• John (4/5): Many better options close by - The air-conditioning was poor. When I checked in the thermostat was set at 29C and could not be programmed to below 25C. The room had no complimentary water until requested nor bath-robes despite being shown on the booking. The windows were filthy.

Honestly is it 4 star hotel. !!!!!! - Location Bad service, Bad cleaning, Very poor facilities ( Example- Air conditions, Room service ) After check-in i found used pillow, bed. They did the service when i informed the receptions !!!! Found old pillow ( minimum few years old and pillow was not in shape ). When I asked for pillow, i was replied, all pillow are same !!!! How the hotel is 4 star ?????? Air condition stopped working middle of night !!!!!!!!!!!! No tooth brush !!!!! ( First time faced this ) Etc.....Etc.....

• McBean (7/5): Hotel Manhattan - The location was the reason why it was selected. The rooms had renovations in last few years. SMART TV in the rooms and they worked. Buffet Breakfast was included - the price reflected the quantity selections. It is in the heart of the city. Public transit is encouraged and the very best Staff very friendly. The traffic is like nothing we experience in Canada. It is extremely busy. You don't want to leave the hotel during rush to go to the airport. If you do. Leave early. However, quality of bathroom towels was old and cheap. Two guests in the room were provided with 2 bath sheet and 1 face towels. Also only one room key per room. That proved to be an incon venience. The hallways, elevators and foyer showed their age very old and smelled the age. If you don't care about the aforementioned, I would recommend a short stay.

• Dirghar (5/5): Decent for the amount we paid but definitely better hotels in the surrounding area. - Location was very good as it is near to the main high street of Sukhumvit with plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Room was a decent size and clean. It looked recently refurbished. Staff were friendly and polite. Requested 3 single beds but was given one single and one queen sized bed. There was only 4 hangers which was definitely not enough for 3 of us and there was not enough places to hang our towel to dry in the bathroom and in the room. The hotel had the thinnest bedroom slippers ever. Room was very hot when you enter after a few hours and it took a while for the Air-conditioning to cool the room which was a bummer. Shower was nice though the tiles had big cracks and the inner pipes were exposed. The Hotel did not give an extra room key/card though it was three of us.

• Michael (9/5): Perfect 10/10 - Love this hotel. Have stayed many times before and just keep coming back. Rooms are good, comfortable beds, quiet, good staff and perfect location. Never anything to complain about really. Not being able to get an extended stay on my last day.

Not extreme, but maybe just new colors on the walls in the hall? Also the floor in the room was so broken, they put carpet over it but it did not cover all. This needs to be renovated asap.

• VLADISLAV (2/5): Not recommended - Overall, it was a terrible stay. The bathroom was in awful condition - everything was broken, and it was almost impossible to use it. It's clear that no one has done any maintenance or repairs for a long time. The room itself was also very disappointing: there wasn't even a basic mirror, which was extremely inconvenient. That said, the location of the hotel was quite good and convenient, and the breakfasts were decent. However, these positives didn't make up for the overall poor condition. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
