• Alan (5/5): Excellent location and what would be a lovely apartment, let down by poor door system & cleanliness - The location was superb, with stunning views from the balcony (accessed via communal stairs outside the apartment) of the cathedral and city. Contact saying that the apartment was available earlier than expected was a pleasant surprise as we arrived a few hours before the advertised check in time. Any communication with ISG by app was quickly responded to before our visit and on arrival. The door code provided didn't work before the original check-in time, despite being contacted to say that we could access the apartment. The batteries on the door lock ran out so it didn't always work, and it could take several attempts to get in. Horrible drain smell from the bathroom throughout our visit. Apartment floor was very dirty as were the communal areas. A lot of the plates / cups were chipped. No light bulb in light! No view from inside the apartment.

The liaison with the office utterly unpleasant. On reporting them to booking.com, they threatened to cancel the reservation. Struggled to do online checkin and receive entry code, which was only activated one hour after we checked in . We struggled for 2 hours to obtain our room number and code.

• Carla (9/5): - Ubicación y vistas inmejorables. Buen diseño, cómodo. Nos decepcionó que nuestro apartamento tenía la terraza fuera del mismo subiendo unas escaleras y el acceso estaba abierto. Nadie entró pero pensábamos que estaba dentro de nuestro apartamento. Por la noche no había luz.

• Milan (10/5): - View & location. It's something unbelievable, i have never seen such a spectacular view from terrace in my life. Bottle of Cava waiting for us was a nice gesture! Communication with owner/agency who rented it. They send me some boring application for fill it before arrival and i understood that's because of police and new regulations in Spain. So i filled it but didn't informed about entering key and generally how to find apartment. So i asked them to send me, they insisted to look at appllication. But i haven't seen it on application since few hours before arrival. I asked them 10 times, for a few days, and they refused to send me information, like it's some conspiracy info... And everything was on Spanish, they don't care do you speak it or no. So not a nice experience with communication.

• David.Barroso (2/5): La ubicación no lo es todo - La ubicación Empiezo desde el principio: Tardaron en darnos el apartamento cuando me confirmaron que las 14:00 estaría listo. Cuando entramos en el apartamento la persona que limpiaba no sabía ni español ni inglés. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas, pero no nos dejaron cambiarnos a las 15:00. Cuando llegamos por la tarde la habitación olía a comida y el olor no se fue. Una de las camas, por llamarlo cama, tenia un colchón de 1cm de espesor, fue peor que dormir en el suelo. Cuando nos levantamos fuimos a llevar una parte de nuestras pertenencias al coche. Cuando volvimos a las 10:30 ya no podíamos entrar a por el resto de las cosas. Por último, al reservar consulté si nos dejarían hacer el check-out un poco más tarde nos dijeron que si, esto el día del check-in lo negaron. Muy mala experiencia
• Guillermo (10/5): Lo mejor que puedes encontrar en Sevilla - El apartamento está en la mejor ubicación de Sevilla, tiene todas las comodidades que se necesitan y más (aires, calefacción, cocina, electrodomesticos, menaje, utensilios, etc.). Sin duda la mejor opción de las muchas que hemos escogido en Sevilla, un 10! Y la terraza desde luego que solo con ver las fotos no hay nada que añadir... El host siempre muy atento y aceptando nuestras peticiones.

El apartamento que nos tocó (4) diría que es más pequeño de lo que parece según las fotos, al abrir el sofá cama (éramos 4 personas) el espacio es muy limitado para poder colocar maletas, ropa, calzado… Como sugerencia indicaría que si se pide tirar el papel y/o toallitas wc a la papelera y no al inodoro, la papelera debería ser más grande.

• Solina (5/5): Asegúrate que tiene terraza y no es salir a la azotea - Nos gustó mucho la ubicación y la limpieza. El personal es lo mejor, resuelven cualquier duda por mensaje o llamada. No es el apartamento ideal que sale en fotos con terraza. Es una azotea pequeña. Para acceder a ella hay que salir del apartamento. Eso no te lo cuentan cuando haces la reserva.

• Lauren (6/5): Great location, clean and comfortable - The location of the apartments were perfect for our group. We rented 3 rooms, all were comfortable and clean. The hotel left a welcome bottle of bubbles in the fridge which was a nice touch. Communication was great for check in and they allowed us to check in early which was a huge help to make the first day of the holiday enjoyable! The rooftop terrace which was included in the photos of the 3 bedroom apartment wasn't really set up to be enjoyed (no cushions on the day beds) and there were no lights. Considering the sun was setting around 6pm this meant we couldn't use the terrace in the evening. Also, the communication about the linens for the pull out beds was very poor - we were told we needed to take pillows from the other beds despite booking for the number of guests that the apartment accommodated including the pull out beds. We ended up needing to sort this out across the three rooms we had booked as no solution or offer to bring extra linens was provided.
