It was,spacious, clean, ample facilities to make the stay comfortable, and all amenities are just walking distances. Speechless, even hotel can't get close. Nothing!

• Paula (10/5): Sehr komfortable und zentral gelegene Wohnung - -zentral, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen -gute Raumaufteilung und großzügig geschnitten (große Schränke und Küche, Kühlschrank) -Küche vorhanden mit: Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Auflaufform, zwei große Pfannen, eine kleine, mittlerer und kleiner Topf - alle ohne Deckel, Geschirr, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck..) -Fußbodenheizung im Bad + Föhn & generell schön warm in der Wohnung -Grundausstattung vorhanden (Spüli, Handseife, Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmaschinentabs, Klopapier) -Staubsauger zur Benutzung -pro Person 1 großes + 1 kleines Handtuch, wir müssten die kleinen je für Händehandtuch im Bad und für Küchenhandtuch nehmen -sehr hellhörig (vor allem das Bad) -Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, wenn man wirklich kochen will (Sieb, Toaster, große Schüssel, großer Topf fehlen) -kein Duschgel/ Shampoo
• Anthony (10/5): Fantastic place and we would recommend it to anyone - Essi was a star, responding quickly to us and giving us information about Rovaniemi such as places to eat, get coffee, tour operators, and the best ways of getting around. She was also very kind in letting us drop our bags off when we arrived much too early. The location is brilliant, close to the supermarket, tour operators like Wild About Lapland that Essi recommend and we loved, and coffee places. The bus stop that can take you to and from the airport or Santa Village is less than 5 minutes walk away. The beds and sofa are very comfortable as is the temperature of the apartment, the Finns do insulation very well. I can highly recommend the clothing she can provide for Finnish weather. We weren't sure if our clothes would be up to it and the clothing we rented was perfect. On our first night, we took a wonder down to the frozen lake and lay in the snow watching a beautiful display of the northern lights for over an hour whilst staying warm, we wouldn't have been able to do so without the clothing as it was around -10. Thanks Essi! We wore the clothing for weather from -3 down to -15 with ample layers as well. There was no sponge in the kitchen making cleaning surfaces require ample use of tissue paper. You can't block out the sunlight with the blinds but given how late the sun rises when we were there, it didn't wake us up until past 9am.
