• Candy (1/5): Really disappointed. We booked the hotel specifically for its amenities, only to go to bed hungry, thirsty and cross. Ho - It’s in a great spot - very convenient for the airport We arrived at 9pm (this had been confirmed with the hotel 10 days prior to arrival)… we were told they didn’t have a room for us as we’d only booked that day. They told us they’d moved us to a different ‘hotel’. We hadn’t eaten and having travelled through Italy by train, we were looking forward to a meal and a beer. The hotel we were moved to had neither a restaurant nor a bar. The room was okay, but the creamer for the coffee was 2 months out of date. The receptionist who informed us was neither apologetic nor sympathetic.

• Fan (8/5): - 位置很不错，就在机场对面，航站楼出来走13分钟就到了。吹风机很不错，不是那种只有热风的，凉风热风，风力大小，都可以调节。 入住的时候是晚上12点多了，给我分配了一个房间，等我到了房间门口，有一个粉色的垃圾袋子还在门口，我进门了之后床上被子也不平整，厕所灯也是亮的，桌子上还有没喝完的咖啡，这些是我没法接受的。找了前台要求换房，虽然成功的换了房间，前台的态度有些看不懂，但是这个过程感觉很不好。

Rooms quite small, whilst furniture upgraded walls feel a bit 'Student dorm'. Breakfast selection was a bit limited and not replenished (i arrived around 9.30am and Breakfast on until 10am).

Le personnel passe la même lingette sur les tables, les sièges. . Et va couper le pain sans utiliser de gant ou même la serviette à disposition des clients. Les couloirs, les ascenseurs sont sales. Il n’y a pas de chariot pour les bagages…. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement, sauf pour une nuit pour attraper un avion tôt le matin pas de séjour de plusieurs jours

• Khoo (3/5): Not good, would not recommend. - The room was extremely hot. There was no airconditioning but, even then, the corridors were a lot cooler than my room. We had to check out early because it was unliveable. It was akin to staying in a sauna. We checked into another hotel nearby which also didn't have aircon but, the rooms were so much cooler. The overnight staff were rude and unhelpful when we couldn't sleep due to the heat. The only saving grace was the manager in the morning who was empathetic and offered us a refund for our stay.
