- Tracey (9/5): Peace amoung the mountains. - Very quiet, lovely spot. Fire pit out the back that we made use of one night. Owners leave you to enjoy your stay. Horses had a wander around the house which was lovely to see. Some goodies in the fridge which was a nice surprise.
We were right next door to O'Reillys Winery. Walked there for a great lunch and wander along the creek. Very close to Canungra and more restaurants. Nothing really, internet was hit and miss, but that was fine as they had told us that, we were away for the weekend and just wanted to chill.
- Evan (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious and comfortable with excellent outdoor facilities and entertaining area.
- Dennis (9/5): A lovely countryside retreat with serene views and a cozy, comfortable indoor space. The atmosphere was peaceful and rel - A lovely place in the countryside with a charming, self-contained cottage. The host was very welcoming and even invited us to see their horses, which was a really thoughtful and memorable gesture. A peaceful and enjoyable stay overall The place was genuinely lovely and very comfortable. As a small note, the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and unreliable at times, something a few other guests had mentioned too—an upgrade could make a big difference. Also, finding the property at night was a little tricky; a bright roadside sign would really help. That said, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from an overall great stay.
- Penny (10/5): Comfortable place to stay in this lovely area! - Super comfy stay. Great spot short drive to cute Cunungra. Had everything we needed, hosts very helpful when asked and otherwise left us to our privacy. Plenty of breakfast supplies, lovely bed. Really enjoyed our stay.
- Karyn (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful cottage with great views . Love that the hosts left plenty of food in fridge .lovely drive to the national park . Highly recommended 👌
- Hannah (10/5): Family Country Get away - We loved our stay at Canungra Valley Cottage. We enjoyed the walks in nature and to the Alpaca farm next door (5 minutes). We also enjoyed feeding the horses on the property, apples and carrots. The bed was very comfortable and lots of food in the fridge. Everyone was super friendly & we thank them for our stay. We will definitely stay again- so peaceful.
- Kirstin (8/5): Very good -
- Peter (10/5): A piece of paradise not far from Canungra - Quiet and peaceful Perhaps better internet access would be better but it didnt affect us

- Kerry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (8/5): Very good - Location and comfort
- Lynette (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was lovely, clean and the owners very friendly 😁 A water jug would be handy as they have lovely rain water but I couldn't find one
- Lacey (10/5): Perfect! - The animals Nothing
- Wilhelmina (10/5): One of the best places we have ever stayed at - Lots of food supplied. Very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Everything in kitchen supplied. Easy access to property. Could not fault anything
- Susan (10/5): Absolute perfection. So comfortable and nicely decorated. We felt at home here. - The property was so perfect, they provided everything you could possibly need, including an assortment of cereals, croissants, bacon & eggs. There was pay TV. Beautiful surrounds. Lovely outdoor area. Air con was nice and cool. We got ready for our wedding there and had wedding photos taken there. They turned out great. We got married at the Canungra Valley Winery, which was so close (only 2 driveways up). The property is nice and flat so super convenient for parking and getting things to and from the cars. The outside area is huge with lovely outdoor seating. We loved our stay here. We had to change the batteries to air con remote to get it to work.
- Tegan (10/5): Wonderful stay in Canungra - Very neat and tidy, well appointed. Fridge stocked with a great variety of breakfast options. Easy drive into town, and a 5 minute walk to neighbouring vineyard. Lovely and quiet to sleep. Loved seeing the friendly horses on the property. Nothing to dislike.
- Holly (10/5): Exceptional - The house was lovely and such a beautiful location and garden area. Horses were so cool and my daughter loved feeding them carrots.
- Ian (9/5): Superb -
- Danny (10/5): Very peaceful and enjoyable, thank you - Wifi is a bit of a challenge, but ok
- Marion (9/5): Romantic getaway well located right next to O'Reilley's Wine Farm and Alpacas. - Loved the location, horses wandering around outside, a beautiful firepit, the fridge was so well stocked. Cottage was super clean and the hosts lovely. Loved it just the way it is.
- Eseta (9/5): Highly recommended for families, couples getaway, friends catch-ups etc - Spacious cottage and beautifully presented. Lots of nice little touches like a gorgeously decorated bedroom, fairy lights along the patio and nicely arranged seating areas. Included everything needed for a comfortable stay and was a calm and very peaceful setting and only a 10 minute drive to nearby shops including IGA, restaurants/cafes and petrol stations. Noticed the cleanliness upon arrival and communication from owners beforehand was timely and accurate. Great vibe overall. First night of firewood was generously provided along with breakfast provisions, far more than we needed which was very sweet. We would love to return here and recommend this place for families or those who just want a change of scene from the city or beach. The view of the stars is amazing from this property. My fault for not reading the description more carefully but this is a working farm and business so you will likely see people and vehicles go by. If you're after an isolated cottage experience, this is not it, but it is still a great getaway nonetheless with loads of space for kids to play, and the people and horses are very friendly. My teenaged children really enjoyed the setting and my husband spent a lot of time on the really spacious patio and firepit.
- Sabita (7/5): Good -
- Suzanne (8/5): Perfect for a little getaway! - Everything except internet connection. Recommend need to upgrade to starlink due to location.
- Suzanne (8/5): Country Escape - Quiet and peaceful location next to the winery, comfortable bed, well stocked fridge with local eggs, bacon, milk and condiments. Shampoo, conditioner and a cake of soap were provided but some shower gel and moisturiser would also be nice.
An air conditioner maintenance issue was inconvenient.
Extra tea bags and coffee sachets or a coffee plunger would be appreciated.

- Alenasaaz (10/5): Farm stay with a pony on site! - Location was nice, next door to the winery & Alpaca Farm, that was a bonus. It is within a convenient drive to O'Reilly's where we fed wild birds. Children had a chance to pat a pony on site and fed him some carrots too. There was only one queen size bed in the bedroom and one pullout bed in the living area. For our second child we used an air mattress that we brought with us.
- Penelope (9/5): Superb -
- Ryan (7/5): Met expectations. - Some of the cereals were out of date, the bacon and eggs were nice. No access to wifi makes it difficult as there is little phone reception/ mobile service available.
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Tony (10/5): A Brilliant stay in Superb Accommodation. - In our opinion this accommodation was top quality. It is a self-contained cottage on the owners land and is located in a beautiful place. The owner sent me a message to get the keys on arrival and the whole stay was very private. The facilities at this accommodation really couldn't be better and it is equivalent to living in your own home. The bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom were all superb and beautifully presented. The owner left lots of supplies in the kitchen which included cereal and milk. The cottage has its own barbeque area and there is a large area of grass in front of the cottage for the owners horses. The accommodation is only a ten minute drive to Canungra and less than an hour to O'Reilly's in the Lamington National Park. Parking is private in front of your accommodation. Nothing
- Wendy (8/5): Relaxing and peaceful - Loved the location (quiet and pretty), comfortable dwelling and beds. Appointed well with everything you needed. Host lovely.

- Margot (10/5): It was a perfect peaceful getaway for our family - Great location and very peaceful. We really enjoyed the pizza oven, fire pit, fresh eggs and breakfast items, the horses, the tank water and the limited Wifi. It was a bonus to be close to O’Reillys Winery, Alpaca farm and Canungra. Our kids would have liked bacon with their eggs for breakfast.

- Steve (8/5): Very good - Well laid out and greatly presented. Awesome location and beautiful scenery. Outdoor area was great to unwind even have a fire. Options of a BBQ or a Pizza Oven. Shower water pressure, and constant cycling water pump not great for a light sleeper.

- Daniel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Brooks (7/5): Good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Nice breakfast. Everything was great.
- Daniel (10/5): 10 out of 10 holiday trip we all enjoyed so much!!! - Canungra Valley Cottage is such a nice family welcoming place with all the home facilities. It was our last minute booking as our original booking was cancelled due to Covid and never expected will turn out perfectly. The fridge was filled with some food which makes you feel like just moved home to home. Feeding horses and collecting eggs every day were kids routine jobs. There are BBQ and pizza oven at the patio, firepit adds another point especially in winter.
The location is also another surprise to us, right next to Alpaca farm where we spent couple hours having picnic after walking and feeding the Alpacas. none
