• Carmela (1/5): Bella la città solo questo - La casa era sporca , il bagno perdeva acqua, maniglia rotta, mancano pentole e accessori per la cucina , le sedie sfondate , pulizia lasciamo perdere , copri materasso non sono stati cambiati tantissima polvere sia negli armadi che sui mobili non vale per niente i soldi spesi ,l’esterno sporco con tende strappate mi sembrava di stare in un alloggio per dire fattelo andar bene si trova tanto meglio a pari prezzo ed anche a prezzo inferiore!!!!! VERGOGNOSO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mai visto tanto sudiciume! Era sporco ed il bagno perde acqua mentre nel bagno più piccolo si entra di traverso

• Sander (7/5): Zeer ruim appartement dichtbij het strand. Maar waar er nog even goed onderhoud moet worden gepleeg - Ruim appartement. Dichtbij het strand. Rustige omgeving. Ruime kamers . Heerlijke airco s . Wasmachine aanwezig. Verder goed geregeld deur met een code en sleutel kastje 2 deurkrukken ontbraken op 2 kamers. Geen warm water in de keuken en kleine douche en geen verlichting. Grote badkamer rook naar urine en douchegordijn zat schimmel op.
• Walter (4/5): Terramolinos stay - Great location close to beach, stores and resturants . Responsive staff provided 2 fans when ACs didn't work 5 Window ACs and one mini split. Only one window ac worked and the mini split. No hot water in the kitchen, or the 2nd bathroom shower. I feel like owners knew prior to rental

CARMEN (5/5): No todo vale para alquilar, debería existir un mínimo de requisitos - La amplitud 3 equipo de aire acondicionado averiados, puerta de cocina sin moldura puerta armario entrada moldura levantada, puerta de baño sin manilla cerradura, con un agujero, el otro baño con un escalón grande
• Petr (7/5): Good - The apartment is really generous, quite well equiped and can comfortably accommodate 6 peopled. Due to the local climate and frequency of use, some parts of the apartment are slightly worn. Situated in a good location close to the beach and marina. I was a little disappointed with the speed of the owners' response to questions about late checkout or storing luggage until the plane leaves later in the evening. There is no luggage storage room in the Benalmadena area and it is quite impractical to carry suitcases to the beach. I wrote three questions if they can give us an advice where we can leave our luggage but the owners only replied on the last day that we could leave the suitcases in the accommodation until 2 pm. Unfortunately, this reply did not arrive until 3:32 pm, which was a bit funny and very latě and I cannot determine if it was a Booking message error or not. Though I sent the owners my private number on WhatsApp several times before, but the owners never contacted me there.

• Wendy (7/5): Enjoyed our stay - Good location. The apartment was large and clean. Bit of TLC needed - Windows and doors hard to open or broken. Small shower leaked. Bedding needs an upgrade.
• Rocketronf (9/5): This apartment was the perfect base for our summer adventures. I would definitely stay here again! - I recently spent a fantastic summer vacation in this apartment, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, as well as various stores and restaurants. We loved being able to stroll to the beach every day and enjoy the beautiful scenery without having to deal with parking hassles. The only downside was the parking situation. While we did manage to find a spot most of the time, it could be a challenge during peak hours. If you’re planning to have a car, I would recommend arriving early or looking into nearby parking options ahead of time.

• David (8/5): Overall, as described & tremendous value for money. - The apartment was large (3 beds), clean & comfortable & very generously equiped. Parking was good (low season on street) & very reasonably priced, A couple of minor difficulties were sorted out very quickly by our host Anthony. The apartment does need a little updating & TLC (painting & decorating etc).
• Sharon (8/5): a lovely Xmas visit would like to give another try in the summer - the property was generous in size, 3 good bedrooms a lovely balcony a lift and we managed to park outside ( a bonus ) well equipped lovely owners a great TV and good WiFi the place was a bit dated, found the mattress to firm for us, shower in main bathroom un usable knob missing from the plunger, water sprayed everywhere from shower head. second bathroom shower much to small shower curtain to short and water flooded everywhere. no good at all for a generous size person. the kitchen was well equipped but no space for prep or dishing up.
