The location wins out. - The location is great, the host Ivana always responded quickly, and on the last day we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment after checking out. Για μια εβδομάδα που μείναμε θα μπορούσε να καθαριστεί το κατάλυμμα έστω μια φορά Φυσικά δεν αναγράφεται πουθενά αυτό αλλά θα μπορούσε. Η περιοχή γύρω βρώμικη.

• Simona (4/5): Non ritornerò mai in questo b&b - La posizione Esperienza decisamente negativa. Il kaylock era difettoso e in tutta la struttura si percepiva un forte odore di muffa e fogna, davvero sgradevole. La porta del bagno aveva le maniglie che si staccavano, segno di scarsa manutenzione. La pulizia è stata uno degli aspetti peggiori: peli ovunque in bagno, anche nella doccia, e addirittura peli (anche pubici) nelle lenzuola, cosa assolutamente inaccettabile. La macchina del caffè era inutilizzabile, con caffè solubile vecchio e secco nel barattolo. I letti erano estremamente scomodi, con materassi completamente affossati. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava, aggravando ulteriormente il soggiorno. Rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente bocciato. Non consigliato.

• Alessio (7/5): Buon soggiorno per un weekend a napoli! - Host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare e molti consigli utili. Posizione molto comoda per gli spostamenti e per raggiungere i punti nevralgici della città, nonostante il quartiere non sia dei più sicuri. Buoni i servizi messi a disposizione dalla casa. La pecca dell'appartamento è il bagno che nonostante abbia l'aspiratore presenta un'odore forte e non essendo finestrato risulta difficile cambiare aria. Appartamento abbastanza pulito, ma si può fare di meglio.

• Krisztián (10/5): Megfelelő volt számunkra. - Közelben találhatók: pizzériák ( Da Michele...... ) élelmiszerbolt, vasútállomás, ahonnan az Alibus visz ki a reptérre (5 Euro/ Fö). Kettő és fél napot töltöttünk Nápolyban, de sajnos nem jutott minden látnivalóra időnk.Szombaton este megnéztük a Napoli- Fiorentína meccset, ami nagy élmény volt ( de azért a San Siro hangulatával nem vetekszik ). Vasárnap délután a Tojásvár közelében a tengerparti sétányon találkoztunk a zseniális Daniele Vitale saxofon múvésszel . Több helyen is amerre jártunk sok szemét volt az utcán, de ez a hely sajátossága. Cataniában is ezt tapasztaltuk.

Property manager/ owner very helpful & quick to reply to any questions. Stepping outside felt a little unsafe- felt like the area was a little seedy but I guess that is Napoli.

• Anna (10/5): - Fajne miejsce, przestronne z kuchnią. Blisko na obszar starego miasta i dworca kolejowego. Brak czajnika był problematyczny (zaparzanie herbaty woda z ekspresu trwa wieczność). Łazienka mogłaby być nieco lepiej zadbana.

• Agnieszka (7/5): - Mieszkanie było ok. Kontakt z gospodarzem b.dobry. Łóżka wygodne. Lokalizacja od centrum dzieliła odleglosc w granicach kilometra. Łazienka wymaga remontu. Prysznic zagrzybialy. Spłuczka pod ciśnieniem -trzeba było pompować żeby woda mogła spłynąć. Trochę czasu to wymagało. Wieczorem i w nocy bardzo głośno. Trochę to przeszkadzało.

La posizione è comodissima per visitare la città e muoversi a piedi. Gli host sono un vero valore aggiunto: gentili, presenti e sempre disponibili, pronti a dare consigli utili e a rispondere a ogni esigenza. .
• Laura (10/5): Viaggio indimenticabile!! - Siamo state benissimo, un viaggio di tre giorni tra amiche, l'appartamento molto grande, accogliente e pulito con tutto ciò che serve. È situato in un vicoletto molto tranquillo e scendendo una scalinata ci si ritrova all'inizio di Spaccanapoli e al centro storico. Abbiamo girato molto a piedi anche la sera senza nessun problema. La proprietaria molto gentile e super disponibile ci ha dato delle informazioni preziose e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli oltre il check out molto apprezzato. Per qualsiasi cosa risponde immediatamente. Viaggio stupendo!! 😊 Niente
• Confessore (10/5): - Davvero un bell'appartamento, comodo pulito e perfetto per muoversi a piedi. Ci sono diversi bar, ristoranti e pizzerie in zona. Io vengo spesso a Napoli ed è stata una bella scoperta, ci tornerò sicuramente!
• Sebastian (8/5): Mieszane uczucia - Lokalizacja blisko dworca, lokalnych knajpek :) Ściany wymagają odmalowania, spłuczka w wc często się zacinała, prysznic też już jest zużyty. Zdjęcia sugerują dwie niezależne sypialnie i tak jest jednak przez otwarty otwór nad drzwiami, wszytsko słychać. Szkoda, że balkon nie jest tak przygotowany aby móc na nim spędzać czas
• jennifer (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Napoli per due giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’alloggio era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è molto comoda ,vicino alla stazione duomo e la zona è tranquilla. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e pronta a fornire consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questa casa, ci tornerei volentieri!

• Giuseppe (10/5): - Proprietari gentilissimi e super disponibili, la posizione dell'appartamento è perfetta per muoversi al centro di Napoli anche a piedi, tra l'altro è vicino alla stazione quindi comodo per chi come noi arriva in treno anche in tarda serata. Pulito e con tutto ciò che serve, davvero consigliato!

• Ivana (10/5): - Tutto perfetto! Semplicita e velocità di accesso con il fast check in, zona tranquilla e nel pieno centro di napoli, infatti avevamo a disposizione tanti ristoranti bar e pizzerie. Siamo stati per lavoro come rappresentanza e ci e stato molto utile il servizio di internet, con WI-FI davvero super veloce. Ci tornero sicuramente anche non per lavoro. Nulla
• Imane (10/5): - La maison était propre et le propriétaire était trop gentil et sympathique . On est resté 4 nuits moi et mon mari et on a pas rencontré un seul soucis. L'appartement est très sécurisé L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir le centre historique de Naples. Vous avez des dizaines de restaurants juste à coté, des cafés.... Je recommande fortement.
• Penny (8/5): Great location! - Great location and property manager, Ivana was very attentive. Definitely appreciated her! Internet is TERRIBLE! If you need it for any kind of business, you will not have a very good connection. Although it was said this was the case throughout the building, others we spoke with confirmed their internet was fine. Also, if on a weekend stay and something goes wrong, it will not be dealt with ex. plugged sink.

• Victoire (7/5): Appartement très pratique pour se déplacer et accéder rapidement à la gare mais avec des nuisances sonores. - L’appartement est grand avec 2 chambres. Il est proche de la gare : très pratique pour organiser des excursions. L’hôte est très réactive ce qui est un vrai plus. Le ménage n’avait pas été bien fait avant notre arrivée (présence de cheveux et de poils dans la douche et les chambres). La rue est bruyante côté chambres.

Very close to Naples train station (10 mins walk) and Spaccanapoli (shopping and sightseeing). Close to many restaurants Although we didn't experience anything, the area did make me feel anxious about walking there after dark.

• Lina (5/5): Passable - The location The apartment was clean but not spotless clean like one would expect. It stank like sewage. We ran out of hot water in the shower the second night we were there. The street behind the bedrooms was very loud. Windows have zero soundproof. The coffee in the room was not good. No water kettle. I would not stay there again. Only good thing was the location.

Need to be aware of your surroundings at nighttime in the general neighborhood area… but there are also some very kind locals trying to look out for tourists as well.
• Eve (9/5): Loved the apartment, was walkable to many places in city center, once we got our bearings the area f - We had experienced the lockbox thing before so we’re familiar with that and the codes. The apartment felt really comfortable and was very clean, with a kitchenette fridge and microwave. Communication was very good. We got there late at night and Google maps routed us through neighboring streets that felt pretty uncomfortable- the little street itself is up some steps and hard to find.

• Iuliana (10/5): Good value for money Totaly recomand it - Everything was perfect. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need. It is an oasis of cleanliness in a very dirty city. The host is very nice and even changed our towels in the middle of our stay. Close to central station and in the old city centre. I have nothing to complain about. The city is out of control. Migrants, drug adicts ( the city smells of garbage and pot) , trash everywere. We've travel a lot in many countries and cities, but Naples is something else. It's a shame because it has a greath history and potential. We visited a lot of other places and that made the trip better ( Amalfi, Positano, Pompei, Sorento, Maior, Ischia and Procida)

• Jo (9/5): The apartment was well equipped and the location was great for us as it was close to the station. - The property is spacious and very clean. Well set out with groovy shower lights. Air con was brilliant. Really appreciated as it was very hot when we visited in July. It was a little difficult to find but our taxi driver couldn’t have been more helpful and would not leave us until we had located the front door. We did arrive fairly late in the evening.

The location is very central to local foods (pizza, etc) and bakery. The property owner are so friendly & helpful; they made our stay in a strange country a pleasant experience. Not easy to get a taxi. Uber doesn’t seems to work in Naples.

• Piotr (10/5): Excellent apartment and super kind host - Excellent, high-standard apartment. Everything as in description and photos. Super kind host, easy and fast contact via whatsapp, in English. There was no problem with leaving the luggage for storage after checkout hour, as we had departure at 8pm and went on a trip in the meantime. Good localisation, close to Napoli Centrale, metro, shop, restaurants. We recommend getting there from Napoli Centrale/Piazza Garibaldi via street C. so Umberto I and then Via Pietro Colletta - better pavement for luggage and feels safer after dusk. Apartment well prepared for arrival, as clean as it gets. Towels, hair dryer, all necessary basic kitchen equipment. Highly recommended!

• Ąžuolas (9/5): A lovely, tidy apartment at a central location with the nicest host! - The apartment is at an excellent location, just on the edge of the historical center, but also quite close to the Napoli Centrale station. It was clean and cozy, recently renovated, so quite modern. The host was very nice, friendly and helpful, contacted us evey other day to ask if everything’s fine, etc. We loved the balcony to the street where we enjoyed coffee every morning. Every room had a big TV if that’s important to you, and also the WiFi worked great. There’s a nice kitchen if you like to make your own breakfast and also a coffee machine. Nothing really bad to point out. A minor problem was the toilet flush button that didn’t work right - you need to pump it a few times to flush.
