Jose (7/5): Super basic room but great wi-fi . - The parking lot was OK once it was explained by front desk. The keys took a while to be given as some unit have door codes and other have keys. The front door lock needs to be repaired as it seem not properly closed at some points. The couch needs to be replaced for a more comfortable one.

Leonardo (2/5): The room was uncomfortable, outdated, lacked basic amenities like water and adequate outlets. - I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, so I can't give an opinion. The room's curtains are not blackout, and the acoustics allow external noise, compromising comfort. The furniture is outdated, and the power outlets do not follow the Brazilian standard. Additionally, there are no outlets near the bed, making it difficult to charge a phone. Without an adapter, it’s impossible to charge any device. The bed is too soft, and the pillow is of very poor quality. Furthermore, the room doesn’t even provide water, which is a basic service. Due to the poor experience, I decided to check out a day early and move to another hotel. Considering the lack of comfort and services, the price of over R$ 600.00 per day is extremely high and not justified.
