• Alessia (1/5): Pessimo.Booking dovrebbe proteggere meglio i proprio clienti. - La posizione e il parcheggio sono state le uniche cose positive Prenotazione effettuata per 3 adulti ed una bimba di 3 anni (che la struttura dava come “inclusa” ne prezzo vista l’età) senza poter aggiungere culla (il che era ok visto che avrebbe dormito nel letto con me). La struttura non corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. Ambienti fatiscenti, vecchi e cosa ancora più terribile terzo letto rotto (divano letto spezzato a metà), dopo varie messaggi con l’host (che non ha voluto aiutarci nonostante le pessime condizioni) abbiamo chiesto aiuto a booking per poter avere refund e cambiare struttura. Neanche questo è stato possibile. Il boiler per l’acqua calda era guasto (si spegneva e se non te ne accorgevi non avevi acqua calda)che con una bambina di 3 anni non è stato bello (non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia la prima sera ma ho dovuto lavare mia figlia con delle salviette umidificate). La cassaforte era rotta e per me è una delle cose più importanti. Consiglio vivamente di non affidarsi a questa struttura, l’host non dovrebbe neanche lontanamente occuparsi di strutture ricettive o averne una visto che non sa neanche fornire un letto “intero” ai suoi ospiti e in futuro penserò due volte prima di prenotare tramite booking. Queste condizioni dovrebbero essere di default trattate con cancellazione senza penale e spostamento in altra struttura.

• amel (1/5): - Les gardiens de l’hôtel très aimable Tout c’était horrible les photos que j’ai vu ne correspondent pas à la réalité logement sale poussiéreux vieux horrible l’état est inacceptable les lits inconfortables les murs sales aucun confort à éviter machine à laver qui ne fonctionne pas car les photos sont belles sur le net mais sur place on comprend que l’on s’est fait duper et arnaquer A fuire vraiment trop cher pour cet établissement

La tv es nueva, pero tienes que seleccionar el español cda vez que cambias de canal, está en inglés por elección automática Me trajo un ventilador porque no funciona el aire acondicionado Limpieza mal, la ropa de cama tenía manchas de todo tipo,el baño necesita renovación,el colchón le salen bultos.( Foto incluida ) No hay aire acondicionado , ruido porque hay mucho tráfico por detrás del edificio, estación de autobús y carretera, por delante , carretera con coches.No hay insonorización las ventanas y puertas son de madera y no tienen rotura térmica ni acústica,son simples cristales. La loza es muy justa,ni una fuente o ensaladera.. La lámpara llena de bichos muertos( foto incluida) Todo hay que poner tiritas, los rodapiés están agarrados con cintas, el suelo de tarima se hunde, el fregadero está sin sellar. Solo me dejan poner 4 fotos porque pondría un montón más de mala calidad

• Kheira (1/5): Endroit magnifique, hôtel catastrophique - La vue Tout, cet établissement est insalubre, les photo sont mensongères et personne ne vous aides en cas de besoin ! Les membres du personnels n’étaient pas sur place ce qui complique toute demande, le propriétaire ce prend pour un président ou je ne sais quoi et tient notre remboursement en otage sous prétexte que nous somme mal poli et nous menace de pas nous rembourser si nous écrivons un mauvais commentaire, hors nous pouvons lister toute les catastrophes dans l’appartement - cafards sur le lit - ustensiles rouillés et accompagner de bébé - équipement ancien cafards - salle de bain ne fonctionne pas - trou dans le mur - lit tacheté de substance inconnue - eau qui coule en continue Et j’en oublie J’insiste sur le propriétaire qui a était hautement désagréable et ce fut l’une de mes pires expériences de voyages pour moi et ma fille Je souhaite sincèrement que des personne puissent lire ce commentaire et je vous conseille fortement de fuir cet endroit malgré sont prix aguicheur. Le personnel sur place ne parle même pas anglais… Et je souhaite aussi porté une parti de la responsabilité à booking de collaborer avec de tel escroc car mettre des photos ainsi aguicheuse mais un résultat si loin de la réalité c’est inacceptable.

• Greg (6/5): Small - Bright open plan apartment nice view from terrace Bright apartment but small. The double bed was king size. The sofa was actually bigger than the bed. Shower was weak. Terrace and view was nice. Kitchenette small. So small that toaster and microwave had to be kept inside the wardrobe. Anf kettle had to boil ontop microwave because no space to put it. Only 2 ring cooker, one ring above another.  This was supposed to be for 3 people but really only suitable for 2. Wouldn't surprise me if they advertised for 4 people to try and get more money . Only provided 2 toilet rolls and 1 bin liner.rip in bathroom door. (See photo). No blankets provided only sheets had to request (see photo) Value for money 5/10.
• Anita (6/5): Pleasant - A very convenient area to stay, the location is great for getting to the seafront, and also bars and restaurants front and back. Didn't understand why a huge fridge freezer, hardly any room to cook anyway.. It would benefit from new bedding, you could tell the sheet was old, we had a water pressure problem, however Christina dealt with it when I asked her to, but it would could do with a good clean, not just a surface clean,

• Sophie (1/5): Horrible!! - This place isn’t the same as the pictures the only thing that matches is the pool the apartment shouldn’t be let out it’s disgusting and unliveable I wouldn’t recommend staying or using these people as they was no help and pretty much said you get what you pay for and it wasn’t the cheapest!! Dirty apartment!! Bathroom dirty toilet hanging off windows barely in you have to hold the shower up!! Kitchen I wouldn’t even feed my dog out of it everything dirty cupboard hadn’t even been wiped down sofa bed with no cover on just dirty mattress same with the bed pillows that was about 10 years old!! Unstable doors not even battery’s in the tv remote!!

The bathroom could do with a facelift and there were times where lots of ants got into the apartment somehow. Some information on how to catch transport/ taxis to and from the airport would be useful, we did workout how to easily grab a taxi but this written down somewhere would be great.

Apartments has everything you need- ladies, take hair dryer if you use them. - Very convenient location, it is few meters away from the bus station, in case you want to save money on taxi from the Airport. Easy to find, we have received check in instructions and photos&map out well in advance, along with contacts for 24/7 helpline. Fast walk to the beachfront, restaurants and shops. 7 min walk to local fruiteria- recommend 👌 We liked everything, good value for money
• Robert (10/5): Top location, great host, clean apartment, fantastic place - The place is nothing fancy but it had everything I needed. I liked the simple check in with door code and they let me in 4 hours early as I had an early flight. It was priced fairly I suppose, not cheap but not expensive either. It's listed as in Playa de las Americas when the propery is actually located in Costa Adeje. However, it's at the very south of Costa Adeje which Playa de las Americas sits next to, 10 minutes on foot away. Slight uphill to get back to the apartment block but you won't break a sweat walking if you're in holiday mode. One thought I had while I was staying was that I'd have been happy to pay an extra 40% or 50% for the same place if it was modernised a little. The kitchen looks good as it is but the laminate flooring in the apartment could do with being replaced. The bathroom is the more pressing area, it is clean but it needs renovated in my opinion. Including things like dispenser shower gel, additional toilet rolls, toothpaste, coffee etc would've been really great and again something I'd have been happy to pay extra for rolled into the overall price. It just gives you one (or a few) less things to think about. Overall, the location was great, the host was very helpful and accomodating and the apartment met my needs. There was nothing I didn't like. It could just do with some modernizing but that's my opinion, others might think it's just fine as it is.

• Dezso (7/5): It met our expectations and we had a lot of rest during our stay. - The location is very good, close to the ocean, restaurants, shopping. It was a good place to relax. The apartment house where the accommodation is located is clean, but could do with a renovation. For example, the mosaic floor of the pool is missing in many places.
