The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. • Przemysław (9/5): Bardzo polecamy ten apartament! - Bezproblemowe odebranie kluczy ze skrytki, nam pomógł bardzo miły i pomocny pan z biura. Apartament był na drugim piętrze w klimatycznej i ładnej kamienicy, pan który robił drobne naprawy na korytarzu pomógł wnieść nam walizki, to było bardzo miłe. Przed budynkiem jest płatny parking- w weekendy bezpłatny, nasz samochód przec cały czas był tam bezpieczny. Kilka kroków do sklepu Billa i przystanku autobusowego, który dowiezie do centrum, ale jeśli lubicie chodzić pieszo to z apartamentu do najważniejszych zabytków dojdziecie bez problemu :) Blisko do placów zabaw. Sam apartament bardzo duży, czysty i jest w nim wszystko! Ręczniki, kawa, herbata, mikrofalówka, toster itp. Można przygotować każdy posiłek. Wielki plus za przyciemniane zasłony! Łóżka bardzo wygodne, przy każdym lampka. Są kaloryfery podłączane do prądu i wiatrak na upalne dni. Są pojemne szafy na ubrania. Jest tam naprawdę wszystko, aby czuć się komfortowo. Dostępny jest rownież odkurzacz bezprzewodowy, wiec można codziennie dbać o porządek. Bardzo polecamy to miejsca, przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu na pewno ponownie zarezerwujemy to miejsce. Dziękujemy. W apartamencie było bardzo czysto, ale w łazience na podłodze oraz na półeczce pod prysznicem były włosy. Super, że apartament oferuje mydło pod prysznic, ale byłoby lepiej, gdybyście zostawiali je w zamkniętym opakowaniu. Aby komfort w apartamencie był jeszcze większy potrzebne jest miejsce, gdzie można odkładać mokre naczynia. Słuchawka prysznicowa wymaga lekkiej naprawy/wymiany. Poduszki są już trochę stare, na nowych spałoby się dużo wygodniej. Te wszystkie rzeczy są tylko małymi minusami, które w naszej ocenie nie wpływają negatywnie na całokształt. Nasz pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie.

Viskas buvo puiku, rytais buvo galima išgerti arbatos. Pietaudavom ir vakarieniaudavom mieste.
• Michela (7/5): - L'appartamento si trova in un edificio molto datato che necessiterebbe di manutenzione ,sia alla struttura che al giardino che non è per niente ospitale. Nelle scale a chiocciola non c'è illuminazione . L'appartamento invece ,seppur molto semplice e ristrutturato a nuovo con pareti di cartongesso ,si presenta molto luminoso ,fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (prodotti per il bagno, tè e capsule caffè, utensili da cucina, ecc) e con oggetti anche "extra" che potrebbero venire utili (ombrellino, calzascarpe, peluche, ecc). Check-in e check-out self service molto semplici. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di entrare in casa anche prima dell'orario consentito senza costi aggiuntivi. Sotto casa la fermata del bus ,un alimentari e un bar. Metropolitana a 800 metri

• Aurelie.f (10/5): Super appartement à Vienne pour les familles ! - L'appartement est spacieux et les équipements modernes, facile d'accès depuis la gare centrale de Vienne en tram, la proximité immédiate du bus et du supermarché sont les gros points forts ! Le centre est à 15min en bus. L'immeuble est ancien dans un environnement d'artistes, très propre et aéré, même pendant les fortes chaleurs il fait bon. L'équipe est vraiment super, ils sont toujours très réactifs dans les échanges, c'est très appréciable ! Le check in et out sont très facile et simple (keybox). La salle de douche est assez petite et les toilettes non séparés.

• Denis (9/5): Great studio as home camp to visit the city - Great studio well located to visit the fantastic city of Wien. The bus to the city center is just around the corner and brings you to the center in 15 minutes. The studio is well displayed with comfy beds. There’s also a public protected parking not too far if you’re coming by car. Also little supermarket just next to the house that is very convenient

There are stores which works on Sunday and after 8pm around. It was too hot in the apartment (no ventilator or AC) and the coffee machine was malfunctioning.

• Alberta (8/5): Good choice - The apartment was clean and comfortable, and you can take a bus right on the corner. The tram and metro are also close. The independent check-in is a plus and I appreciate the comfy check-out time. It's a residence where some pianists study during the day, so it's nice to hear music in the other rooms and I didn't find it noisy otherwise. I will consider coming back. The check-in might be late for some people. There are no blinds and the curtains are very thin, so I was woken up by light at sunrise every day. Not ideal if you wish to rest more time.
