Merci.
• Karin (7/5): Locatie prima maar niet lekker kunnen slapen. - De ligging is heel fijn. Je bent te voet heel snel op veel toeristische punten. Het is heel gehorig. We hebben slecht geslapen. In de nacht wordt het vuil opgehaald en rijdt er een vrachtwagen onder je raam. Elke persoon die voorbij loopt en niet fluistert die hoor je bijna naast je bed.
• Simon (8/5): - The location is perfect and very central. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed; two bathrooms is a plus. It's not super charming, but functional and comfortable. The price is fair for what you get. Would recommend staying there, especially for first-time visitors, groups and anyone who can do without a hotel. Communication with their chatbot is a little cumbersome. I'm not anti-AI, but trying to get a human to contact me and arrange a late check-out (which through Booking they suggest might be possible but is not guaranteed) was a hassle, and eventually we received the reply too late for it to be helpful (a few minutes before the regular check-out deadline). I.e., there seems to be room for improvement in the bot-human interface.
• natacha (9/5): Excellent pour un groupe de 6 - Il y a un patio avec une grande table ronde, deux salles de bains et deux toilettes, la situation est très très bonne : à la fois au calme à la fois en plein centre ville dans une rue piétonne. L'isolation des fenêtres donnant sur la rue laisse passer beaucoup de bruit. Ça manque un petit peu d'équipement dans la cuisine.

Could supply a few more essentials eg washing up liquid, toiletries - very basic. Very noisy at 6.30am to 7.15 every morning probably due to deliveries to restaurant below. Hot water was tricky but we figured it out.

Se nos terminó inundando la habitación. Lo solucionaron rápido, ofreciéndonos un alojamiento alternativo. Así que al final salió bien.

Como único detalle a mencionar, no fue posible dejar las maletas en el apartamento ni en el edificio después del check-out, por lo que tuvimos que utilizar un locker externo, a unos 10 minutos caminando, desde las 11 hasta las 15, haciendo tiempo hasta la salida al aeropuerto. Si hubiera estado lloviendo, esto habría resultado algo incómodo. Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal contar con un espacio en el edificio para guardar las maletas, incluso con un costo adicional, y disponer de un televisor adicional en alguna de las habitaciones, además del de la sala. Por todo lo demás, perfecto. La estancia fue muy buena y todo estuvo genial. Air conditioning in all rooms. Lovely breakfast/brunch cafe just below. We really enjoyed our stay If you are a light sleeper, earplugs may be needed.

Coffee maker didn't work. Not even a welcome bottle of water after flight. A number of small things which would have made a big difference. E.G. instructions on accessing English channel for television. A great location but lack of communication and cooker and coffee maker not working let it down big time. • GBP Scouting (8/5): Appartamento centralissimo e molto comodo. - Appartamento centralissimo, comodo per visitare la città. A due passi dal Teatro Flamenco. Dispone di un ampio terrazzo chiuso con un grande tavolo che, essendoci andati in gennaio, non abbiamo utilizzato, ma che in primavera ritengo sia molto piacevole. Nella descrizione vengono mostrate insieme le immagini di due diversi appartamenti. In tal modo, non è detto che le foto che hai visto corrispondano all'appartamento assegnato.

• Alberto (7/5): Recomiendo adecuar las fotos a la realidad, no maquillarlas con IA. No lo volvería a rentar - El apartamento estuvo limpio y está bien ubicado. Es un departamento muy austero, muy básico y SIN carácter. Cero detalles, cero acogedor!! Fuimos a pasar Navidad y en las fotos se veía otro departamento. Todo, las almohadas, muebles, camas, muebles de baño, todo es de calidad la mas barata. No es espacioso, los baños son literalmente muy pequeños. En resumen, las fotos no representan para nada en la realidad. Nos imaginábamos algo mejor!! El departamento no era el que vimos en las fotos!! Nos dieron otro departamento!! Y otra cosa NO es magno!! La información no es clara, te muestran unas foto pero no te queda claro cuál departamento estás rentando!! Y la comunicación no es clara porque siempre te contesta un robot.

No es una calle principal pero sí de paso y por la noche se escucha todo. El extractor de la cafetería de abajo hace vibraciones en la habitación interior. Solo abre de 8 a 16h por lo que no molesta por la noche pero si hay olores. Mejor todo cerrado. La cocina no está demasiado equipada si la idea es cocinar allí. Hay escaleras para acceder al apartamento

• Sander (10/5): Deze moet je boeken - Liggend in het Centrum van Sevilla heb je een compleet appartement tot je beschikking met de mogelijkheid om zelf te koken, de was te doen (=minder schoon mee hoeven nemen vanuit huis) en drie aparte slaapkamers, waarvan 2 met badkamer en toilet. Daarnaast nog een badkamer met toilet voor de overige twee slaapkamers. Zou er zo weer heengaan! Er was wat weinig bestek, maar daar gaat de eigenaar direct iets aan doen! Net als aan de bakjes tbv de airco.....Was er eentje te weinig én bij eentje miste er batterijen.

Het ziet er netjes uit, ruime slaapkamers en twee badkamers. De bank is aan vervanging toe, flink doorgezakt. Er was geen waterkoker aanwezig, wel een Nespresso koffiezetapparaat. De ligging is fijn maar er is ook erg veel lawaai uit de straat.

Everything was functional and the hosts were fairly responsive Be prepared for a walk with luggage as no transport can reach the doorstep and also to climb significant number of stairs with luggage as my apartment was on second floor with not so spacious stairs. Air-conditioning was a bit of concern

• 艾小琳 (8/5): - 在老城，可步行去大皇宫、主教堂、西班牙广场有一丢丢距离，离都市阳伞也很近。autobus站也可步行抵达。 线上自助check in，房间整理很干净，基本设施都已配备，唯一屋里没找到烤箱，但实际微波炉也可以解决很多需要烤的半成品。 卧室空调没有提前打开，因为天气太热，制冷一晚上作用不大，第一晚很热，后面两天就好了，建议可以和主客提前确认入住房间数提前打开。

• Maisha (8/5): My stay was very pleasant in which the property played a huge part towards. - The location was perfect as we were within walking distance to most of the main attractions. If we needed any essentials we had small supermarkets nearby which was really useful! The property was tidy, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The apartment was spacious and the perfect size for us. We didn’t have hand soap in the bathrooms and would’ve liked if more shower gels were provided.

• Jabarov (7/5): Great location and good size for a family. - Great neighborhood, very walkable to all the sights, easy access with keyless entry, fast responses when texting requests. Nice size for a family. The neighborhood was very loud at night and we all had trouble sleeping. Also the apartment is located on a pedestrian only street so there is no way to reach it by car it’s about a 5 minute walk from where a car can access. No elevator which was rough loading everything in and out. Also the apartment smelled as if it was mopped with dirty water, which we mentioned to the management but didn’t hear back. Kitchen gadgets could use an upgrade- It would have been nice to have a full size fry pan and toaster for cooking breakfast.

• Sonia (8/5): Central apartment but no car access to entrance and no lifts - Modern facilities, very centrally located, comfortable, prompt responses from host when we had a question or require towels, easy check-in via code taxi can't take you to the entrance - you will have to walk about 5+ mins, which is generally ok however not as convenient with small children and big luggages. the unit we were on is on the 2nd floor and there's a few flights of stairs. although generally clean, I thought the floor was a little dusty (only pointed this out as I had a crawling baby and found his hands and knees dirty post crawling)
