Pulizia quotidiana ineccepibile (mai trovato un granello di polvere), cambio asciugamani quotidiano e lenzuola ogni due. Cuscini e letto molto confortevoli. Doccia grande e comoda. Presenti il phon, il bollitore ed un piccolo frigo. Bottigliette di acqua, piccoli snack e bustine di the / caffè gentilmente offerte quotidianamente. Host molto cordiale e disponibile, ci è venuto incontro per strada e ci ha aiutati con i bagagli (nella struttura non c'è l'ascensore). Avevo paura che la camera fosse eccessivamente rumorosa, visto che affaccia su una strada piena di ristoranti e pub, invece non è stato così: i locali chiudono tutti presto (23-23.30), la mattina il rumore del carico-scarico inizia dopo le 7 e la strada è pedonale. Tutto perfetto, aggiungo solo alcuni piccoli accorgimenti che potrebbero migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza. In bagno aggiungerei qualche altro appendino per gli asciugamani. Nell'armadio inserirei una piccola cassaforte che è sempre utile e gradita. Il letto mi sembrava piccolino, probabilmente è un matrimoniale francese da 140 cm invece di quelli da 160 cm a cui sono abituata. Sarebbe comodo avere un paio di cuscini in più. Il copripiumino è un po' piccolo, ma per fortuna la stanza è molto calda. Aspetti da tenere in considerazione (per qualcuno potrebbero essere un problema, ma non lo sono stati per noi): come accennato, non c'è l'ascensore (noi eravamo al secondo piano) e non è presente la TV.

Tägliche Reinigung und Bereitstellung von Wasser und einer Süßigkeit. Sehr zentrale Lage der Unterkunft. Covent Garden fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Theater/ Musicals ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.

• BOROMBO (10/5): - Le propriétaire est très sympathique, nous avons été très bien accueillis. La chambre est grande et très propre, salle de bain privative. L’emplacement est central et à côté de toutes les commodités. Le seul petit bémol, c’est un peu de bruit car on est en plein centre-ville et à proximité de pubs, mais du coup on ne veut pas tout avoir😃
• Timour (7/5): Good place to stay in the center of London - Walk to 2 tube stations and several museums. Central location. Large room for 2 people. Several large windows. Regular supply of bottled water. Large table, electrical kettle and fridge. Responsive host. Clean room. A supermarket around the corner, many eateries nearby. Simple to get from Heathrow by tube and back. Toilet cannot be locked. Intermittent hot water. Finicky heating system. Much noise from beer-drinkers on the street Thursday through Saturday, far into the night. Regular noise from inside the building at night or early morning. No hooks for towels in the toilet. A mirror not hanging on the wall but standing on the floor.
• Mark (10/5): Covent Garden Penthouse - Great clean room for a great price in a great location. Just a 10 minute walk to the new Guinness OpenGate Brewery London. Also not a far walk to the London Eye. Plenty of great pubs, restaurants and shopping. Nothing, staff, room and experience was great.

Fortunately, the other room occupants were in and out very different times to us so there was no issue during our visit but I would request the room with an internal bathroom when we revisit!

Daily cleaning and little daily gestures like chocolate and water bottles. Comfortable bed and good lighting. Only concerns were:(1) the noisy cars loading/unloading barrels starting around 4-5 am. (2) the very narrow staircase was inconvenient with the bags (probably normal in London)

Extraordinary location you could find right at the center of Convent garden, convenient to everything! Even though there is no elevator, Mark & his parents welcomed us at the street, helped carrying all our luggage’s upstairs and carrying down when we leave!

Quite a simple room that had everything I needed and was warm, comfy and spotlessly clean. Very well-appointed bathroom just a door away with nice toiletries provided. Daily servicing of the room was an unexpected treat. Hosts really friendly, approachable and responsive to messages.
• まり (10/5): Amazing! - 10日間大変お世話になりありがとうございました！初ロンドン女1人旅で何も分からない状態で緊張していましたが、お家のように温かく迎えいれてくださいました！ホストの方はとても素晴らしいです！ここでは書ききれないくらいお世話になりました。パパママと呼ばせてください。まず、飛行機からタクシーで行きましたが、先にきちんと住所を教えてくださいましたのでドライバーの方にも伝えやすかったです。また分かりやすい場所でずっと立って待っていてくださいました！またパパがその日に近くのスーパーへ連れて行ってくださり、次の日地域の歴史や便利な駅も教えてくださいました。非常に助かりました。ママもとっても可愛いくて親切な方です！毎日すっごく綺麗にお部屋の清掃をしてくださいます。埃ひとつもなくシーツも毎日変えてくださってました。ママとの楽しい会話は一生忘れません。また絶対お会いしたいです。 お部屋もとても静かですよ！便利な場所なのに他のホテルより静かだと思います。隣のお部屋に一組いらっしゃいましたが、同じ時間帯に行動していたのでシャワーの音など少ししますが全く気にならなかったです。また毎日チョコや水、コーヒーなどくださって楽しませていただきました。冷蔵庫も置いてくださってます。毎日お部屋の匂いもすごくよく、ベッドも沈まなく新しいマットレスです！ 女1人旅でも、こちらでしたら安心して旅を楽しめます！ オススメです！ 長期だったので電子レンジが少し恋しくなりました それだけです

Better service than a 5 star Hotel, All the best locations are within walking distance, would definitely book again, also best price too! The strike was happening when we got there and David kept us informed where to go and wich lines were still working and even wait for us at the station near the flat. Lots of places to eat around.

• Derek (8/5): Great central location - It was situated perfectly for our needs. Very clean and towels etc changed daily. We were surprised to discover that there wasn't a tv installed. Although not a real problem, but as it was wimbledon fortnight we were a little disappointed.

Very central and close to the Piccadilly Line (short walking distance to apartment), and the host was very helpful and communication was excellent. The apartment had all the things and amenities I needed for the stay. The apartment was just as described in text and on pictures. Therefore, no surprises.

• Luke (10/5): Lovely hosts and cozy room - Location was best! This is a privately owned property, the owners were very kind and responsive. They met us outside on the street to greet us and walk us through the house. We were allowed to keep our bags in the room after we checked out and were brought out for us when we left. This property doesn’t have an elevator and is up two flights of steps. It is lovely and not a problem if you’re able bodied. However can be hard for bad knees.
• Medekenova (9/5): Very clean and spacious room, helpful hosts - Very clean and spacious room and shower, plenty of closet space, high quality bed linen, very central location, walkable to most of main attractions, very friendly hosts, they met me at checkin and helped me with luggage, also assisted with luggage during checkout, they provided many helpful tips and stayed in touch throughout my stay. They also provided a refrigerator upon my request. The heating system was off during nights and the room got very cold.

Location: amazing, close to tube and bus stations, easy to reach city center by walk. Room: clean and big enough for two people with two luggages. Stairs: it was in second floor. Toilets: exterior bathroom but it was private and always clean. Noise: it is in crowded area and near to a restaurant which can be noisy around midnight.

I received the best reception from the hosts, who can’t do enough for their guests….even helping me with my heavy case, and walking me to the Underground. Whilst scrupulously clean, it was a little spartan, and would benefit from some artwork and a tv.

• Jacqueline (9/5): This bright and cheery room helped make my London visit very enjoyable. - Perfectly located for my needs in Central London for a business and vacation combo trip. The room is bright and clean and pleasant to be in, with a private bathroom down the hall. Host David was lovely and available to answer questions as needed. I would stay here again. Also there was plenty of closet and drawer space. And the proximity to theaters is a bonus--the TKTS half price ticket booth is just a 5-minute walk away. This didn't bother me, but for travelers who have trouble with stairs, they should know that there are two flights to walk up.

The room was basic, which was absolutely fine, but the stench of must really overwhelmed me. I had to sleep with the window wide open and still kept waking up because of the smell.

• Brianna (7/5): Overall great location for holiday and solo travelers in theater district! - Great location! Room was clean and the staff super friendly. Even when I had issues with WiFi they were really trying to help. I love the theater so hearing the songs and cheering made it feel like you were in the action which was fun. Close to train and metros and can walk to national gallery, buckingham palace, Chinatown… so much! The room is a little different from the images I stayed in but still nice and well kept. And it wasn’t totally clear that a private bedroom can still mean down the hall or actually connected to the room. It worked out fine as the hall wasn’t too busy luckily. Just can be surprising if you’re not ok with it. The WiFi was some of the worst I’ve had traveling. The staff tried to help with hotspots but they weren’t much better unfortunately. I was working remotely while in town so it was a bit difficult and I found better WiFi elsewhere sometimes just I had to work late into the night so did my best to make it work at the room.

• Russell (10/5): A gem right in the heart of London. - The location was amazing, right in the heart of Covent Garden. We were able to walk to almost everything. The hosts David and U met us from the taxi and showed us inside giving helpful tips on where to go in London. The room was cleaned and fresh towels every day which was nice. Plus it was spotless on arrival. The room was excellent size, bed comfortable and big shower room. Only basic amenities but everything was what we needed. We will be coming back! I struggle to find any negatives, but if I was to recommend anything a mini fridge would be nice to keep the odd bits cold. But this time of year we just put a few bits on the window ledge and that worked.

• Daniel (10/5): Simple. No fuss. What it says on the tin! - It is situated in the HEART of Covent Garden. Anyone staying here can see what the room is… It’s standard room but it’s warm, dry, clean and safe. If you want luxury and super comfort then it’s not the best ‘romantic getaway’ - But if you need a place to sleep and close to EVERYTHING central, quickly… It’s perfect. Very very impressed with the quality and ease of booking, collecting keys and just getting on with it. The bathroom is clean and stocked with towels, toilet roll etc. I honestly can’t fault it at all. Nothing. It was warm enough and has a window if you need some fresh air. Plugs for charging devices. Professionals should definitely consider this option for London visits. Nothing. The photos tell you exactly what the set up is and it was just that.

Fresh towels each day and shampoo / shower gel top class Everything was very good, I liked it wall. One suggestion, the long mirror was freestanding so ok for checking your shoes but not for checking above the waist. It would be good to hang this on the wall 😊
