• Smith (8/5): good for the price - the place is in a good location easy to get to and has decent transport links a short walk away. the bed is a fold out couch not a bed and was quite uncomfortable, when we arrived the apartment smelled of smoke and took almost 2 days before the smell was gone.
• Shalini (5/5): I would choose someplace else - Location was okay. It was not so good. We didn’t have blankets except one like very thin bedsheet. It was cold. Everything like furniture was not maintained and falling apart by itself.bathroom was also not that great.
• Rosario (1/5): - Nulla Mai più un ' esperienza così. Premesso che trovare una stanza a Roma in questo periodo è molto difficile. Decidiamo a mali estremi di effettuare la prenotazione. Raggiungiamo la via dove è ubicata la camera rispettando la fascia oraria concordata per il check-in ma non troviamo ne una indicazione né una targa, così decidiamo di citofonare a qualcuno del palazzo che possa farci pensare che li c'è un B&B. Suoniamo al citofono della palazzina e per puro caso , dopo mezz'ora ci risponde una signora del palazzo che ci indica il nome al quale citofonare, aprono... premesso che la proprietà risponde solo via mail, il telefono è irraggiungibile. Ci fa l'incontro una ragazza che si presenta come Marta. Al check-in non ci vengono richiesti i documenti. Entrando ci rendiamo subito conto che la casa è evidentemente abitata, la stanza che ci viene proposta ( l'unica fruibile)( poi un'altra chiusa). Ci accoglie con un cane a seguito, ci mostra l'appartamento, raccoglie un po' sacchi con dentro effetti personali e dopo lo scambio di poche parole ci lascia le chiavi e se ne va. Ci guardiamo attoniti. Non abbiamo il tempo per cercare un'altra sistemazione possibile, in quanto palese l'incuria e la scarsità di igiene. Una casa evidentemente abitata, probabilmente liberata per l'occasione, un divano letto sporco ed impolverato , il materasso sottile e scomodo, le lenzuola, il copriletto e le coperte sono probabilmente non cambiate e di fortuna e di dubbia igiene. Per terra peli di cane. Il mobilio è trascurato. Per non parlare del bagno, una porta a libro scardinata, correndo il rischio di trovarcela addosso , i servizi igienici rotti ed incrostati. Una vasca da bagno con doccia con il fondo sfondato e pieno di muffa. L'igiene della cucina lascia a molto desiderare, nel frigo bevande già aperte. Dietro la lavatrice una raccolta differenziata di detersivi e quant'altro, il tutto accanto alla lavastoviglie.
• László (7/5): Jól felszerelt lakás egy tömbházban. - Lakás teljes felszereléssel, zuhanykabin kényelmi funkciókkal. Buszmegálló, kisebb boltok néhány száz méterre. Az előzetes időpont egyeztetés ellenére sem lett kész a szoba, mire megérkeztünk, fél órát kellett várni, mire elfoglalhattuk.

• Malgorzata (4/5): Nie wiem jakim sposobem obiekt ten ma tak wysoka ocenę. - Mieszkanie znajduje się w spokojnym miejscu, nie słychać ciągłego ruchu ulicznego. W pobliżu są przystanki autobusowe, z których dojedziemy do stacji metra, którym można dojechać szybko do centrum. W mieszkaniu są dostępne różne kosmetyki - pozostałości po poprzednich gościach, był papier toaletowy - jedna rolka. W pokoju był wiatrak stojący. Kuchnia wyposażona dobrze, ale wiele rzeczy wymaga szorowania przed użyciem. My korzystaliśmy tylko z czajnika. Dogodne zameldowanie - po poinformowaniu, że już jesteśmy przed furtką przyszła do nas osoba i przekazała klucze. Dobrze działało Wi-Fi. Mieszkanie ma swój potencjał, ale niestety wymaga, aby o nie zadbać - porządnie wyszorować, ponaprawiać wady i odgracić. Wanna jest okropna, dno jej wyłożone jest czarnymi plastikami, które śmierdzą i gromadzą cały bród. Woda praktycznie z wanny nie ścieka, więc trzeba stopami brodzić w tym brudzie. Poinformowałam o tym gospodarza, ale z jego strony nie było żadnej reakcji. Drzwi do łazienki w dalszym ciągu są zepsute - piszę, że w dalszym ciągu, bo poprzednie komentarze też taką informację zawierały. Kuchnia zagracona po sufit, w szafce latają mole. Ręcznik kuchenny i gąbki do naczyń są brudne. Mam wrażenie, że pościel nie była przebrana (może się mylę - ale plamy i zapach na to wskazywały). Poduszki śmierdziały - potwornie przepocone - nie dało się na nich spać. Używałam swojego swetra pod głową. O brudnej pościeli również poinformowałam właściciela - bez reakcji. I jeszcze jedno. Nie dajcie się nabrać na darmowe śniadanie Genius od Booking. Dla 2 osób na 3 śniadania przygotowane były DWIE babeczki :))) Nie wiem jakim sposobem obiekt ten zdobył tak wysoka ocenę - może w Rzymie po prostu tak jest...? :((

• Dimitar (8/5): It’s ok for the price but will be good to put a air conditioner because it’s very hot in Rome on summer days. - It have everything you need to stay more than of couple of days. It was clean enough and very calm around. They don’t have a air conditioning and this is a problem for hottest days like july and august days. The second thing i don’t like is the bed, it’s a sofa bed and very uncomfortable.

• Klaudija (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great, we had a kitchen, room and bathroom all for ourselves. The owner left us coffee and cookies. The cleaning lady welcomed us into the apartment and she was so lovely and nice. There is also a bus stop near the apartment that takes you directly to the center. The only problem was there is no heating, but everything else was great

• Prarthana (8/5): Super friendly Host - The place was clean and the host is very friendly. She provided us with a air cooler, some fruits and a kitchen with all supplies to use. The bathroom had a nice system which plays music while taking a shower. The place is super clean. The location is abit far from the centre. The bed was small for my bf.
