• Marek (10/5): - Jestem bardzo zadowolony. Idealna lokalizacja, która pozwala dostać się wszędzie na piechotę. W mieszkaniu było bardzo czysto, do dyspozycji kawa i herbata. Gdy będę jeszcze raz w Alicante, na pewno skorzystam z tego mieszkania. W nocy słychać odgłosy z ulicy, ale wszystko rekompensuje lokalizacja.

• Karen (10/5): Fabulous stay in the heart of the city - Location was fabulous. Right in the centre surrounded by bars and restaurants and only a short stroll to the beach. The apartment itself was cosy and well-equipped. There was nothing to dislike

• Kállai (10/5): - Az apartman elhelyezkedése kiváló, a városközpontban található. A repülőtérről a C6-os busszal lehet bemenni a városba és a Puerta del Mar megállóban kell leszállni. Onnan 5 perc séta a szállás. Teljes felszereltséggel rendelkezik, családnak, négy főnek kiváló.15 órától lehetett átvenni a kulcsot, a korai érkezés nem volt lehetséges. A tulajjal nem találkoztunk, de ez nem volt zavaró, minden teljesen érthető volt az egy héttel az érkezés előtt kapott ismertetőből. Az utcában éttermek találhatók, amik délutántól kipakolnak az utcára is, de a zajuk nem volt nagyon zavaró. A korai érkezés lehetőségét a Booking visszaigazolta, de a tulaj nem. Helyette egy közeli csomagmegőrzőt ajánlott, ami 9 eurót kért.
• Magdalena (10/5): Dobra lokalizacja, czysto i klimatycznie - Pięknie, klimatycznie i przytulnie. Bardzo urokliwe balkony. Dużym udogodnieniem był grzejnik i klimatyzacja, dzięki którym mogliśmy się ogrzać w chłodne noce w marcu. Szybki kontakt z właścicielem! Jest głośno, ale po intensywnym dniu zwiedzania nie przeszkadzało nam to w zaśnięciu. Restauracje pod zakwaterowaniem zamykają się ok. północy, więc jest trochę spokojniej.

Wszystkie główne atrakcje, restauracje i udogodnienia znajdują się w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru, co sprawiło, że zwiedzanie miasta było niezwykle łatwe i przyjemne. Apartament był idealnie przygotowany na nasz przyjazd, co od razu wzbudziło zaufanie i sprawiło, że czuliśmy się jak w domu. Gorąco polecamy ten apartament każdemu, kto szuka idealnego połączenia komfortu i wygody.

• jens (9/5): Dejlig lejlighed med en super beliggenhed, som fuldt ud lever op til det lovede. - Fremragende beliggenhed, hvis man vil være lige hvor det sker og tæt på alt fra strand og havn til udsøgte spisesteder. Lidt støj indtil midnat men ikke gererende, hvis man lukker af. Rengøringsmaskinerne på gaden kl. 05:00.
• Giuseppe (6/5): Bello centrale confortevole ma con dei difetti da valutare - La casa ha tutti i confort necessari ed è ben tenuta. La posizione è centralissima per tutte le attrazioni ed è in pieno centro. Si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo antico. Non abbiamo cucinato poichè abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori ma disponeva di tutte le comodità. Di negativo c'è che la seconda camera da letto è senza finestra e questo non viene fatto presente nella descrizione dell'appartamento, cosa poco corretta da parte dell'host. Il bagno richiede manutenzione per gli scarichi, lo scarico del bagno è troppo lento e con poca acqua, per questo abbiamo dovuto riempire secchi d'acqua per effettuare degli scarichi e ripulire il wc. Anche scarico di lavandino e doccia sono ostruiti e l'acqua si accumula e rende poco igienico il tutto. E' giusto far presente che a causa della sua posizione centrale ed in una zona pedonale la sera ci sono tanti rumori per i tanti locali e la tanta gente per strada, pur rimanendo con finestre chiuse si sente di tutto e non si riesce a dormire la notte. Addirittura di sabato fino alle 4,30 del mattino un casino continuo i giorni successivi è andata meglio.

• Rebecca (10/5): Fabulous stay in Alicante! - The property was spacious, very well-equipped for our long weekend (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, air con, kitchen supplies, coffee, tea, iron, etc), clean and the beds were very comfortable.

• Maryna (6/5): Вцілому непогано, але не на довгий період часу. На 5 осіб квартира замала - Відносно недалеко від пляжу. Відсутність рушника для ніг. На пʼятьох людей лише 1 рушник😞 Можна було б покласти два комплекти рушників, оскільки ми були 11 ночей, то за думкою власника ми мали користуватися одним і тим же рушником 11 днів, що не є гігієнічним. Звісно була пральна машинка, але рушники за ніч не сохли і ти мав користуватися маленьким рушничком для обличчя. Варто було б обновити посуд. Сковорідка подряпана, чашки та деякі з тарілок надбиті. Грибок у ванній кімнаті і погано набирається вода в унітаз. Треба було чекати. Слабке освітлення в кімнатах.

• Anja (8/5): Very good - Beautiful apartment, just like in the pictures. Big shower. Everything in walking distance. Communication was easy. Check in not as easy as it could have been (no keys in the key safe half an hour after check in time). You have to be aware that the apartment is directly above many restaurants, on a saturday it can be very loud till 3am.

It was nice being in the middle of a bustling town. Some street noise during the night but that can be expected given that the location was really central.

Fantastic air con and coffee machine Street noise especially in the large bedroom, but given the central location it is expected .

Apartment is spacious and comfortable; air-conditioning works well; and a good shower. Three floors up, some steps but kept the street noise to an acceptable level. We kept a balance between the ceiling fans and the air-conditioning so we could close the windows later at night for quiet. Overall a great stay. Nothing.

• Jaxon (9/5): This property over - The location was fantastic. A very clean property with everything you needed for a self catering holiday. One single bed needs a mattress replacement.
• Anne (8/5): Great Location - Location was great, in the old town. within easy walk of restaurants, bars, beach and other locations. The instruction to gain access were very good with photos of the doors which I found very helpful. Nothing really. You need to be prepared for two flights of stairs. There is mention of street noise but due to the location we expected it and didn't find it a problem, it's mainly restaurant noise with the occasional guitar or accordion, it added to the atmosphere. Also the smaller bedroom has no windows to outside, but it was quieter.
