• Big (10/5): - I am very grateful to the host for his kindness and being so accommodating of my arrival time when I messaged him on whatsapp! The room itself was in a great area, very clean and comfortable bedroom, and I felt safe as a solo female traveller. I was also able to leave my suitcase with the front desk man (there is someone there 24/7) before check in time. I would stay here again! Obrigada!!

La entrada fue sin problema y tiene check in y check out flexible El apartamento no estaba equipado con casi nada, no tenía jabón, ni shampoo ni nada de eso A pesar de lo cómodo y bien ubicado que era. Sería un buen detalle del host equiparlo con mas amenities.

• Edson (9/5): Boa experiência para estadias curtas, com excelente localização e custo benefício - Ficamos apenas uma noite na acomodação, então a avaliação é baseada em uma experiência mais pontual. Ainda assim, no geral, foi uma estadia positiva. O apartamento estava bem organizado e limpo na chegada, com tudo funcionando corretamente. As áreas comuns do condomínio também estavam limpas e sem odores desagradáveis, o que é um ponto positivo importante para a região. A localização é boa, na região central de Copacabana, com fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e serviços. O atendimento também foi um destaque: o porteiro foi bastante solícito, ajudando inclusive com orientações sobre estacionamento (já que a acomodação não possui vaga). O anfitrião, Victor, também foi prestativo e rápido ao responder quando tivemos um pequeno contratempo com a fechadura. Pontos positivos: Apartamento limpo, organizado e funcional Boa localização, com muitas opções próximas Áreas comuns do prédio limpas e agradáveis Porteiro e anfitrião solícitos TV grande disponível no apartamento Pontos de atenção: Não há estacionamento disponível, e as opções próximas são limitadas e caras O elevador do prédio faz barulhos estranhos e pode causar certa insegurança (provavelmente questão do condomínio) Não havia manas mantas/cobertores para uso durante a noite, o que pode ser um problema, especialmente para quem viaja de avião Não havia toalhas (nem de banho, nem de rosto), o que pode ser um problema, especialmente para quem viaja de avião

• Monica (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this studio! Everything was absolutely perfect, the space was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. Communication with the owner was quick, clear, and easy from start to finish. I also want to highlight how helpful, professional, and kind the bellmen were, they truly made a great impression and added to the overall experience. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return! N/A

• Rachel (4/5): Good location, great bed and AC, but cold shower water - It was spacious, bed was comfortable, there was good air conditioning, and there was a fridge Water clogged in the shower. No hot water despite claiming to have hot water. I asked to get help to get the water to warm up but the maintenance guy never showed up the next day at 12pm when I was already checked out of the hotel. The plug is super far from the bed so a 2 meter phone charger won’t reach the bed… you need to ask for an extension cord… insane that I had to ask for one. To reach the closest plug to the bed, you have to move the couch out, which behind the couch has never cleaned as evidenced by the trash and an enormous amount of sand and dirt that has been swept under the couch. My feet have never been so dirty. There is an ant problem. Even before I came in here with food to put in the fridge. I dropped a chip crumb on the floor and within seconds, the ants were swarming it before I could pick it up. There’s no utensils despite there being a kitchen and plates, cups, pots and pans, fridge and microwave. The owner is bad at communicating. No excuses. I was only here 2 days. As a hotel owner, Take responsibility and respond to your renters. It took 2 hours to respond to me when I had a clogged toilet. I asked at 12pm and did not get a response til 14:00 for someone to fix it shortly there after.

• William (8/5): Will be a very solid option once loud repair work next door is finished - Almost everything was perfect--nice apartment with almost everything you need, good location if you want to stay in Copa, easy communication, fair price when I booked. If not for the loud construction work next door, it would be very solid option all around and I would have zero complaints. Very loud renovation going on in the next apartment and hallway, making the place extremely unpleasant to be in during the day. I texted the manager about it and he responded saying that's beyond my control but you can move and have a full refund. Perfectly reasonable response, but given the scale of the work they were doing I doubt this began that day and was news to him. It's really not acceptable to rent out hotel rooms or apartments when there is loud repair work going on making them miserable to stay in without warning customers. If you run a hotel that's a cost of doing business, and it is unacceptable to lure unsuspecting customers into paying lots of money to listen to loud renovation work. That work will finish, the apartment next door will probably become an apartment hotel as well, and it'll be a perfectly pleasant place to stay then.
• Djulien (9/5): Great location. Secure building. Comfortable Appartment - Very friendly and helpful host. Good security with a 24-7 door man. Very comfortable Appartment only a short walk from the beach. Very nice restaurants, cafes and shops within 5 minutes of walking. I would stay here again in Copacabana. Always lots of people around in the streets and I felt safe walking home after dark. Missing a few essentials like a kettle and cutting board but there is a gas stove to boil water.

• Jennifer (10/5): This apartment was exactly what I’d hoped for. - The property is perfectly fitted with everything you need. It’s so close to the beach. It was super clean! It was such a relief to lay down in clean sheets after a lot of travel!
