• TALISA KARA (10/5): Our stay at the apartment was very convenient, comfortable, and a lot of space for me and my husband. It was close to ev - The apartment was just walking distance to the city center. It was accessible to the shops, restaurants, and tour companies we used during our trip. The front door was a bit hard to close. If it weren’t for my husband, I probably wouldn’t be able to close it. Everything else was perfect!

• Ingrid (10/5): - L'appartement douillet et très joliment décoré. La propriétaire d'une extrême bienveillance, trés à l'écoute de nos besoins et de notre confort lors du séjour. Juste parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

• Valentina (10/5): - Ben tenuta, pulita e con check-in comodissimo con ritiro chiavi al market vicino a casa. L’appartamento è al 4 piano ed è servito da un piccolo ascensore che porta 2 persone al massimo. La posizione è ottima, per chi ha bambini davanti all’appartamento c’è un piccolo parco giochi, mentre a 5 minuti a piedi c’è il super parco giochi Angry Birds. A pochi passi dalla zona pedonale e a 20 min. circa a piedi dal Museo Arktikum. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e al nostro arrivo hanno fatto trovare dei giochi per la bambina. L’ascensore condominiale molto rumoso

The beds are very comfortable, beautifully chosen decoration makes everything even better. The owner is very friendly, instructions for picking up the keys were precise, check-in went smoothly. We are happy to have been here. I really recommend it.
• Kumpula (10/5): Paulakaarina - Asunnossa on hyvin tilaa ja se on erittäin viihtyisä. Sijainti aivan huippu ja vaikka on keskustassa, ei 4. kerrokseen tule häiritsevää melua. Avaimen haku yms. helppoa, eikä missään vaiheessa tarvitse arpoa miten homma toimii. Hintalaatusuhde erittäin hyvä. Kiitokset, kaikinpuolin ihana viikonloppu. Tähän en löydä mitään.
• Sarath (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is central and walkable to all essentials like groceries, nature park, riverfront etc. Bus stop to Santa Village is right outside. Our host was very prompt in her communication and great suggestions. The apartment is very well cared for with modern appliances and interior. Just remember to crack the windows open in summer. The one key that gives access into the building and to the apartment needs a little getting used to.

• Yimmy (10/5): Perfect - You must stay here if you go to Rovaniemi ! The location of the apartment is around many restaurant, supermarket and many more. Another reason to stay here is because, the host is very helpful, very kind and she respond quickly.
• Linda (9/5): Amazing apartment! Clean, modern, cosy and has all the amenities. Great location. - Such a beautiful appartment! It has everything you will possibly need for your holiday. Very Central, only few min walk from food shops and main shopping centre.Bus stop to Santa Village and Airport right beside the house as well so that’s a bonus.Super cosy and also Nice and warm. I would gladly reccomend this place to anyone. Host was very welcoming and very kind to answer any of our requests. Very happy with our stay!
• Isabella (9/5): A lovely place for a trip in Rovaniemi! - Wonderful and cozy apartment in the centre of Rovaniemi. We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. Roosa-Maria’s attention to detail made our time here even more enjoyable. We really appreciated her hospitality and would love to return someday! Highly recommended! Nothing to say. I would only make a suggestion: I would put a curtain or a shutter in the kitchen window because some light comes in in the morning.

• Michał (10/5): Great apartment in great location with great landlord !!! - Everything was great from the beginning, even before coming. Contact was great, Roosa-Marie tried to help me with everything - where to eat, where to buy gifts, how to reach the apartment and Santa Claus Village etc.. Afterwards was even better, because apartment is in great place (2 minutes walks from main square, the same from shopping centre ... also 2 minutes from bus stop to Santa Claus Village) and apartment itself is beautiful - it was the first time, when the apartment was even better than on the photos :) So you have everything what in every place (towels, gels, bed linen) but additionally shaving razors, tea and coffee, sugar, salt, baking paper ... even console for playing and toys for kids ... amazing ... but Moomins cups were the best nice surprise :) So if you need great apartment in great place, with great landlord ... visit Roosa-Maria ... and it will be the first time ever when I'm giving 10 on booking ... that you Roosa-Marie again for everything... The only minus is too small lift for baby carriage, but there was no problem for me to walk by stairs... ;)
