Además, Marc, el señor que nos atendió fue muy amable y muy atento. Sin duda, será nuestro hotel de confianza para próximas visitas.

We really missed having a balcony or terrace, but the room was so comfortable and with nearby bsrs/eateries that it was only a small downside!

Desde el primer momento, el trato del personal fue cercano, profesional y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Las instalaciones están impecables, muy bien cuidadas y con una atención al detalle que realmente marca la diferencia. La habitación era amplia, cómoda y muy limpia, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La ubicación es ideal, ya que permite acceder fácilmente a los principales puntos de interés, y además ofrece un ambiente tranquilo para descansar. Quiero destacar especialmente el servicio, que fue inmejorable en todo momento. Se nota que hay un gran equipo detrás, comprometido con ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que busque comodidad, buen servicio y una estancia agradable 😊💖

• Jose (10/5): Hotelito espectacular en pleno centro de Ciutadella - Habitación espectacular y con muchos detalles que hacen que la estancia sea maravillosa. La bañera exterior y la privacidad que brinda es increíble. Cada detalle cuenta y los acabados y la decoración lo hacen perfecto. Ubicación excelente en pleno centro y de fácil acceso. Todo el personal del hotel muy amable y muy comprometido con el huésped. La cercanía del trato es inmejorable. Millones de gracias a Tesa que resolvía y aconsejaba con un 10!. No hay nada que mejorar porque cada rincón es una auténtica maravilla.

La propietaria&# - Super bien situado en el centro del ‘casco antiguo’ de Ciutadella. Todo estaba limpísimo. Complimentary coffee y toallas limpias cada dos días. Las habitaciones de abajo están a pie de calle h da vergüenza abrir la ventana porque te ven desde fuera 😅 pero eso pasa en todo Ciutadella
• Angel (10/5): Very good value for money. Pleasant stay - Very clean, very comfortable bed. Located near good restaurants, tourist attractions and next to a a place to rent a car. Staff always ready to assist and provide information. As it is the case with most hotels in Menorca, reception is not open 24 hours. If you are for a late arrival, check you messages. The hotel will send a telephone number to contact them so they will be waiting for you.

She gave us really good restaurant and beach recommendations. We were also able to get beach towels and umbrella from the hotel which was really handy. Nothing that we didn’t like.

• Mayaud (9/5): Excellent hôtel à faire ++++ - Emplacement en plein centre donc très pratique et très efficace. Un parking à proximité avec très régulièrement de la place, comprenant des places payantes et gratuites. Chambre au top, très propres, spacieuse avec des rangements une super salle de bain et un vrai + pour la baignoire. Personnel excellent avec un sourire profondément gentil et sincère. Ils sont à l’écoute et sont toujours souriant c’était vraiment un bonheur. Je recommande totalement pour un séjour à Minorque. Le seul petit point négatif est l’isolation où nous entendons quand même beaucoup dans les chambres à côté ainsi que dans le couloir.

• Illona (10/5): Such a perfect place for a relaxing stay in Menorca! - It was such a good stay ! Tesa was really helpful and nice and we could always reach out to her if we had any question. The room was very comfortable and spacious, the decoration was super modern yet felt in adequation with the Ciutadella historical atmosphere. The amenities in the room were good as well. The location of the hotel being in the center of Ciutadella, it was super convenient for us to walk around and we had lots of options to find a place to eat around. Thank you again for everything, we do recommend this place for any couple who wants to spend a nice and relaxing stay at Menorca!

La camera, dal design semplice ma piacevole, è risultata molto confortevole, con letto e cuscini davvero comodi. Ho apprezzato diversi dettagli, come la presenza dell’acqua in camera, l’assenza di cuscini o runner decorativi superflui sul letto, la disponibilità dell’ascensore — non scontata in una struttura di piccole dimensioni — e l’eccellente livello di pulizia. Un ringraziamento particolare all’host per la cortesia e la disponibilità.

• Carlos (10/5): Una escapada perfecta en Menorca - Nos encantó nuestra experiencia en SetBlaus Boutique. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el trato fue cálido y cercano, de esos que te hacen sentir en casa. La habitación era preciosa, con una decoración cuidada al detalle y una calma que invita a descansar de verdad. Todo estaba impecable. El hotel tiene muchísimo encanto, se nota el cariño con el que ha sido restaurado. La ubicación no puede ser mejor: en una calle tranquila del centro histórico, perfecta para salir a pasear por Ciutadella. Y el personal… simplemente maravilloso. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, con recomendaciones y una atención personalizada que marca la diferencia. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Es el tipo de lugar que te deja un recuerdo bonito. Lo recomendamos con los ojos cerrados. -

Das Zimmer Nr. 1 liegt gerade am Eingang im Erdgeschoss mit einem Fenster zur Gasse und es war daher in einer (der beiden) Nächte leider sehr laut. (Im Zimmer Nr. 6 war es kaum zu hören und daher nicht störend.)

The hotel was beautifully designed, incredibly clean, and felt brand new. Our room was stylish, fresh, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre with great restaurants and only 10 minutes to the beach. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the amazing staff, especially Tesa. She was so friendly and helpful from the start. I proposed to my girlfriend during our trip, and Tesa went above and beyond to make it special, even surprising us with champagne. She made us feel so welcome and taken care of, it felt like staying with friends. We can’t wait to come back! Nothing. It was perfect !!

The room is very small - cannot imagine staying there with another person. The sink in the room was unusual. Kettle would be nice as hot water from coffee machine was "coffee flavoured" and unusable for tea. Also the "online" check-in process was a pain.
