Alejandro (1/5): Avoid this place. There’s not guarantee they really have the booked room - Nothing It’s a scam. They offer/confirm room with booking but keep offering rooms. Once at the hotel, if they sold all rooms, just tell you they don’t have the room or try to give you another dirty lower quality room.
Betzalel (4/5): Not clean and not comfortable - No hot water in the shower and the shower was just a pipe without the head the room has no window no air conditioning and the room wasn’t clean there were black hairs on the floor and it’s definitely not mine
Ainsley (7/5): Good for a last minute cheap stay - Easy place to book for the night. I was stuck in Neiva and able to check in late. Free breakfast from the panaderia down the road was very nice. Staff were helpful. Room was very small and smelt like sewage with no ventilation. I couldn’t stay here more than one night for that reason but okay for a cheap stay if you’re stuck.
Juliette (5/5): A conveniently located hotel with easy booking, but the poor maintenance, unbearable noise, and unfriendly management ma - The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. Booking was also straightforward and hassle-free. The manager was extremely unfriendly and not customer-oriented at all. The property itself felt poorly maintained, with visible dust and an unpleasant smell in the room. The noise level was unbearable—being right next to the street, the rooms are not soundproofed, making it feel like you’re sleeping with the windows wide open. Payment by card is not accepted, and there is no prior indication of this anywhere. The breakfast is decent but was mostly salty, with no sweet options like jam. Overall, a disappointing experience.
