• Gioacchino (4/5): Molto deluso - La posizione è ottimale. A pochissimi passi dal lungomare. Il palazzo in cui si trova l'appartamento è molto bello. La caldaia era rotta. Siamo arrivati il venerdì pomeriggio e la prima doccia leggermente tiepida siamo riusciti a farla il sabato pomeriggio alle 15. Il sabato alle 13 è arrivato il tecnico. Purtroppo non è riuscito a risolvere completamente il problema perché l'acqua della doccia fino alla nostra partenza non è mai stata davvero calda, ma solo tiepida ed improvvisamente diventava fredda.. La struttura non fornisce bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Siamo andati al supermercato a comprarli. La casa, pur essendo marzo, era infestata dalle zanzare. Siamo tornati al supermercato a comprare spray anti zanzare. Il condizionatore presente nella camera da letto era profondamente rumoroso. Anche dopo averlo spento. Su suggerimento della assistenza abbiamo provato a staccare una presa, ma il problema è rimasto. Alcuni interruttori della luce erano rotti. Per accendere la luce dovevi fare attenzione perché rischiavi di mettere le dita nella presa elettrica (lo abbiamo segnalato e sono stati prontamente riparati). La pulizia non era ottimale. In camera da letto si sentiva puzza di fumo. Solo la domenica mattina ci siamo accorti che c'erano cicche di sigarette nascoste sotto al letto. La tenda della camera da letto aveva macchie di sangue. Uniche note positive: la posizione del beb e la ragazza che fornisce assistenza telefonica ( era molto disponibile e si è impegnata per risolvere problemi che oggettivamente non erano risolvibili all'ultimo minuto). Sono dispiaciuto perché in passato ho già utilizzato altre strutture affidate alla stessa gestione e mi sono trovato bene.
• Bassi (7/5): Vacanza top - Assistenza e posizione davvero top. L’ appartamento è situato in un elegante palazzo a due passi dal mare e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Ci ritornerei. Nulla tutto perfetto

• gail (10/5): - The neighborhood was safe and close to water and restaurants. The kitchen nicely set up. Availability of owner helpful. So clean. Spacious very spacious. That was soooo cool. I liked they had an elevator but not the size and the fact I had to pay for it. But in rome....

• Luca Tommaso (9/5): Potenzialità da sfruttare - Bella posizione, appartamento in ottima posizione per lungomare. Mancavano alcune attrezzature in casa anche se sistemate prontamente nella maggior parte dei casi.

• Julia (7/5): A nice apartment ideal for our needs and in a good location. - Spacious and ideal for our needs. Good location, close to the seafront promenade with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. The area felt safe and the apartment felt very secure. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions to access the apartment were very clear. The owner was very helpful and communicative. We had a small issue when we arrived which was dealt with promptly. The shower wasn’t great. A bit small, spots of mould here and there, no covering over the plug hole and the shower head was leaking/spraying.

• Luciano (9/5): - Ottimo appartamento giusto dietro il lungomare di napoli con alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e pizzerie intorno , staff super gentile e disponibile, abbiamo richiesto extra lenzuola e asciugami con nessun problema, lo raccomando fortemente e grazie dinuovo sonl stati 3 giorni fantastici
• Isabella (6/5): - La struttura era accogliente perché le camere non erano piccole. Un soggiorno ampio e una cucina attrezzata. Macchina del caffè con molte cialde. Abbiamo ricevuto il 10% di sconto nella loro pizzeria sul lungomare. La zona è bella e appunto sul lungomare ci sono pizzerie e Bar. In primis quando inviavo i messaggi, tramite whatsapp, allo staff..ricevevo risposta dopo molte ore. Appena arrivati abbiamo notato il piano cottura non pulito adeguatamente, c'erano anche dei capelli. Il bagno davvero piccolo, poi l'ultimo giorno non ha funzionato la caldaia x cui l'acqua era ghiacciata, ho inviato anche un video x cercare di capire se potevo fare qualcosa ma non ho ricevuto risposta...e cmq potevano mandare qualcuno a controllare.. Purtroppo la metro non è vicinissima, c'è quella nuova a Chiaia ma essendo nuova chiude molto presto, x tanto la metro più vicina è a Toledo, 1,7km 24 minuti a piedi. Un ultimo appunto....consiglio alla struttura di non inserire deodoranti/profumatori nel condizionatore perché ad alcuni da fastidio, io sono allergica e ho dovuto tenere aperto un bel po' la finestra perché davvero facevo fatica a respirare.

• Petya (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a very convenient location. It was larger than we expected, with two bedrooms, dining room and kitchen. It also has a small balcony. There isn't a mobile network in the building, but there is WiFi in the apartment. If you plan to go out separately, ask for a second pair of keys. Also, the electrical sockets are in a bad condition.

• Iveta (9/5): Nice place to stay in Naples - We liked the location, the flat layout, it was sufficient for us. We didn't like that TVs had no channels, probably no connection to the antenna. We could have watched football EURO matches on TV. There were not enough sockets or two sockets next to each other anywhere. It is good to bring your own power plug adaptors if you want to stream something from your laptop, etc. There was no sharp knife so we could not cut anything we bought, very hardly.
• Stefano (6/5): Basic place.. nothing special - Location There was no soap in the shower.. Saturday morning while sleeping the owner entered the home with her own keys claiming she wanted to repair the tv.. totally unacceptable!
