• Lluïsa (5/5): Apartament acollidor però amb un mal anfitrió - El lloc molt tranquil. L apartament suficientment ampli i amb un petit pati que, com que feia fred, no vam fer servir. Té dos banys, cosa que s'agraeix quan arribes cansat i vols una dutxa Va ser difícil contactar per fer la recollida de les claus. Deia que el check in es pot fer a partir de les 3 de la tarda però quan finalment vam poder contactar ens van dir que no podia ser fins les 5. Al final vam conseguir que sigués a les 4:30. No ens va explicar com funcionaven les coses, com per exemple l'aigua calenta i la calefacció. Tampoc ens va explicar on deixar les claus al marxar. En fí, l'anfitrió un desastre.
• Beatriz (8/5): - Vivienda luminosa y silenciosa a pesar de tener un helipuerto al lado. Camas cómodas. Es una gran ventaja tener dos baños y dos dormitorios. Todo bastante amplio. Buena comunicación en autobús No tenía cafetera, algo bastante recomendable. Sólo hervidor de agua que no estaba limpio. Se podria mejorar la limpieza en general. Paredes, mobiliario... muy maltratado y placa rota, una pena porque con un poco "de cariño" estaría fenomenal
• Ingrid (4/5): Not worth the money - Location was convenient for my purposes The key collection was not smooth and communiation with the owner was frustrating. The apartment was not very clean and a general air of not being well cared for.

• ANURAG (10/5): Excellent stay, I and my family loved it. Keep it up ! - I reached the property very late as my flight landed late at night. I was in touch with Emmanuel and informed him of my predicament as the local store from where I was to collect the key would have got closed. He said do not worry. I will collect the key and wait for you at the property. That was a great great gesture. The location of the property is excellent, and one can see Thames River as well as the heliport nearby from the property. One can also take evening walk by the Thames. The location is well connected by bus! The property is very comfortable. The housekeeping could have been a bit better; the area of the washing machine was having a lot of dumped stuff. The hob glass top was broken, but an alternate arrangement was made and so I did not miss cooking, however these two points did stick out.

• Jose (8/5): Nice modern flat next to the river - Flat is good (modern, nice appliances except the broken stove) but it could be very good after some basic maintenance. Location : very nice flat just next to the River in a safe area. Connections : bus stop 200 meters from flat, tube station 10 mins by foot. Stores : plenty of stores to buy groceries from within the vicinity (Lidl is 10 min walk) Emmanuele was a wonderful host. Key pickup was not an issue at all (spot where to pick the key up is literally 5 mins by foot from the apartment) Flat requires some basic maintenance and would benefit from some deep cleaning but everything works as expected.

• Gavin (8/5): Good value modern apartment in the Battersea area, with convenient bus links to central London. - Spacious 3rd floor apartment with large sitting room/kitchenette, two good-sized bedrooms and separate toilet/bathroom. Main bedroom had a great en-suite and excellent shower. Cooker hob had been damaged (by previous guest apparently) but this wasn't an issue for us as we ate out. Other appliances, TV and Wifi all worked well. Location was great for our requirements (we needed to be near Battersea) and Thames riverside walk on the doorstep was a bonus. There is an excellent cafe ("Made It") 2 minutes walk-away for coffee/pastries/snacks. Just outside the cafe was bus-stop for easy access to Chelsea/central London (a little slow in rush-hour though). Clapham Junction rail station is about a 15 minute walk away. Host responded quickly and positively to messages. There was a minor issue over initial entry and key handover - we got into the tower with the help of a passing delivery-man and managed to find the apartment where the cleaner was just finishing off. After sorting out the security deposit payment the keys were handed over. It would have been better if the deposit payment had been sorted out in advance but in the end this wasn't a significant inconvenience. The apartment would benefit from a welcome sheet detailing facilities (it took us a while to work out how to use the heated towel rack), wifi password, nearest transport links etc.
• Rebecca (6/5): Need better communication - Great location for Battersea and lovely views of the river. Good value for money. Had issues checking in regarding the deposit that would not have been a problem had clear instructions been put in the check in message. Better communication would have improved this greatly. Overall condition of the flat is not brilliant, stains and scuffs everywhere with a broken hob that isn't safe to use. This would have been a lot easier to overlook had the communication with the host not been so difficult regarding the deposit. Also had issues with hot water for one of the showers.

• Folake (10/5): Wonderful Stay with a Thoughtful Host! - We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuel’s property. Communication was flawless, and he was there to greet us when the cleaner accidentally forgot to leave the key at the Key Nest. Traveling with my elderly parents, he kindly offered to help with our luggage. The accommodation was spotless and appears as described in the listing. He was very attentive, checking in to ensure our comfort. When I had an issue with the heater, he quickly addressed it. He also went above and beyond to return an item I had left behind. I truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and kindness – highly recommend! Parking was a bit tricky, but that’s typical in London and didn’t affect our overall experience.

• Vill (9/5): Good property , had a nice stay over the weekend, picking up & dropping keys was not an issue -
• Ye (9/5): Good apartment with big balcony. - The apartment is new and nice and clean as well. The only two things that may need improvements are no hair dryer and the key needs to be collected the returned to a convenient store which is 10 mins walking distance from the apartment.
