- Juliana (9/5): Uma experiência maravilhosa - O conforto do quarto, café da manhã e localização, bem próximo do Centro Histórico, possível fazer tudo a pé. Única questão, ter que chamar os funcionários para fazer abertura do hotel.

- Jonas (10/5): Estadia excelente, lugar de fácil acesso, bem localizado no centro de Bogotá e muito confortável! - Localização excelente, espaço bom e confortável para uma estadia de poucos dias em Bogotá. Tudo estava excelente, apenas o WIFI que oscilou bastante.

- Mathias (8/5): Empfehlenswert! - Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, sehr großes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, Zimmer und Bad top sauber, leckeres Frühstück im hübschen Hotel im Kolonialstil nebenan inklusive, zentrale Lage zur Erkundung der Stadt. Es ist bisweilen laut in der Straße und die Fenster sind nicht schallgeschützt. Am Sonntag findet in der Straße ab 5 Uhr morgens lautstark ein Flohmarkt statt. Ein Wasserkocher wäre toll gewesen, um sich mal ein Heißgetränk machen zu können. Man bekommt keinen Schlüssel für die Eingangstür und muss häufig klingeln, damit aufgeschlossen wird, da die Rezeption nur zeitweise besetzt ist bzw. vom Nachbarhotel mitgemacht wird.

Dass die Eingangstür versperrt wird, wenn das Personal der Rezeption gerade nicht am Empfang sitzt, war mir persönlich etwas unangenehm, Gleichzeitg erhöht es die Sicherheit im Haus.

- Coco (6/5): Zero view, and let people be noisy inside at night. Only stay if you can't afford more, or 1 night. - The location was close to everything. Right along the market Street. The front desk staff of next door fixed a payment error professionally. The room view is not a mountain or town view. It is right into an office building with staff all day. Less then 10m from the window. Can not open the blinds because there are people there all day. And the only view is the building even if people were not working there is zero view. The staff let a family of 8 most kids and babies play outside in the hall all night. Loud movies on the phone and playing moving furniture to the point at 10:00pm I had to go ask them to please be quiet people need to sleep. The staff should be taking care of this. I asked for a quiet area in my request not next to this mess. I had to be up for a flight at 3:30am. Worse is I was told they were family/friends of an employee.

Es un hotel céntrico para visitar la candelaria andando. Las habitaciones son enormes pero algo frias. La cama era muy pequeña para dos personas. La ubicación es buena por el día pero por la noche es insegura. La cocina que está en la habitación no está equipada. La conexión wifi no funcionaba y no nos dieron ninguna solución. También pedí dos veces un secador y nunca me lo proporcionaron.
