- Kjell Magne (10/5): Anbefales og godt vertskap! - Det var rent og en flott familieleilighet. Betjeningen var tilgjengelig for spørsmål og responderte raskt på alle henvendelser. Beliggenheten rett ved metroen er et kjempepluss. Nært til matbutikk er også en kjempefordel. Leiligheten har gode senger og to flotte bad og vil absolutt anbefale å booke overnatting her. Det som jeg også synes er en kjempefordel er at du laster ned en app og for all informasjon og tilgang til leiligheten via den, funket utmerket.

- Rafa (7/5): - Nos toco esperar en la calle mas de dos horas, hasta q binieron a abrirnos por in fallo de la apertura intelegente. Y perfimos toda la tarde del viernes, y nos toco cambiar los planes..... No nos han conpensado por ese fallo!

Lo malo es el sistema de apertura electrónica de puertas que tiene la vivienda de la empresa "mithouse" tarde casi una hora en conseguir entrar. A veces abre y a veces no. De hecho una familia que estaba en otra vivienda del mismo bloque tuvieron que llamar a los responsables de la empresa para que vinieran a abrirles y en realidad nose cuanto tardaron en solucionarles el problema porque a las dos horas yo salí y aun no habían llegado.

Достаточно полотенец Кровати удобные В гостиной диван был сломан, не раскладывался. 2 гостей приехать не смогли, поэтому места всем хватило. Если бы приехали все- им спать было бы негде Дверь в одном туалете также сломана, не закрывалась. Не было ни чая,ни кофе,ни сахара,ни растительного масла,даже минимального количества Мы приехали в 10 вечера, магазины уже все закрыты,даже чая попить не могли.

- Katarzyna (10/5): - Lokal schludny, zadbany, czysty. Pełny udogodnień. Czysta świeża pościel, czyste ręcznikiem dostęp do sprzętu w pełni sprawnego AGD. Jak dla nas fantastyczne miejsce na wypoczynek. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja wypadową. Bezpośrednio przy stacji metro i autobus. Logistycznie sprawnie i szybko można było się dostać w każde miejsce. Serdecznie polecam.

No había cosas mínimas que ayudan a la estancia: servilletas de papel, sal, azúcar... Si esto lo solucionan el apartamento es perfecto

- DEL REY (9/5): - La proximité du métro et la ligne directe vers le centre de Madrid . La propreté de l'appartement. Le confort de la literie. Les bars et restaurants à proximité . Nous pouvions y aller à pied sans problème. Les petites supérettes et la boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble = très très bien . Je recommanderai ce lieu à tous mes contacts qui souhaitent se rendre à Madrid . Merci à l'hôte pour la qualité de son logement . . Rien . Tout était parfait pour nous .

- Huma (9/5): Wonderful place - I traveled with my daughter and we had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is great family friendly with metro station at ur step. The property was clean and comfortable. It's on the 3rd floor. Check in was a breeze with an automatic app.
- Steven (10/5): Perfect, no hassles! - House is really nice and comfortable, spacious and light. Everything in the kitchen, air con, wifi etc. all worked perfectly. The electronic door system also worked well (I was worried about being dependent on my mobile phone for entry for my whole stay, but once I got in they'd thankfully left a physical key too which I prefer). Location was good for my conference at IFEMA - so much better and cheaper than the nearby hotels and the house is right next to the metro station if you want to go central (30-ish mins). It's a little bit far from city centre but the house is right next to the metro which is good. I also got confused - in the small(er) print on Booking.com it does say that there is a separate damage deposit of 200 euros which you need to pay direct to the MIT company. However, I missed this and so suspected a scam when I was receiving emails and text messages in Spanish asking for the money. This could be made clearer and messages could be sent in English too. I spotted this and paid the day before I arrived & MIT returned it very promptly after my stay.
