• Carol (8/5): A positive experience. - It was in a good location with car parking. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had some good banter in the bar. It was a little odd having the wash basin in the bedroom instead of in the bathroom. Also no tea or coffee making facilities. Having said that, the hotel is undergoing a major refurb so no doubt these things will be sorted out.
• Ilze (9/5): Excellent choise in Revelstok - The central location; comfy bed and the best breakfest durong the trip. It was quite warm in the room, and it did not cool down during the night. There was an air condotooner, but we did not use it .

• Kiah (8/5): Great central place to stay in Revelstoke. - The location was excellent with parking provided. Our corner room was spacious with sunny afternoon outlook. Unfortunately awoken at midnight by noisy patrons leaving the pub below. No fridge in the room. Ice was provided however.

• Daniel (8/5): Good location, but rooms would require some refurbishment. - Great location and nice, nice restaurant and great pub. Two rooms with connecting doors. Carpets are old and smelly.
• Whitson (5/5): Although we expected more the overall stay was somewhat acceptable. - Location couldn't be better right downtown and walk-able to many great shops and restaurants. It has a great pub with really good bar fare. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Parking was good and access to hotel was a breeze. The hotel is very old and even though it has gone thru renovations the structure appears to be beyond repair. The floor in king room we stayed in was annoyingly unlevel and the bathroom trim appeared dishevelled. Plenty of towels and wash clothes but very budget material.

• Cathy (8/5): Great location, friendly service. - Breakfast was great. Very spacious breakfast area and relaxing space. Gym was the biggest I’ve seen in a hotel. Staff were great and the location could not have been better. Room was noisy, I will know better next time and request a room away from the corner with the cantina. Room was smaller than I was expecting, but it worked for our group.

• James (8/5): Meet my expectations and friendly staff - Friendly staff. Nice room. Good overall value. Breakfast overall was good, but the cooked eggs that were brought out for the buffet soon went cold. Maybe bring out less eggs but more frequent.

• Blossum (8/5): Lovely spot to spend a night while transiting - The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk to explore Revelstoke. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit average, especially for vegetarians.

• Evan (7/5): Historical spot that was good for passing through - Location in central Revy, super fun pub to watch some World Juniors hockey. Unique older hotel with restaurant and pub attached. I'm sure breakfast is normally decent but it was barely had any food. There was a Platte of scrambled eggs, yogurt, granola and toasts. all the other warming plates were empty and not replenished. I think they were pancakes. The pub as mentioned is great but the spill out of drinks smoking, fighting and smashing bottles in the alley below needed to be controlled.

• Laura (6/5): Prima, maar niet geweldig - Leuke locatie in het centrum, vriendelijk personeel, simpel maar prima ontbijt. Zijn hier 1 nacht verbleven tijdens onze doorreis. Geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten zoals hottub. De kamer zelf was prima, maar het was wel erg gehorig. Badkamer was wel wat verouderd.

• Brian (5/5): It was a quick overnight stay to break my journey between Edmonton and Kelowna - It has a comfortable heritage type feel about it Disappointed the restaurant was closed, although I understand this was only for a short period and I was just unlucky. However I think that should have been noted on the booking site, the restaurant was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, having had excellent food here previously. Surprised to find no coffee maker in the room, I think that’s pretty standard these days.
• Harry (8/5): - Very nice older hotel with pub-style bar/restaurant on main floor. Our room was nice and clean. The only negative was absence of a small refrigerator which would have been appreciated since we were on a road trip with some perishable food. Best part was the comp breakfast; one of the best I've ever experience at a smallish hotel like this - they even had perfectly baked (whole wheat) croissants. No fridge in the room.

• JG_M (9/5): We overnighted enroute from Vancouver to Calgary. We will stay at Regent if we make this trip again. - The hotel is lovely and has the best location, with the weekend market right at its doorstep. It is also great that it is within walking distance to all that the city centre has to offer. There are lots of good choices of cafes and restaurants from breakfast to dinner. Revelstoke Mountain Resort is just 7 minutes away. It is also very easy to get in and out of the city from its central location. We happened to stay when there was a huge tour group. It seemed that it was unexpected for the staff and they weren't prepared for the onslaught of such a big group. The non-tour group guests were unable to have their seating at the buffet breakfast within their expected/planned time. A suggestion to the hotel would be to have a smaller buffet setting for non-tour group guests at the bar area, and the tour group can have their setting at the main mess hall/dining area. Other than that, it was a lovely stay overall.

It sloped a lot near the wall, so it might be a problem for someone unsteady on their feet (esp. getting up in the night) . I guess it isn’t surprising for a 100 year old building.

You’re in the Main Street. Super quiet (our room was located far from the pub). Market on Saturday mornings down Main Street. Worth every penny. Would return! Nothing
