• Sergiu (10/5): - Localização, parque para carro na propriedade, comodidades, limpeza ao alto nível, cozinha bem equipada ( máquina de lavar loiça, grelhadores, forno...) O ar condicionado só funciona de acordo com um horário pre-configurado de manhã e a tarde.
• Anand Ashok kumar (8/5): - The appartment was comfortable, has all the needs for a short stay. Private parking is also good and also the small garden in the backyard. I reached out to the owner on how to switch on AC for two days but didnt get a response. Please note that for the backyard there is no path from the appartment, and it it from the outside only but it didnt feel like a big hassle.

• Thierry Olivier (10/5): A refaire - Situé au centre du petit village de Roche, l'appartement est idéal pour rayonner dans la région, préalpes, lac Léman et France sont accessibles facilement. Très propre et confortable, il est même pourvu de deux télévisions. La voiture trouve refuge sous un couvert derrière la maison et une fenêtre permet de passer les bagages directement du coffre à l'appartement, idéal. Notre logeuse nous a indiqué tous les éléments utiles, elle nous a dépannés très rapidement et aimablement lorsque nous avons eu un petit souci.

• luis (10/5): Apartamento estupendo si buscas tranquilidad y buena comunicación por carretera. - Todo me gusto. Apartamento correcto para 4 miembros. Ubicación alejada del centro de Motreux, pero es lo que queriamos, ya que nuestro proposito era hacer rutas por los alrededores. Tiene un pequeño jardin, no lo usamos por falta de tiempo. Tiene un cobertizo para aparcar el coche, perfecto para descargar las maletas y aparcar cada dia. Todo muy bien, todo me gusto.
• Kiran (8/5): Lovely stay - There was a parking space, good strong shower, no problems with heating and the location worked well for us in terms of our plans. Communication from the host was very prompt and the key safe made check in and check out easy. The bed was very soft which can be a positive or negative but for us it was too soft. I know it's not listed on the facilities but having access to an iron would have been handy. The coffee pods weren't compatible for the coffee machine so I don't know if that was an oversight

• Clapis (9/5): - Posto top! Casa grande ed accogliente, stile moderno con sala luminosa con ampia cucina abitabile, camera spaziosa e bagno funzionale. Addirittura fornita da un di un posto auto personale.Posizione comoda per andare a Losanna e Montreaux. A nostro parere si poteva curare un pochino di più la pulizia, comunque sufficiente: migliorato questo e’ un posto da 10!!

• F. (9/5): Appartement is ruim en ligt op een goede lokatie. - Voor ons was het een prima locatie. Er was niet genoeg uitrusting mbt keuken gerei.
• Brigitte (9/5): - Bel appartement. Confortable et tranquille. Avons apprécié le stationnement privé sous le porche. Bon contact avec la proprio qui répond rapidement. Avons eu accès à la laveuse ; un plus pour nous randonneuses. Appartement bien situé près des belles pistes de rando.
• christophe (9/5): Un point de chute confortable et idéalement placé pour explorer la montagne d’un côté et le magnifique lac Leman de l’au - Appartement très cosy, pratique, confortable et à la propreté irréprochable. Vraiment parfait pour un séjour pour quatre personnes (nous étions 2, du coup très spacieux). Pratique le parking sous la terrasse. Et chouette attention avec 2 petits pots de confiture pour notre arrivée 😊 Il manque juste un peu de matériel de cuisine comme un petit couteau par exemple, mais c’est un tout petit détail.

• nathalie (9/5): - Le mobilier , decoration sont trés jolis , La chambre est trés grande. Avoir un lave linge est trés appreciable. Le village est trés tranquille . Le parking devant la maison est vraiment bien Qu il n y ait rien pour laver le sol. Il y avait un aspirateur mais on a dû le nettoyer completement pour pouvoir s en servir.
• Jonathan (9/5): Wonderful apartment! - Great location, lovely apartment, really comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family for the week. It was lovely having outside space to eat and relax in, it’s a very quiet area with lovely views. Air conditioning is just in the bedroom so it got a little stuffy sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge but we were there during a heat wave so I don’t think it would usually be that hot!

Perfekt für den Urlaub zu zweit. - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man kann sich gut selbst versorgen, aufgrund der Küche. Es ist nicht weit weg von Montreux und eine Bahnstation ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lampe über dem Bett hängt zu tief und es sammelt sich sehr viel Staub. Das Bett steht direkt im Luftzug der Klimaanlage und die Matratze ist etwas durchgelegen.

• Simon (9/5): Great location, friendly owner, a lovely little apartment - we would stay again. - Great location, perfect for hiking in the area and visiting Lake Geneva/ Lac Leman. We walked a few times from the property, which is always a bonus as it saves having to drive/park/faff. Property had a really good shower. Friendly owner, met us to show us around and hand over keys. Parking under a car-port for one vehicle, meant the car was always in the shade. Reasonable size property, with a fairly well kitted kitchen and dining area. Has a washing machine and clothes hanger for drying clothes outside in the sun (tumble dryer as well, if required). Aircon was being fitted, but didn't work while we were there, so it was a bit stuffy at night, making it a bit hard to sleep (to be fair, I don't think it is normally 35degC every day in June - it was crazy hot in Switzerland all week!). WiFi was a bit slow at times, but still usable.

• Rohan (10/5): Fabulous stay close to Montreux - Very clean, well equipped and cosy. Loved our stay here. The host Michele was very warm and easy to deal with. Very close to the bus stop, train station and grocery store. Would highly recommend this stay. Unfortunately they do not give Guest Cards unlike some other properties. This is possibly since it is more of an Airbnb than a hotel, so factor local transport expenses into your costs.

Big comfy bed, huge fridge, clean bathroom and very good covered parking just next to a window through which we unloaded our luggage 😁 Really enjoyed small lovely details such as apricot jam and the whole our stay here. Special thanks for checkout time at 11. We don’t like early checkouts Absolutely nothing

• Joanna (10/5): Little Swiss gem. - A beautiful apartment, well equipped with little extras such as games, charging adapters and a beautiful little garden we could use including, picnic table and a comfy chair 😊 Nice to park our car under the terrace easy loading and unloading the car, safe and secure. Our host checked in on us and made us feel very welcome as did some of the local people who took the time to talk to us during our stay. Nothing really it was ideal for us as a family staying for a couple of weeks.

• Andonis (9/5): very good - Location is fantastic, the house is really good, free car parking, free wifi, shops nearby, several outdoor activites relatevely nearby that could be visited without a car with proper planning. Host's/ house manager's language barrier, i am not fluent in German or French, English is the only foreign language i am good at. No in person contact.All done via written messages, if someone showed up to welcome us that would add a few more points.
