Robert (6/5): - Very connvenient location and nice central outdoor area. Cottage was lacking in cupboard/drawer space. No where to unpack your clothes. Bathroom needed to have a cupboard or shelving. Main room was very damp with condensation after it rained the night before

The cottages were very clean, well maintained, and had great facilities with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything and in a lovely town. We really enjoyed our time here and honestly had nothing to complain about.
Ruth (2/5): Appalling communication - go elsewhere - Comfortable & facilities fine. Non existent communication from manager. She did not answer emails sent in a business day 2 days prior to our stay. She did not send our apartment number & passcode. She did not answer text messages nor a phone call. Her message bank was full so we couldn’t leave a message. Only way we got into our apartment after check in time was with the help of a volunteer at the visitor centre.

The unit definitely lacked cleanliness, floors made your feet turn black and bedding had stains. Check in could have run smoother, had to contact to get code for the keys and unit wasnt ready upon check in time

michelle (8/5): - The description says the beds are fulls but they are queens. I liked the clothes washing machine! I requested a scent-free room but there was a container of stinky synthetic oil with sticks in it. Yuck! Who wants to breathe toxic air? Environmentally harmful, too.

Graham (8/5): - The unit was very clean and well appointed with new furnishings. The location is right in the heart of Bridport but it was very quiet at night. Great for a one or two night stopover. There wasn't much of a view and the cottage was quite small and cramped. A little overpriced.

Kerry (5/5): Disappointing. False advertising. - For a self-contained break it had everything needed to make a ‘budget cost’ stay pleasant. This feels like a cabin in a caravan park, without the gardens and extra facilities a caravan park offers. I was charged extra, believing that to provide a view. It in fact provided a 2 bedroom cabin (I would contest the use of ‘cottage’) that we did not need. Our view was ocean in the distance, blocked out by the back of a building, rubbish bins and a small grassed area. Way too expensive for off-season, very basic accommodation. We did not stay for the two nights booked, leaving after the first night.

The location is excellent, close to everything. Beds comfortable, shower good, cabin clean. BBQ area is lovely. Parking handy. WiFi in Bridport isn't brilliant in peak season. Cabin is looking very tired. Bathroom is tiny. Stove top variable. Don't expect to cook up a feast! Cooking utensils are worn. .

Property fine. Communication from host could have been better, promised codes day before, had to follow up on arrival day to receive code which is a bit annoying whilst travelling.

Alison (9/5): Comfortable cabin in a great location. - These cabins are in a great location. We stayed in number 17 which has a view of the sea. It’s an easy walk to the foreshore and to amenities such as the supermarket and bars. The cabin is clean, well equipped and comfortable. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little tired, our toilet had a dodgy push button, but this was no concern and didn’t detract from a great stay.

John (10/5): I enjoyed my stay at Bridport cottages and thoroughly recommend them - All cottages are separate buildings. Layout of cottages on the block take good advantage of the outlook view but still are private with hedges. The layout of the cottage was great, the facilities were easy to use and the bed was comfortable. The cottage was roomy, clean, quiet and comfortable in a central location.
