Guest Reviews
- Noel (4/5): Caravanette was dirty, very cold, step into it was dangerous - Trees Too close to noisy highway
- Bennett (8/5): - Staff were great, cabin had everything we needed and bed was really comfy. A little bit run down but everything worked as it should.
- ANDREA (6/5): - Toilet and sinks were clean, shower so-so clean linen on bed My white socks showed the floor hadn't been washed the couch was grubby and the park was untidy. Needs a bit of pride shown
- Simone (8/5): Excellent value for money great overnight stay - Price was excellent value Cobwebs need brushing down
- Shaun (7/5): -
- Candi (3/5): - the location was convenient for us as we were there for work at the Narrabri show, which was just across the road. free parking was available right outside the cabin. cabin door lock is questionable, bed uncomfortable, powerpoint next to the bed goes on/off constantly, shower floor has a crack in it, so leaks all over the bathroom - plus the shower itself is tiny. kitchen bin was broken, bathroom bin lid wasn't on properly when we arrived.
overhead fan for the stove has a broken switch, outdoor light doesn't work, shower looked dirty, floors looked clean enough, but walking around barefoot directly after a shower, my feet looked extremely dirty afterwards. fridge froze everything. curtains don't close properly. no tea towel to dry dishes with. couch had dirt and grass on it. half-used, wet roll of toilet paper on the floor next to toilet. very dirty walls. only one mug, only one fork (but two of everything else). bowls and plates were left dirty. there are holes in the wall. room smelled musty upon entry. dirty silicone on tiles in kitchen. "dining area" in cabin was just a small outdoor table & chairs. shower, bathroom sink, and kitchen sink all look dirty. broken panelling, questionable grill/stove. kettle left with water in. did I mention the floors were dirty? no spare pillows, blankets, etc anywhere, and the bed had no quilt on it, just sheets. curtains fraying at the edges, covered in cobwebs and dust. cobwebs in corners of rooms. paint chips on walls. tv seems extremely old - took 30 seconds for the screen to come on even after the power indicator went green - and we had no channels. tree next to cabin, in front of parking spot, dripped sap on my car.

- Julie (6/5): Highly recommend this park this was my first bad experience of any kind - We have stayed here many times but mostly in our own caravan, staff are always wonderful and this time was no exception It took me some time to work it out but after we got home I realised I had been bitten and that they were bed bugs that I had picked up (I always take my own pillow ) from the bed we stayed in that night
- Diamond (10/5): -
- Alan (6/5): Works for the price - Location is great. Air-conditioner works well. Quiet. Cabin is clean and tidy. Bathroom was nice and the shower was hot. Cabin is a bit run down and needs some TLC. Oven door wouldn't stay closed. The two dining chairs have just about had it, their respective legs are one bad move away from breaking. Couldn't get the wifi to connect. Staff were not the friendliest.
- Kyira (6/5): Convenient for a quick stop - Location and size of the cabin were great, There was 5 of us and we had plenty of space. $80 excess cleaning fee if you don’t wash your dishes and clean kitchenette but there was no dishwashing liquid or tea towel.. Bed wasn’t the best and with 3 kids and 4 bunks available there was only 2 blankets.
- Felecia (7/5): -
- Les (7/5): - Short on spare blankets and no toilet paper otherwise it's a nice place to stay and the rates were reasonable No spare blankets or extra TP

- Dee1979 (8/5): We only stayed overnight, and the girl who organised the late check in for us was a 10/10 superstar! - Had a full sized fridge, which was great for us. Clean bathroom, towels and sheets. Sofa was a bit strange, the toiletries really weren't necessary, I would rather they take them off the price of the room. Limited cutlery, no spoons.
- Mike (8/5): All good - No toilet rolls but they rectified immediately
- Neil (10/5): -
- Pat (8/5): Suited our needs perfectly. Budget accommodation, value for money - Friendly staff, good location on the Newell Hwy.
Very good value for money No bed light, no tea coffee milk
- Bernie (8/5): -

All requests were promptly seen to by the management.
Great value!
- ken (6/5): on the whole it was good stay - we asked for bathroom to be replaced they took them 5 days to replace
- Neil (10/5): -
- Geoff (6/5): -
- Malcolm (5/5): - Position of village. Handy to road, not too noise. Stains on lounge. Bathroom door needed adjusting it dragged. Shower head leaked all night and was old and worn.

- Kevin (7/5): - Quiet All good
- Jason (5/5): You get what you pay for - Location Run down, not the cleanest
- Neale (7/5): Cool room in Narrabri - The aircon was on so, a nice cold room. This was great as it was very warm outside. Nice hot shower and comfy bed. Couch old and sagging. The air conditioner was dripping into a bucket and a bit noisy.
- Craig (9/5): As above - Very quite and tidy.Ckean room Na
- Lisa (8/5): Great price for the night. - Nice room for the night at a great price. Nothing.
- Nadine (2/5): - Location, cheap Very unclean unit, dust & debris in drawers & cupboards, filthy floor, broken toilet seat, lumpy bed …left after a couple hours & went elsewhere as I was itching all over
- Jenette (9/5): We are just in and out. Suits us just fine - Location suts us as we travel to Brisbane Bit bigger shower perhaps
- Alesia (1/5): - The room was very dirty bunk beds looked like someone had been sleeping in them clean towels were left outside in a plastic bag. Room had a horrible smell had to leave the property at 4am as it made us feel sick. Fridge was dirty. Main bed really uncomfortable felt like was on an angle
- Terence (9/5): - Very friendly staff and accommodating
- Peb (10/5): -
- Whyte (8/5): I've stayed at this facility twice in a row now travelling North and will likely continue to do so. - Geographic location is great for me travelling from South of Wagga Wagga to the Sunshine Coast. Really only needed a room, bed and ablutions. The bonuses are the fridge, aircon, available powerpoints, jug, mug, coffee/tea and cutlery. The internet connectivity is non-existent. Unfortunately, whilst coffee making facilities are available, there were no biscuits to munch for a hungry tired traveller who has not long arrived (get some energy to go into town for a potential meal or travelling resupplies). I found this to be unusual and hopefully not the new 'norm'.
- Mitch (5/5): -
- Kellie (4/5): -
- Tim (4/5): - The price. Bed linen was clean. The room was not clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable but every time we moved the whole thing moved. The airconditoner was ok if you stood under it. Did not see any staff we were there before 5 but no one showed in reception even though we could here them. Eventually we found our key outside. The whole place needs a good makeover.
- Trevor (3/5): Disappointing that staff don’t check out rooms before renting them out. - Shower was good & toilet in seperate area. Bed was reasonable but low. No smoke detector ,water not working properly in kitchen, power dropped out twice, no remote for tv but once staff were notified they fixed every thing straight away.
A bit disappointing there was no uht milk in fridge .
- Ian (1/5): Filthy - Nothing Filthy dirty and room wasn't what was on website.
- COURTNEY (10/5): Short and sweet - Easy check in/out and exceptional customer service. Cabin basic but cute and clean with everything one could need. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower!
- rodney (6/5): -
- Murray (10/5): - Where it was situated by the river.
- Sidney (8/5): - Friendly and shaded
- Dishan (8/5): -
- Lucy (8/5): -
- Josiah (4/5): Bed looked clean. Shower and toilet were definetely not. They made me feel yucky, but it was good enough for one night. - I liked that it had a kettle, coffee, teabags and milk in the fridge. Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. Shower had red stuff growing in the corners. It made me feel yucky.
- Fay (6/5): -
- CHERYL (8/5): - The room was small but cosy. Thanks for a lively evening Could have a softer bed
- Marcus (5/5): Was ok for the night but need to pack my soap and shampoo next time - Clean and quiet.
Close to town No soap, hand wash or shampoo.
- Suzanne (8/5): -
- Marc (4/5): - Very old. Grounds unkempt.
- Mikaela (8/5): - The cabin we stayed in was suitable for a family of 5. Tidy and clean. Manager very accomodating and approachable. Overall great stay.
- Tamika (6/5): -
- Madaline (1/5): Do not recommend, extremely filthy - I am beyond disappointed with my stay here and don't even know where to start, first there was a man on the steps with a container full of keys with names attached on a map of the property (apparently the owner had ducked out for a bit so he was handing out keys), sure he had a smile and said hello but it was just all a bit weird from the start. I asked him if I had a cabin with the two bunks and a double like I had requested and he said he had no idea because he was just hanging out keys. Then we got to our 'cabin', which was actually an extremely dirty room on small stilts and rocked when we all walked in, the verandah was disgusting, the stairs felt like they were going to break, it smelled wet and mouldy inside, grimy dirt everywhere, window sills were filthy, dead moths and all definitely hadn't been cleaned, mould in the shower, one bar of soap for showers and washing hands, the aircon was not working well at all and spitting out little bits of water, only the double bed was made, my ASD child was checking out their top bunk when a gecko appeared and that was it they would not re-enter the cabin and I knew we were in for a very sleepless night, had to ask for extra linen for bunks and thought I'd ask about the aircon, the owners (I assume as they didn't have badges on or introduce themselves) were having a get together (which is totally fine, it was after reception hours) but a family member stood up on top of the stairs looking down at me with everyone else then listening in while I had to ask, it didn't feel welcoming at all, the linen and a very dirty fan that I didn't use so I didn't have dust and dirt flying around inside later got left outside on the table while we were out for dinner, as we were making the bunks we found a sock (yes someone else's dirty sock) inbetween one of the mattresses and slats along with pencils and textas, under the double bed were lollipops and some sort of rubbish, the window above the...
- Naomi (2/5): Very Disappointed after staying there once before & having a good experience then - Easy to find Didn’t respond to my request through booking.com to change booking, couldn’t get them on the phone, no body at reception on check in or out, our cabin smelt of mould (40 or 41) & the other cabin had no soap, face washer or towels. Step on one of the cabins was sunken & dangerous for older guests.
- Wesley (10/5): perfect clean good aricon - everything
- Katherine (8/5): -
- Greg (1/5): - Nothing, the worst accommodation I ever booked through Bookings.com We walk out and didn't say here. The bed had ants in it, the fridge didn't work and there was open off milk in it. Not toilet paper and it wasn't clean. They offered another cabin and the air conditioning didn't work and it was 40°. The office was filthy and had to step over kids and toys to get into it.
- Lisa (5/5): - Easy check-in. Nice spot. Could do with a clean
- Guest (7/5): Clean and cheap stopover for travellers - Clean and cheap stopover for travellers . Comfortable bed, clean unit, pretty grounds, lovely tree canopy Lots of mozzies about. Could do with some spraying about the doors/in the park to keep them out of the cabins
- Megan (10/5): -
- Vanessa (1/5): -
- Tony (3/5): Not a disaster, but should have been better - Convenient. Late check-in There was no toilet paper in either cabin we booked. Staff supplied a roll when queried. One cabin had a TV remote that clearly had not been functional in months (leaky batteries and cracked case) and the TV doesn't work without the remote.
- Joanne (4/5): Very disappointing - It was cool as the A/C had been turned on for us Not cleaned properly, gap under the front door to let creepy crawlies in, dogs barking all night, we had to wait for the hot water to be connected so we could shower after a long day travelling
- barry (5/5): As above. - location and cost. Arrived 20 mins early and did not respond until 2. Absolutely filthy reception with rubbish and small children running around.Accommodation was clean but basin in bathroom wouldn’t empty and only one plate supplied.Pool didn’t look clean so didn’t swim.
- John (1/5): Extremely disappointing, would not have booked if this was the standard this park offered - Location was good even though a little run down Once I entered the cabin it was like a hotbox! There was a small AC running when I got there and it was ok if you stood in front of it. I had just driven 8 hrs to get there so I tried to get some sleep but was just far too hot. I reported this to reception and asked for a refund as I was leaving. She advised I had to take it up with Booking.com which I have done but have heard nothing back!
- Kylie (5/5): -
- Brake (3/5): -
- Brake (7/5): -
- Thilak (5/5): -
- David (1/5): I wasn’t satisfied with this stay and expect to receive a refund? - Nothing Website said family room is pet friendly and on arrival to my cabin, the front door said no dogs in cabin. Also had no towels ready for us to use.
I was told we have to wait for our towels.
The cabin wasn’t clean and the bed sheets were dirty.
- Penny (2/5): -
- Jenette (8/5): -
- Dare-Edwards (5/5): -
- Chelsea (5/5): -
- Andrew Tilley (9/5): - It was clean, and comfortable,
Location by the river was pleasant Just the sliding glass front door was difficult to close.
- Despina (3/5): Uncomfortable - Torn curtains .door that wouldn't lock and basically very run down
- Marteena (5/5): I would never stay here again. - Location. Cabin was old, smelly and dirty in some areas. There was also an overpowering strong smell of bleach evident in bathroom.
Some renovation had been done although a lot more needed.
