• michelle (1/5): Don't be fooled by the photos - Size of apartment. Apartment was dirty, uncared for, had cockroaches and bedbugs/mites. Didn't have keys to doors to get onto balconies. Stairs down to apartment were dangerous as thorny plants had been left to overgrow. Noisy neighbours until early hours of the morning.

• Daniel (1/5): Horrible y deplorable. - Absolutamente nada. Es vergonzoso que Booking ponga un alojamiento así en su plataforma. Para entrar a la vivienda hay que subir/bajar 23 escalones lo que en mi casa con una persona mayor fue un suplicio. Tenía tres dormitorios, de los cuales en dos de ellos no se podía dormir por el pésimo estado de los colchones de muelles. Intentamos dormir en los sofás camas duros como una roca y sucios hasta la saciedad, al igual que paredes, exteriores (moho acumulado que peligroso para la salud) Un baño sin mampara, el toldo exterior roto, la nevera totalmente congelada y llena de hielo… 23 escalones para acceder, imposible para personas mayores. Paredes, sofás, mobiliario, etc etc llenos de suciedad. No había absolutamente nada en la cocina ni lavadero para hacer más fácil la estancia, lo único que dejaron es sal. La zona donde dejar los platos limpios tenía unos ronchones asquerosos. Nevera asquerosa. Paredes llenas de mierda, salpicones… En dos de las camas era muy difícil conciliar el sueño Enchufes peligrosos porque van a base de empalmes del cableado. Baño son mampara (se supone que se rompió recientemente) La zona ajardinada totalmente salvaje sin mantenimiento. Etc etc

• Cantero (1/5): Una pesadilla de alojamiento - Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones Nuestra experiencia en esta casa fue muy negativa y no la recomendamos en absoluto. Desde el primer momento hubo una gotera constante en la cocina que terminó inundándola por completo. No pudimos utilizarla durante tres días, hasta que el casero apareció finalmente para repararla. Además, la casa estaba en muy mal estado: tiene dos neveras y ninguna funcionaba, las puertas no cerraban bien, los sofás tenían manchas visibles y encontramos suciedad por todas partes, incluso restos de pizza debajo del sofá. El toldo del patio también estaba roto, lo que hacía imposible utilizar esa zona con sol. El casero tenía permiso para entrar a la cocina, pero accedió también a la planta de arriba sin haberlo comunicado previamente, algo que consideramos inapropiado. Cuando vino la persona encargada de la limpieza a revisar el estado de la casa, se puso a grabarnos con el móvil sin pedir permiso, lo cual nos pareció completamente fuera de lugar. También queremos destacar que tanto el casero como sus trabajadores apenas hablan español, lo que hizo muy difícil la comunicación en todo momento. Para colmo, el casero nos insistió varias veces en que si cancelábamos la reserva en Booking, nos devolvería la fianza al instante, lo cual consideramos una práctica poco ética. En resumen: una estancia incómoda, llena de problemas y situaciones desagradables. No volveremos y no recomendamos esta propiedad.
• Amanda (9/5): Superb - Large light and airy property. No frills but everything you need. Very good value. Closer to the beach than we expected being about 20 minute walk.
• Julie (3/5): Large property but many maintenance issues to be addressed - Plenty of space in the main rooms The whole house needs maintenance before renting out. I have informed the owner 1. The kettle needs replacing immediately it is dangerous, does not turn off and sparks when you unplug it. 2. The door handle to the outside door keeps falling off and the door handle to the bedroom at the top of the stairs. 3. The shower head in the downstairs shower closet needs descaling, too small for most of our party. 4. Both toilet seats need fixing to the toilet 5. Shutter in back bedroom doesn't work and curtains in bedrooms falling off rails. 6. Patio door in bedroom very hard to shut needs maintenance 7. No plug in upstairs bathroom sink 8. All of the sofas were wet when we arrived so had to sit at the dining table 9. Teaspoons would be good to go with the mugs. Unfortunately we were disappointed and really think these maintenance issues should be addressed. We would not rent again
• Oluchi (2/5): I hated how the owners are so careless about the house and their clients, and how dirty can they be. - The location is awesome, it’s actually a good house, quiet area of Benidorm It needs a whole lot of repairs, all the complaints people make are being ignored. The sofas are so old and dirty, no modern tv. The kitchen dosent have enough utilities, the ones the have are so dirty. I plead with booking to do something about it, it’s people hard earned money, they wanna be comfortable where they pay to spend their time. I complained to the man and instead being sorry, he told me ooh it’s not like you are living there, you’re only spending a night😡 yeah but I want the best even if it’s one hour, I paid 206 euros for a night, it’s not cheap

• Victoria (10/5): Perfect holiday house - The house was so lovely. Lots of space outside and large rooms indoors too. Very quiet location which was perfect when travelling with children. Staff were so helpful and the transaction was smooth. We were contacted well in advance giving us all the details we needed. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Only a 5 minute walk however one of our family members did struggle. This is no fault of the accommodation and this was resolved by getting taxis which are very easy to get in Benidorm.

• Linda (8/5): Weekend at Benidorm Palace - Great location, easy to check in and find. Large property and good for our needs. Parking included and in safe gated area. The property just needs a little tlc and a deep clean in some areas.

• Zoe (5/5): The house is big and spacious but need a deep clean - We had to collect the keys from a Chinese restaurant which was busy with service, the keys was not ready so we had to wait. We was not taken to the property and had to find it ourselves. Upon arrival at the property we found the kitchen very dirty.
