• Pálfi (6/5): - Aránylag tiszta volt. Aludni tökéletes. Felszereltsége alacsony. A szobákhoz nem tartozik semmi extra mint pl hűtő, mikro stb. Ezek egy közös részen vannak ami nem túl kényelmes.
• Chris (8/5): I recommend - Shops and cafes nearby. Nice, pleasant room with easy check in. Stayed 3 nights and it's a comfortable room to relax and sleep after a long day outside. Walking at the location at night as the streets were very quiet, but over all it was a nice stay.

• Román López (6/5): - La pensión no estaba mal ubicada Al llegar parecía estar todo limpio, hasta que descubrimos que había mocos pegados en la pared. Y teníamos una terraza que nada más abríamos la puerta, llenaba la habitación de un oler asqueroso a tuberías. La cama no estaba mal pero deberían cambiarla porque estaba bastante dada de sí.

• Ana (10/5): Comodidad - Me gusto mucho el sitio, ya había estado allí hace mas de un año y por motivos personales tuve que volver a viajar y volvi a elegir este lugar y no me ha defraudado. Sigue igual de bien que lo recordaba y seguro que volveré en breve. Limpio, cómodo, ordenado, con todas las comodidades. Vamos un 10 de 10. Muchas gracias. La única pega que le pongo es que cuesta un poco aparcar por la zona.

They need to do something about the mosquitos, get some netting or something, I got in really late went to sleep woke up ,in a small room the next morning, with loads of mosquitos.Also need to get proper pillows..

• Pilar (1/5): Nada recomendable - Nada Sin almohadas, cojines para usar malisimos y olian fatal. No pudimos usar el balcon porque la persiana automatica estaba rota y no se podia salir. Doy aviso enseguida, me dicen que pasaran a partir de las 11 de la mañana un tecnico arreglar, y me mandan mensaje horas despues que el tecnico ha ido y yo no estaba para abrirle. Les conteste que yo no tenia que estar, no voy a perder mi tiempo de ocio, ese problema si hubieran hecho bien su trabajo a mi llegada estaria arreglado. Y el barrio de noche nada recomendable. Lejos del centro e inseguro.

The kitchen was nice to have and the outdoor patio was very nice on warm evenings. The beds were slightly uncomfortable, and noise does travel throughout the apartments. • Jorge Soto (10/5): Entrada y salida sin complicaciones - El check-in se realiza online en cualquier horario y sin necesidad de pasar por recepción; al tiempo, los responsables comunican toda la información necesaria en cada paso, tanto para la entrada como para la salida, a través de la mensajería de Booking. Aunque en la información del establecimiento se menciona que generalmente hay sitio para aparcar en la propia calle, lo cierto es que nos costó mucho aparcar las dos noches que pasamos en la pensión y tuvimos que hacerlo bastante lejos.

Для перекуса есть микроволновка, холодильник. Очень милое патио, где можно поесть вечером и выпить вина или пива Общая душевая и туалет, хотя в бронировании речь шла о собственной в номере. На кухне нет никаких тряпочек, чтобы вытереть со стола. Нет гарантий тишины ночью. В шкафу мало вешалок, чтобы развесить вещи. Только 1 прикроватная розетка в номере на 2

• Darko (8/5): - The apartment is clean and tidy, and late check-in is possible due to the code on the front door. The location is good, as the bus stations are located near the apartment. The bed is uncomfortable because it is not flat and it sinks in the middle.

• María Paz (5/5): Estancia decepcionante - Lo que más nos ha gustado es que tenía una pequeña terraza al salir de la habitación. No nos ha gustado en general el alojamiento. Llegamos a la pensión, no nos cogían el teléfono y no pudimos dejar las pequeñas maletas que llevábamos teniendo que cargar toda la tarde con ellas. El código que debían enviarnos para entrar a la habitación, no nos llegó hasta que volvimos a pedirlo a las 18:30 de la tarde... (desde las antes de las 15:00 del check-in que debíamos haberlo recibido...). En conclusión, ha sido una experiencia bastante decepcionante... 🙁

Тут есть все что нужно для жизни, на первом этаже есть кухня, мы жили на втором со своей ванной комнатой! Так же у нас был выход на балкон и видом на внутренний двор, остались очень довольны.😊 Придраться не к чему, все отлично👍

• Marcial (5/5): Muy barato pero muy deficiente - Silencioso por las noches. Precio muy económico. Facilidad de checkin automático. La zona común con cafe, agua y microondas. Falta de limpieza absoluta: al llegar estaba lleno de pelos el suelo. Creo que no pasan la aspiradora o no lo hemos visto en los 4 días que estábamos. Sábanas con manchurrones, mocos pegados en la pared, etc. Entiendo que es una pensión económica y no esperas grandes lujos, pero lo mínimo es que esté limpio. Muy incómodas las almohadas, deberían invertir en ello. Muy bien que haya balcón con mesita pero si apesta a cloaca y tienes que meter la mesita porque es inaguantable estar fuera... Deberían limpiar el desagüe. Finalmente, el agua caliente no duraba mucho.

The bed was awful, we woke up every morning with back pain. Nobody over 4 days came to collect the bins. One curtain of the room was broken so we couldn't close it

• Lessman (5/5): Dla młodych i odważnych - Było dość cicho. Obiekt bardzo czysty. Dobra lokalizacja. Pokój mały, ale do nocowania wystarczy. Łazienka, ręczniki i żel pod prysznic bez zarzutu. Łatwość meldunku. Materac nie nadaje się do spania. Zwykła pianka która po 3 minutach ma grubość 3 cm. Stelaż na którym jest materac wyraźnie przeszkadza we śnie, leży się na deskach. Koniecznie do wymiany. Nie da się otworzyć drzwi na balkon. Smród szamba nie do zniesienia. Ktoś nie zaślepił rur od kanalizacji nad balkonem. W kuchni nie ma nic. Dosłownie nic. Ani łyżeczki, ani talerza, ani widelca czy noża. Stoi lodówka bez zamrażarki, czajnik, mikrofala i baniak z wodą. I to nie jest kuchnia, tylko blat przy ścianie. Wisi kartka która zabrania nalać wody do 0.5l butelki przed wyjściem. W całym Alicante woda z kranu nie nadaje się do picia. Sam chlor.

Czysto, ręczniki wyprane, pachnące. Okna się otwierają, zasłony i żaluzje zewnętrzne. W łazience czysto. Jasna instrukcja zakwaterowania. Jest na dole aneks kuchenny z mikrofalówką, lodówką, czajnikiem i dystrybutorem wody. Wszystko się podobało.

• Mykhailiuk (9/5): I am completely satisfied with my stay in the chosen room! Everything is clean, comfortable, and cozy! - Everything was wonderful! I really liked the cleanliness and comfort of the room. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the city center. The place is cozy, and I was pleased that the TV had access to Google and YouTube, where you can watch movies in a comfortable language. There were also tea bags available, which was a nice touch. It was very convenient to have drinking water, a kettle, and a microwave at hand. I will definitely come again! The blinds on the window opposite the bathroom entrance didn’t work. Since the windows face the common relaxation area and are on the same level, it was not very comfortable to relax in the evening.

Особенно хочется отметить чистоту — всё ухоженное и аккуратное. Заселение очень удобное: регистрация онлайн, вход по коду без каких-либо проблем, внутри также есть карточка. Всё продумано и работает чётко. Супермаркет рядом За свою цену — отличный вариант. Смело могу рекомендовать.
