• theszA (6/5): We enjoy but not so clean - We like the bedroom... complete stuff. Cleanand comfortable. Kitchen: dont have enough towel to clean, fridge leaking, no garbage bag provided. Toilet bowl is dirty, sink is clogged. bath tub is dirty.

• Gustavo (4/5): Pessimamente horrível - Quando chegamos a energia estava cortada, proprietário não pagou energia. Chegamos de madrugada e não tinha energia. Fomos transferidos horas depois de muito calor, pois nem janela existe a janela da foto é lacrada e da para calçada onde passa os pedestres. Horrível Comprei 7 diárias e só conseguimos ficar 2 dias e meio, pois as camas estavam com bichinhos que cosava e baratas no quarto. Segue fotos

• Ася (7/5): Той випадок, коли квартира не виправдала очікувань - Сама квартира наче і непогана, є велике ліжко, диван, який напевно можна спробувати розкласти. Холодильник, якщо увімкнути бойлер - то гаряча вода. Знайти легко, недалеко від центру. В квартирі напевно часто палять і меблі пропахлися цигарками. Провітрити немає можливості, адже вікна квартири знаходяться так, що їх закривають сходи на вулиці, які є поряд. Для мене це була катастрофа, адже я не палю і не переношу запаху цигарок. Біля будинку знаходиться ресторан, який працює до опівночі. Ми були дуже втомлені, але не могли відпочити, тому що люди співали пісні і це було дуже чутно навіть при зачинених вікнах. Будинок знаходиться на горі, від метро ледь дійшли з валізами, потрібно це враховувати і краще одразу викликати таксі. І ще банально не було хоча б чаю в квартирі, ми звикли, що зазвичай чай чи кава завжди є, хоча б на один раз. Не бачу сенсу в тому, що стоїть кавомашина, але капсул до неї немає. Ми не змогли відпочити. Дуже шкода, але високу оцінку поставити не можу.
• Aneta (3/5): False advertising is the feeling you get. - The location was the only thing that was good about this property. First of all it was dirty (hair on the floor baby bottle left from the previous tenant). I contacted the property manager/owner and he did offer to send the crew again but because we stayed only two nights there was no point. The only property in Greece that doesn’t have roller blinds. The sun hits you in the eye in the morning. This doesn’t mean it’s a bright room because of how the area is the entrance is on ground floor but the window is ground/below ground lvl. A lot of noise coming from the outside. Bathroom needs renovation.

• Salih (7/5): Great location but bathroom needs cleaning - Great location. Nice set up. The bathroom curtain smelled. The bedroom window is obstructed by outside stairs and is therefore not at street level but Kolonaki is like that I didn’t mind.
• Sam (9/5): Great place to stay. Only some very minor issues. Would definitely stay again. - Location was great. Self contained and good value. Very very small issues. Noisy late Thur/Fri nights with the bar next door but stopped at 2am. Pillows not very soft. Have to heat water for 20mins before showering.
• Georgios (7/5): Beautiful apartment in Kolonaki Center. - The location is fantastic. It is on a beautiful street in the center of Kolonaki, within walking distance of everything you might need: restaurants, bars, and shopping. The apartment is located just across from a very crowded restaurant and some bars that play music until 02:00, at least on weekends, making it almost impossible to sleep. There's no blanket in the house —I have no idea why! You just need to make some really small changes, and the flat will be great. Impossible to find a parking spot nearby, but that's not the host's fault.
• Antoine (10/5): Lovely studio in the middle of the best area of Athens :) - Location is excellent right in the middle of Kolonaki I didn’t mind it, but a slight inconvenience for some people is the music from the pubs nearby, it stops at 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Joanna (8/5): It was ok - The place is ok, the room very cozy and well-furnished. Comfortable bed, AC, coffee machine, hot water. All good. To those who arrive by metro - you're up for a bit of a climb :) On the plus side - the area features a lot of bars, restaurants and cafeterias. You can hear every little noise through the front door which might be disturbing. Also, a kettle would be nice to have there and a microwave. The fridge was filled with water. It's not as busy as the main road, but the traffic there can surprise you.

• Senanayake (10/5): Excellent stay, great place for the value you pay. - It was a cozy little pace arranged exactly how you see if not better as the photos. There is a coffee machine, little area to leave the shoes outside the bedroom after long walks. You can walk about 6 minutes from the train station and there are plenty of restaurants near by. There is also a mini supermarket close by. I love it! The only thing I didn’t like was that it was a little dusty, made me sneeze a couple of times, that’s because I’m sensitive to dust.
