• Svetlana (9/5): Very nice pension ! - Nice pension with cooperative hosts and clean rooms. Shared bathrooms and kitchen. Some rooms are located underground, but ventilation was good. The area is safe and quiet, close to Marienplatz, with many restaurants and bars nearby. The subway is within walking distance.

• Viky (10/5): - The location is perfect, amazing neighbourhood and really close to everything you need. The room was clean and the furniture new. We were underground and we had two shared bathroom available, so basically was really easy to have them free!
• Matthias (8/5): - Ein gemütliches, schönes Zimmer mit allem was es zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Sogar ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer (Whg. 6). Der Kühlschrank war tagsüber ein Segen, nachts zeitweise etwas geräuschvoll.

• Sylvia (10/5): - Obwohl kein Personal im Haus war, ist die Regelung mit dem Schlüsselcode prima. Alles war ordentlich und sauber. Auch ein Gemeinschaftsbad stört nicht. Für München ist die Lage perfekt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.

• Askar (8/5): Good quality price ratio, very clean and new - Clean Close to metro Spacious New Quiet My room was on the groundfloor. The windows are really big, like almost big glass door. and there is no protection on the window. It may feel a bit weird at night, feeling like people outside really passing by your room. So maybe a recommendation would be to put some protection on the windows of the groundfloor rooms.

After tequesting additional, no response fro - I liked the cleanliness, location and overall look of the facility. The only issue I had was that there was no additional heater in the room. I contacted the host about this and was told that there was only a central heater. However, after requesting an extra blanket or an additional heater, I did not receive any further response.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es war alles vorhanden: gemütliche Kochbereiche zur freien Verfügung, Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer und eine tolle Ausstattung insgesamt. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, architektonisch sehr kreativ.
• Μαρία (10/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε καλή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στα μέσα συγκοινωνίας. Το μπάνιο ήταν κοινόχρηστο όμως υπήρχαν 2 στον όροφο που μέναμε και στην δική μας περίπτωση δεν χρειάστηκε να το μοιραστούμε με κάποιον. Όλα ήταν καθαρά και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός!

• Rea (10/5): - We loved our stay at Adlzreiter City Pension. A great area with plenty of local bars, cafes, and restaurants, and only 15minutes walk to the main Christmas markets. The room was comfortable and the communal bathrooms and kitchen were always immaculate. There were also plenty of bathrooms so we never had to wait to shower in the mornings. We would recommend and definitely return. The kitchen could use some extra utensils so that people can cook if they want. Everything else was great :)

Wir fühlen uns immer wieder sehr wohl in dieser Pension. Gastronomieangebot fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen München-Besuch!!! Nichts.

• Michael (8/5): Good price, modern facility, some beds comfortable, others not at all. - Modern place, very clean! The upstairs loft bed was super hard and uncomfortable. It wasn't a mattress, it was just a folding bed without mattress/topper on it, so it was like a rock.

• Jessica (8/5): Very good and comfortable stay in a great location - Quiet, clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised. No issues with sharing a bathroom. Great location; many things nearby. No instructions given on how to find the entrance which is quite hidden with no signage. Walked around in freezing cold for 30 minutes trying to find it early in the morning.

• Britt (8/5): - Great location, very easy check in and check out with easy instructions. Lots of space in the apartments, there is a fridge in the apartment and two kitchens outside you can use, which I found very practical. Showers and toilets are outside the apartment, but there are more than enough, I never had to wait. The apartment could use a couple more places to hang towels so that they dry more quickly, especially in the souterrain apartments that do not have windows you can open for ventilation. Just a thought for improvement though, it did not make my stay less comfortable.
• GOKSU (7/5): Cute, cozy and clean - The room was very clean and comfortable wihh cozy lighting that made the evenings feel relaxing after a long business trip. I was hesitant to book this hotel with shared bathrooms but it was exceptionally clean. My room was facing the entrance and some people arrived late making some noise. If you are sensitive to noise and light to sleep it might be a little disturbing. The doors were made of glass and created a glow in the room as the corridor light was on in the evening. But then it went off so I guess someone turned it off.

• T. Grad (9/5): Perfekt für meinen Kurztrip, aber sicher auch länger ... - Ich war sehr positiv überrascht, erster Eindruck war fantastisch, welches sich im Zimmer auch bestätigt hat. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt, sehr freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer und sehr angenehme Einrichtung. Für meinen Kurztrip, genau das richtige. Manchmal braucht es auch ein wenig "Glück" und das richtige Gespür für die passende Unterkunft. Danke, gern wieder wenn ich nach München reisen sollte und ein Dach über dem Kopf benötige. Preislich sicher immer ein "wenig" Luft, sowie sind die Zimmertüren nicht optimal. Da aber die Gäste nicht wirklich laut im Flur waren, war es völlig im Rahmen.
