• Francesco (9/5): Excellent option in a great area - Excellent location. Very nice apartment. Staff super efficient and accommodating. One of the bathrooms has poor ventilation and can smell a bit. Not a big deal

• Igor (9/5): Well equiped, spaceous house in a perfect location close to, but not in the Athen's tourist centre. - Spaceous, well equiped house/appartment in a great location in a generally non-tourist district, but 10 min walk to Philopappou Hill, 20 min to Acropolis, 5 min to Metro, 1 min from a square with great restaurants with prices for locals. Can recommend even for longer stay. Only minor details, which were either quickly solved or, where not possible, were openly recieved as input for future improvements. Suboptimal outside noise isolation, but that seems to be an issue of Greek houses in general. On the other hand, it's in a quiet district, so it wasn't a big issue.

• Mallori (7/5): Great stay for old town. - Was spacious and walking distance to the Acropolis. Quite a few restaurants within walking distance. Beds were comfortable. One toilet was leaking at the bottom onto the floor. Someone came and put some caulk around it and it did not stop leaking. Hopefully they fixed it when we checked out.

• Qiang (10/5): Great! Will book again when we come back next time. - The owner was very kind to let us check in earlier. The house is much better than in the picture. The location is great, close to our major attractions and also close to public transport. The beds are comfortable and there are air conditioners in both rooms and also in the living room. Two bathrooms, washing facilities (both washing machine and dryer), even shopping trolley, all just made our trip so much better. The owner responded to our questions very quickly each time. Thank you so much. We really enjoyed our stay at your house. Very good value for money. Highly recommend it to anyone.

• Alachkarani (10/5): Charming house in Athens - The place is a charming and comfortable single house, with a lovely terrace. The neighbourhood is quite central and lively, especially at night. The host was exceptionally flexible in the check-in and checkout times. Great value per price. Highly recommended!

The only problem was the broken toilet cistern which leaked water when flushed. We didn't have any hot water. I realise that we may have needed to turn the hot water on but we did not know how to do that.
