• Barnstable (8/5): Excellent location and good place to stay. - The continual messages and advice from the hosts were excellent. The directions for parking was easy to follow and the parking was without problem. Ten to fifteen minutes to get to the apartment. It was clean but finding a live cockroach on the cooker hob was not quite expected. The hosts were very apologetic and it didn't cause us any issues. The shower was AMAZING. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were fine. The strobe light effect of the fridge when you opened it. There was a damp smell and however hard we tried, the shower leaked out into the main bathroom which was a bit of a pain.

• Luiyexi (7/5): Regular. - Me gustó la ubicación y que tenía utensilios en la cocina(esto fue útil) y parking que quedaba un poco alejado pero serán unos 6min caminando. Los colchones eran súper duros, parecía que dormías sobre una tabla y ni hablar del sofá cama. Y luego las horas de entrada y salida eran poco flexibles. Entras 15:00 y sales 10:55, no te da tiempo ni a descansar.

• Jan (8/5): Fijn verblijf in hartje Sevilla - Het appartement op de begane grond is een prima locatie voor 2 personen. Heel fijn dat het in het centrum ligt. Je stapt het appartement uit en staat meteen in het stadsleven: bars, restaurants en winkels direct binnen handbereik. Alleen het afzetten van je bagage, en weer inladen is heel lastig in de smalle straatjes. De begane grond heeft veel geluidsoverlast van het appartement op de eerste verdieping. Vrijgellenfeestgangers zijn verboden. Maar een gezin met drie onopgevoede kinderen die de boel tot na middernacht afbreken is blijkbaar wel toegestaan. Hoewel hier natuurlijk ook de ouders een rol in spelen. Douche was een natte zooi. Onvoldoende afwatering en onvoldoende ventilatie. Navigeren naar het juiste adres is heel lastig in de smalle 1-richtingverkeer straatjes. Google maps heeft hier heel veel moeite mee.

• tina (6/5): Stinky, noisy, but well located - Nice aland spacious apartment in a good location, close to restaurants, flamenco shows and right across the road from a Carrefour shop. Free parking was a great bonus. Nice kitchen, plus a communal washing machine if you need to do any laundry. Unfortunately, it was almost impossible to sleep. Our apartment on the ground floor was *extremely* noisy with cars and people outside, construction right next door, and the windows don't seem to be double glazed, so it's not soundproof at all. Plus, the people above dragging chairs and tables made it even harder. Another issue was the constant disgusting smell of drainage or stagnant water in the bathroom.

• Ana (6/5): Muy buena ubicación pero muchas carencias. - La ubicación es perfecta. Pone que tiene parking gratuito, pero está a 20 minutos andando del alojamiento. Una opción poco viable si vienes con maletas. El apartamento presentaba un aspecto poco higiénico. Las toallas no estaban del todo limpias y había una cantidad llamativa de mosquitos por todas partes. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Pusimos la función de aire caliente por el frío que hacía y no conseguimos calentar la habitación en toda la noche.
• Raquel (8/5): Buena experiencia - Estaba súper bien ubicado, bien decorado y bonito. La cama era cómoda y tenía de todo. Muy fácil acceso y limpio. Repetiríamos 100%. La calefacción funcionaba del todo bien, hacia frio en uno de los apartamentos. Las almohadas bastante incómodas. Pero en general todo estaba bastante bien.
• Marta (2/5): Ruido horrible - Pone que las habitaciones están insonorizadas pero no es cierto. Nuestra habitación era un bajo que daba directamente a una calle muy transitada y era imposible descansar. Además no era solo la calle, se oía todo lo que hacían los vecinos de arriba, mucho más que en un piso normal. También había un ruido horrible de cañerías, que nos hace pensar que el desagüe del edificio no funciona bien. No pudimos dormir bien ningún día de los que nos alojamos ahí. Me da pena dar una puntuación tan mala porque el piso está bien ubicado y es bonito pero el problema del ruido es tan grande que solo por eso recomendaría a cualquiera que no elijan este apartamento.

• Wiebke (3/5): Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal übernachten. - Die Nähe zur Innenstadt war super! Es war sehr laut - von oben und von der Straße. Da das Appartement im EG lag, hat man auf der Straße gewohnt. Die Rolläden mussten hinuntergelassen werden, weil sonst jeder hätte reinschauen können. Außerdem war es sehr fußkalt. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war anstrengend.

El aire acondicionado no calienta bien y el agua caliente dura poco, difícil ducharse dos personas seguidas con agua caliente. Cogimos el apartamento porque tenía parking gratuito, y consultamos y nunca nos dijeron ni nos ofrecieron la plaza.

• Sara (6/5): Recomendable si vas de fiesta - Estaba limpio, moderno, amplio, electrodomésticos nuevos Es tan céntrico que es imposible descansar. No pudimos dormir ningún día por el ruido de coches y gente. Durante el fin de semana pasa durante toda la madrugada grupos de gente borrachos o de fiesta y no pegamos ojo. Recomiendo el alojamiento si ese es tu plan, si vas a hacer turismo normal, no. Además no tuvimos Wifi y por tanto tampoco TV porque no tenia antena, iba con Internet y no tuvimos. Lo comunique y me dijeron que lo arreglarían pero no fue así. Otra recomendación es que tiene aire acondicionado pero no calefacción y fuimos en diciembre y hemos pasado mucho frio dentro de la habitación…

• Raquel (9/5): Un bajo acogedor y bien situado - Queríamos probar que tal sería dormir en una planta baja y la experiencia ha sido buena. Si que hay ruido, pero supongo que parecido a un primer piso. El alojamiento está muy bien distribuido y la ubicación es perfecta. El ruido, pero como digo ya contábamos con eso. Hay pequeños detalles que bajan la calidad, como los visillos, la mesa de debajo de la TV, la escoba colgada a la vista, se echa de menos una repisa en el baño para posar el neceser..

• Paolo Gino (10/5): Appartamento top in centro - Locale vicino al centro, bellino e c'era tutto quello che serviva e anche tutto nuovo a vedere così. Semplice per la prenotazione e anche l'informazione per il parcheggio tutto chiarissimo. Assai rumorosa, più che altro xche facevano dei lavoro proprio accanto a l'appartamento ( betoniere, ruspe ecc ).

• Sylvaine (3/5): A fuir si vous voulez vous récupérez avec une bonne nuit après visite active de la ville - Le bruit ! Tout pourrait paraître parfait, mais impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit. Extrêmement bruyant. Ayant l’habitude d’arpenter les grandes villes européennes, c’est la première fois que nous tombons sur un logement aussi mal insonorisé.

• Paul (3/5): Location, and not much else. - The location of this property is good for seeing the essential sites of Seville. The advertisement is misleading. No one met us upon arrival and it is one of the most difficult places to park in the whole city. 20 euro a night nearby. The host answered a day later saying they asked if I needed parking but received no response. Of all the emails they peppered me with about registration, I found no such ask. The suite is street level, excessively noisy and you have to keep the shutters drawn unless you want an international parade of people checking out what your doing in your bedroom. Add the major construction in the morning right outside the door, the gurgling sink anytime someone in the building flushed their toilet, and the 2 inch cockroach reclining by one of our bags, and you'll wish you'd looked for something else.

Veel geluidsoverlast van buiten, het appartement is vrijwel niet geisoleerd en de voordeur sluit niet goed af. Voordeur miste ook een klink aan de binnenkant. Parkeren moet in een parkeergarage op 15 min lopen. Zou met QR code in en uit moeten kunnen, maar dit werkt niet.

La limpieza es perfecta y en el apartamento tienes lo necesario para unos dias. El sofá cama, es muy cómodo para dormir, aún siendo un adulto Debido a la ubicación, hay mucho ruido, pero no tiene culpa el apartamento. Todo perfecto

• Patricia (8/5): Bel emplacement, très pratique mériterait quelques amenagement pour le bruit . - L emplacement est vraiment top. A côté et accessible à pied de tout ce qu il y a à voir. Tou était parfait. L appartement est très propre., le parking gratuit et accessible avec un QRcode sur le téléphone est vraiment très pratique! Le seul bémol, le bruit : l appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée d une rue très passante et la porte d entrée mériterait d être changée car au niveau de la serrure il y a un trou et la porte n est pas au niveau du sol ce qui laisse passer le bruit. La machine a laver est au niveau des parties commune et la vidange se fait et s entend dans l appartement... pas terrible.

• Zeliha Hande (6/5): - Adeta çarşının ortasında kaldık. Sevilla'da her yere yürüyerek rahatlıkla ulaşabildik. Konum harika. Kahve ve salata sosu ikramları güzel. Tanıtımda odanın zemin katta olduğu yazıyor ama yeterli değil. Kaldığımız yer bir evden değil sanki bir dükkandan odaya çevrilmişti. Sokaktan içeri girmek için bir eşik bile yok. Kaldırımdan yürüyüp dümdüz içeri girebiliyorsun. Tabii, içeri girmek bu kadar kolay olunca ne yazık ki hamam böcekleri de girebiliyor... Uyumadan önce Bir tanesini öldürebilmek için eşyaları yerinden çekmek gerekti.. Odada böcek oldugunu söyleyince "ilaçliyoruz ama olabiliyor" cevabını aldık. Yattığın zaman sokaktan geçen arabalarla aynı hizada yattığını hissediyorsun. Neyse ki dar bir sokak ve gece pek trafik yok ama sabah erkenden arabalar geçmeye başlıyor. Ses çok geliyor. Tuvalet ve banyo binanın ortasındaki avluya bakıyor. Sabah saatlerinde o Avluda yüksek sesle konuşan insanlar olabiliyor. Sokak sesi bir taraftan avludaki komşular diğer taraftan oldukça stereo bir gürültü çıkartabiliyorlar. TV kumandası odada değildi. Sorduğumuz zaman önce daha iyi bakmamız söylendi ama sonra hatalarını kabul edip özür dilediler ve ertesi gün kumandayı odaya getirebileceklerini söylediler. Biz istemedik onlar da getirmediler.
• Bruna Micaela (5/5): - L’emplacement est central, ce qui permet d’accéder facilement aux attractions et restaurants de la ville. Le parking gratuit en sous-sol est un vrai plus, et même si le code d’accès a dysfonctionné à la fin du séjour, nous avons pu trouver une solution rapidement en parlant aux techniciens. Nous avons trouvé un énorme cafard dans la chambre, ce qui nous a obligées à passer plus d’une heure à essayer de l’attraper et le tuer. Cela laisse sérieusement à désirer sur la propreté, même si en surface cela paraît propre. Étant au rez-de-chaussée, il n’y avait aucune intimité si nous ouvrions les fenêtres, car tout le monde pouvait nous voir. Le bruit était constant, de jour comme de nuit, rendant le repos difficile. Enfin, le parking, bien que gratuit, se trouve à environ 10 à 15 minutes à pied, ce qui est pénible avec de grosses valises.
