The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Ideally located to explore the South Bank of the Brisbane River, the Centre and key areas of interest in Brisbane, with multiple places to eat and drink in close proximity. Parking available for bus and trailer directly opposite hotel. Gym good. Pool on roof a good plunge pool. Continental Breakfast was excellent and could be upgraded to a hot cooked breakfast for small additional charge. Really good value booking via booking.com as qualified for an offer. Was only planning to stay for a single night, but hotel was that good value and staff so helpful, then decided to stay additional 5 nights. Great decision. N/A

Also, no bar and nowhere to get a beer in the hotel? And the rooftop pool is an ice bath; why don’t you fix the heating.

- Grant (8/5): Given my scheduling it supplied all my needs, comfort and staff that cared. - I enjoyed the view albeit a city scape from my 6th floor window. The staff were very accommodating. Answering all questions and assisting in anyway possible. Listened well. Attentive. The breakfast staff where great, friendly and also keen to help and advise. The bathroom fan in 604 remained on all the time. I can only guess the sensor was inoperable. No big deal. Once the door was closed the buzzing fan sound was reduced. I know it sounds a little old fashioned, however a couple of cookies to go with a cup of tea or coffee would have been fab. I guess its cost, but hey sometimes it's the little things in life!

- Braden (5/5): Room was excellent, but some noise made it difficult to fall asleep. - The room had everything I could ask for and although I didn't use all of these things on my stay, I like that the room had a full-size fridge, microwave, bench space, tv, chair, bed obviously. The only problem I had was there was a loud noise (a constant, rumbling, machine-type noise) all through the night that kept me awake. I'm not sure what it was, possibly clothes dryers in a laundry room? It felt like it was coming from the floor above. I was in room 502

I arrived at 12.45 to ensure a car parking space in the virtually empty parking to be told by the check in staff that all the places were reserved for a function that evening. The member of staff was miserable and unhelpful, refusing to give me a slice of lime for my papaya from behind the counter as "those limes are all reserved for a function we're hosting tonight". The cold buffet had a few pieces of cheap ham and cheese, a lot of the fruit was underripe, and if you wanted a coffee made by the coffee machine, you had to pay extra.

Nothing due to the Hotel but the streets are very noisy and ambulance sirens did wake us up a few times but that is out of the hotels control.

The bathroom tiles were eye catching and great bathroom. Our room windows were all shadowed and the exterior of the building wasn't appealing. It was not expected to pay for hot breakfast but was cheap and delicious.

Not once was it advertised as extremely noisy due to sirens and traffic all night being g on side thorofare to hospital no cooking facilities. Hard to get ubers/cabs due to location of entry. Staff was originally very rude to me being g vision impaired a d wanted too much information unnecessarily. Overall I just wouldn't go back sadly.
