• ANTONIO DIAZ BOLIVAR (1/5): LAMENTABLE SERVICIO TANTO DEL PROPIETARIO COMO DE BOOKING - NADA El piso estaba lleno de cucarachas e insectos, nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario no nos contestó, no nos dieron una solución, nos fuimos del piso un día antes puesto que allí era imposible hospedarse y muy mal por booking, si por booking, que pusimos la queja pasasteis del tema, os he reclamado la factura 35 veces, ahí están las conversaciones con atención al cliente, el cual no habéis hecho nada al respecto, hemos solicitado la factura al propietario en innumerables ocasiones y ha pasado del tema. No sois una empresa seria, ni vosotros ni el propietario. Lamentable servicio.

• Jiménez (1/5): Si no te gusta ser engañado,,, No engañes! - Lo único que me gustó fue una figura que había en el balcón por lo demás todo fue una farsa. Me dijo que había televisiones (no había ninguna) me dijo que había almohadas (eran cojines pequeños ) me dijo que habían enseres de cama (había una triste manta en cada cama … me dijo que había calefacción por las habitaciones (había un mini calefactor en una de las habitaciones) la luz de la cocina no funcionaba , y el mal rollo se sentía nada más llegar. Pésimo alojamiento y pésima información del personal. Después de dos semanas insistiendo me ha devuelto el dinero.
• Tenorio Pérez (1/5): - Muy buena ubicación cerca del centro La limpieza pésima, los utensilios para 5 personas nulos , calentador de 60 litros para 5 personas del cual alimenta de agua caliente la cisterna del wc !! Bombilla de la cocina fundida ,plato del microondas inexistente, campana extractora grasienta ,una cuchara de café para 5 ,total una mala experiencia espero que el anfitrión cambie de personal de limpieza

• Lenka (10/5): - Excelente relación calidad-precio, muy cerca del centro y el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. El café de la cafetera fue un detalle muy agradable. También me gustó mucho el balcón y el diseño.

• Rolandas (6/5): - Good Location, owner responsive, kitchenware available. When we arrived, apartment had a strong chemical smell. Bathroom door cant be locked, beds are very uncofortable.

• sharma (5/5): Not comfortable and unhygienic. - Clear instructions to collect the keys were provided by the host. There we few items missing like blankets, tissues etc which were provided by hosts the next day. Apartment was very old and had cleanliness issues. I saw insects roaming around in kitchen. Attaching the video for the same. Also there was unbearable smell coming from the patio, we had to close the door all the time. Lift was too small and had awful smell.

• Charles_2022 (6/5): - La ubicacion y el espacio La comunicacion y tiempo de respuesta desafortunadamente no fue la mejor, el apartamento es amplio pero hay que mejorar los utencilios de la cocina, algunos dañados y en mal estado y sin luz en la cocina. Sugerimos hacer mantenimiento de las persianas de las ventanas no funciona bien.

• Julia (1/5): - Niestety nie widzę żadnych plusów oprócz ok lokalizacji Posciel chyba byla czysta jako jedyna w obiekcie W obiekcie było wyjątkowo brudno. - pełno starego lepkiego kurzu - gruba warstwa na wiatrakach, lampkach, listwach przypodlogowych - podloga w calym mieszkaniu byla brudna i zakurzona - naczynia w szafkach byly brudne - wypadaly klamki z drzwi wewnętrznych - tapicerka na krzeslach bardzo poplamiona - karaluch plywal w mydle - woda w spłuczce była goraca co bylo bardzo nieprzyjemne

• El Massaoudi (1/5): Si queréis evitaros disgustos no os alojéis ahí - El alojamiento era amplio, lo malo que las camas no son cómodas y con humedad, el aire acondicionado 0 ya que no enfría, el baño la presión del agua nefasta no tenía potencia entre otras cosas… no lo recomiendo El barrio es un desperdicio ya que hay peleas e incluso robos hemos dejado el coche aparcado y a la mañana siguiente nos han forzado el coche y nos han robado todo lo que teníamos por lo cual no recomiendo nada este alojamiento.

• M (8/5): A beautifully decorated apartment in a great location, offering easy access to local attractions and - The location of the property was excellent, providing easy access to all local amenities and places of interest. The apartment decor was impressive—tastefully decorated with a modern and stylish touch, making the stay feel comfortable and inviting. The bathroom was quite small, and the absence of an extractor fan made it very steamy after showers. The hot water supply was also limited—enough for only 1-2 showers before needing time to reheat. Additionally, safety features in the shower area could be improved. A non-slip mat and support handles would help prevent injuries, and the glass partition needs upgrading to better contain water and reduce spillage. While the beds were comfortable, the pillows were quite flat and could be improved for better support.
• Charu (8/5): Wonderful location and value for money - The kitchen, amenities and heater in all rooms during winter The outside area should be cleaned so hanging clothes for drying after laundry is easy. The area is extremely dirty.

• Oana (7/5): Good - Good location, the apartment has 3 rooms, 2 with double bed and one with a single bed, nicely decorated. Lovely balcony. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Easy check in, the host send us all the information we needed. It was noisy. We found bugs on the kitchen counter, maybe they are coming from the interior terrace which is dirty.

• Ann (9/5): Lovely apartment in a good location. - Easy check in with key box access which was well communicated plus photos of the outside, exact flat etc was really welcome as we arrived at 10pm at night. Nice clean property, large enough for myself and 2 friends. Approx 15mins walk to the historic centre which was really good. The apartment block is noisy as the walls feel paper thin but this has nothing to do with the owner and is possibly just normal for apartments in Malaga. Something very minor but a mirror in the smallest bedroom would be welcome.

• Maria (10/5): Excellent apartment - Such cute apartment, big rooms, nice little terrace as well. And with everything you need, even has an iron 😁 Also we got an early check-in 🥰 and the communication was easy and got a reply very quickly all the time, definitely recommend it Just thought it was weird the toilet with really hot water, makes the bathroom to be quite warm.
• Steve (8/5): Lovely apartment for the price. - Decent location, very clean and good facilities. Very good water pressure in the shower (although the toilet cistern appears to be filled with hot water which is odd). Small kitchen has everything you need including hob, kettle and microwave. The TV in the main back bedroom didn’t have access to either normal DTV or Netflix (unless you sign in with your details) so quite restricted. As mentioned before, the hot water toilet is odd. On the first night it was very noisy with barking dog and someone banging loudly on a door at 4am but next night was fine. On location, it might be worth mentioning the building name rather than just “Number 6”.

• Sonia (8/5): Very comfortable and pleasant stay in good location for a short stay in Malaga - Good location for an overnight stay in Malaga. It was excellent value for money. The bedrooms and decor were lovely. We had a very comfortable stay. Great communication from the host. There was no air con in the bedrooms, although there were ceiling fans. It was extremely hot weather when we were there though so maybe these would have been sufficient in cooler weather.
